Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Drucken von Karten, insbesondere von Fahrkarten, von der Art mit:
    wenigstens einem Wärmedruckkopf (24),
    Antriebseinrichtungen (26, 263, M2), die angeordnet sind, um eine Karte vor dem Druckkopf vorbeizubewegen, wobei sie eine erste große Seite der Karte an den Druckkopf herantragen, und
    Führungseinrichtungen (CG2, TG1, TG2) die in der Lage sind, eine Bewegungsrichtung der Karte zu definieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtungen einen Amboss (26) aufweisen, der gegen eine zweite Seite der Karte, entgegengesetzt zur ersten großen Seite, drückt, und eine erste Drehrolle (261) aufweisen, die angetrieben ist, wobei sie in der Lage ist, die Karte zu bewegen und deren Drehachse (A1) mit der Bewegungsrichtung (D) einen Winkel (α) geringer als 90° und in der Nähe von 90° bildet, wobei dieser Winkel dazu beiträgt, die Karte gegen die Führungseinrichtungen zu drücken, sowie eine zweite, frei bewegliche Rolle (262) in der Verlängerung der angetriebenen Rolle aufweisen, was ermöglicht, die Führungseinrichtungen und die Antriebseinrichtungen in Zusammenwirkung zu bringen, um Karten von unterschiedlicher Breite in der Bewegungsrichtung (D) mitzubewegen.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die angetriebene Rolle (261) und die frei bewegliche Rolle (262) allgemein entsprechende zylindrische Formen aufweisen, mit Achsen, die im Wesentlichen zusammenfallen und benachbarte Radien aufweisen, und dass die angetriebene Rolle und die frei bewegliche Rolle im Wesentlichen nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtungen gegenüber der angetriebenen Rolle (261) wenigstens eine Seitenwand parallel zu einem Rand der Karte aufweisen, die einen Keil (TG2) bildet, der in der Lage ist, die Bewegungsrichtung (D) der Karte zu definieren.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungseinrichtungen entlang der Bewegungsrichtung einen stromaufwärtigen Keil (TG1) und einen stromabwärtigen Keil (TG2) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen nebeneinander angeordnet und beiderseits der angetriebenen Rolle (261) angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Amboss (26) in Richtung von der angetriebenen Rolle (261) zur frei beweglichen Rolle (262) mit einer Bewegungsrichtung (D) der Karte zu dem Druckkopf einen Winkel (α) zwischen 89° und 90°, bevorzugt in der Nähe von 89,7° bildet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmedruckkopf (24) eine Mehrzahl von thermischen Widerständen (R) aufweist, die in der Lage sind, eine Wärme freizusetzen, die das Bedrucken der Karte ermöglicht, und dass die Vorrichtung Einrichtungen (MES, MOD) aufweist, um elektrisch die Widerstände (Rij) nacheinander zu testen, wobei die Testeinrichtungen ein Adressmodul (MOD) der Widerstände (Rij) verwenden.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Stützeinrichtungen des Druckkopfes (24) aufweist, die eine biegsame Klinge (224) aufweisen, die einerseits mit dem Druckkopf (24) und andererseits mit einem Sockel (25, 252) verbunden sind, der mit dem Amboss (26) verbunden ist, sowie eine starre Platte (221) aufweisen, die an dem Druckkopf (24) befestigt ist, und mit einer Endstange (222) versehen ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (D) verläuft und drehbeweglich um eine Achse (A3) im Wesentlichen parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (D) gelagert ist, in einer Öffnung (251), die der Sockel (252) aufweist, derart, dass die starre Platte (221) in der Lage ist, ein Nicken des Druckkopfes (24) zu verhindern, wobei sie ein Schlingern um die Achse (A3) zulässt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Stoßeinrichtungen (EM2, 22) der Klinge (221) gegen den Amboss aufweist, wobei sich der Druckkopf gegenüber dem Amboss befindet.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stoßeinrichtungen einen Elektromagneten (EM2) aufweisen und elektrisch gesteuert werden.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wärmedruckkopf (24) in der Lage ist, Barcodes auf eine Karte zu drucken.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karte magnetische Informationen aufweist, und dass die Vorrichtung darüber hinaus eine magnetische Einschreibstation (PEL) aufweist, während der Druckkopf (24) angeordnet ist, um mit der magnetischen Einschreibstation zusammenzuwirken, um Barcodes entsprechend auf der Karte eingeschriebener magnetischer Informationen zu drucken.
