Abstract

Die Innenzahnradpumpe weist ein Gehäuse (10,14) auf, in dem ein mit einer Innenverzahnung versehener Zahnring (36) über einen Lagerring (40) um eine Achse (42) drehbar gelagert ist. Es ist außerdem ein mit dem Zahnring (36) kämmendes, mit einer Außenverzahnung versehenes Zahnritzel (30) vorgesehen, das im Gehäuse (10,14) um eine Achse (32) drehbar gelagert ist. Das Zahnritzel (30) wird rotierend angetrieben und die Drehachse (42) des Zahnrings (36) verläuft zu der Drehachse (32) des Zahnrads (30) versetzt. Dem Lagerring (40) ist eine Verstellvorrichtung (50) zugeordnet, mittels der der Lagerring (40) in einer radialen Richtung (52) bezüglich der Drehachse (42) des Zahnrings (36) im Gehäuse (10,14) zu einer Verstellung bewegbar und in einer eingestellten Lage blockierbar ist. Mittels der Verstellvorrichtung (50) ist eine Einstellung des radialen Spiels zwischen dem Zahnring (36) und dem Zahnritzel (30) in zusammengebautem Zustand der Innenzahnradpumpe möglich.
