Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for cleaning smoke skewers according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a cleaning device is known from DE 197 40 627 A1.
- the known cleaning device comprises one with a drive device connected, rotating brush and guide rollers that the dirty Run the skewer lengthways over the brush.
- the Brush in the feed direction or opposite to the feed direction of the Rotate the skewer the cleaning effect being clear in the latter case is better.
- this mode of operation requires a considerable amount of force be used to clean the skewer through the cleaning device slide.
- the brush rotates in the feed direction of the skewer, it drives the smoke skewer to be cleaned, so that only a small force is required is.
- the cleaning performance is strong dirty smoke skewers, especially after prolonged intensive use, is low.
- the brushes are worn, the distance between them increases Brush to wear on the skewer due to wear and the cleaning ability decreases additionally.
- DE 38 14 444 A1 discloses a cleaning device for charging or Discharge electrodes of printing machines are known.
- the cleaning device has rotating cleaning brushes over the electrodes to be cleaned be performed.
- The moves Cleaning device in forward operation via the electrode, so the Motor as a braking device.
- the cleaning device moves in Reverse direction, then the motor acts as a drive device for the Cleaning device.
- the object of the invention is to provide the known device in Direction of rotation of the rotating brush with regard to its cleaning ability improve.
- the rail guide preferably comprises at least one elongated rail instead of individual leadership roles. From the line contact of the Smoke skewer with the rail or rails results in a constant position to the Cleaning brush.
- a brake is integrated within the rail, which rests on a web of the Smoke spit works.
- the skewer of smoke experiences a translational movement due to contact with the rotating brush and if it moves is not held by hand, with increasing undefined Speed over the brush. This is done with the help of the brake counteracted, their clamping effect taking into account the Rotation speed of the brush can be adjusted so that the Smoke spit at a given speed through the The cleaning device moves and therefore with the brush for a sufficiently long time Contact is. Since the duration of the contact time with the brush via the brake can be adjusted, the cleaning effect can easily the degree of pollution of the skewer can be adjusted.
- the brake shoes engage the web of the Smoke skewer, which provides additional stabilization of the smoke skewer becomes.
- Another essential feature of the invention is the achievement of a constant pressure of the brush against the skewer, regardless of the service life and thus the state of wear of the brush. This can be done in a favorable embodiment by a resilient mounting of the Brush drive device can be realized.
- An embodiment is favorable in which the rail guide has a plate includes a groove.
- the smoke skewer becomes movable and therefore vulnerable or maintenance-intensive components.
- the brake has at least one rigid mounted and a spring-loaded brake shoe.
- the storage of the Brake shoes represent a structurally simple and low-maintenance solution.
- a variable braking force can be set by selecting the coil spring that acts on the skewer of smoke. Especially in coordination with the spring-loaded drive unit and the choice of braking force is one almost constant speed of the skewer is possible and therefore a defined time of action of the brush on the dirt can be reached.
- the brake shoes advantageously have on the side of the inlet opening a funnel-shaped recess. This facilitates the introduction of the Smoke skewer because the tip of the smoke skewer on the sloping flanks of the Brake shoes slipped and the spring-loaded brake shoe in the Aligns operating status.
- the brake is in the feed direction arranged offset with respect to the cleaning area.
- a cleaning area is a contact zone between the skewer and the brush.
- the brake acts on the skewer until none Forces are transferred from the brush to the skewer more, i.e. the Brush is no longer in contact with the smoke spit.
- This constructive Design avoids injuries caused by falling out independently - flying skewer.
- the skewer by hand by the operator from the Spit cleaning device pulled out.
- the Brush be a metal brush, especially a steel brush.
- the brush and the means for guiding the skewer are all in one Housing arranged, which has a removable housing part.
- the one in this Abrasion particles trapped in the housing part can thus be produced in a simple manner be emptied.
- the housing has at least one inlet opening and one Outlet opening, at least the inlet opening one to the Has cross-sectional shape of the skewer adapted shape.
- the spit cleaning device 1 is shown in a longitudinal section.
- the housing 10 includes the front and rear walls 12a, b, the side walls 17a, b, the cover 13 and the base pan 16. At the middle housing height extends the horizontally attached support plate 11, which to the Side walls 17a, b is attached.
- the carrier plate 11 serves as a holder for the suction housing 14 and the rail guide 22, which with the Fastening screws 25a, b is attached to the carrier plate 11.
- the Rail guide 22 receives the shoe brake 23, which with the Fastening screws 24a, b are screwed onto the rail guide 22.
- the Rail guide 22 consists of a plate with a groove 30, as in Connection with the fig. 3 to 5 is explained.
- the brush 26 can be seen, which in Direction of rotation 27 and thus rotates in the feed direction y of the skewer 2.
- an injection nozzle 18 above the suction nozzle 15 arranged, which creates a water mist for dust binding.
- the thickened end 4a is in contact with the groove 30 (see FIGS. 3 to 5) and the skewer 2 in Direction of movement y inserted until contact with the brush 26.
- the contaminations are loosened and tangential to the Brush circumference flung away as abrasion particles 28.
- the abrasion particles 28 and the air from the suction housing 14 enriched with water mist are discharged through the suction nozzle 15.
- the smoke stick emerges 2 it is additionally stabilized from the housing wall 17a via a guide 29.
- the power supply of the spit cleaning device 1 is either via the mains connection 19 or the socket 20 instead. Operation of the Skewer cleaning device 1 takes place via the on-off button 21.
- FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the spit cleaning device 1, with which in particular explains the spring-mounted drive unit 31.
- the motor 37 is connected to a by means of the fastening screws 38a, b bracket-like sheet, the motor bracket 32 screwed tight.
- the Motor bracket 32 is with its fixed area 33 on the Fastening screw 34 screwed to the support plate 11.
- Between Motor bracket 32 and support plate 11 is an elastic element 39. The is supported in the movable area 40 of the motor mount 32 Motor bracket 32 via a guided by a spacer screw 36 Coil spring 35 on the carrier plate 11.
- FIG. 3 shows a detailed view of the shoe brake 23, the smoke spit 2 and the brush 26 according to section a in Fig. 2.
- the Smoke spit 2 with its web 3a between the fixed brake shoe 41 and the spring-mounted brake shoe 42, which is horizontal via the spiral spring 43 Exerts force against the web 3a.
- the thickened end 4a of the skewer 2 lies in the groove 30.
- the brush 26 cleans the outer surface 5c.
- the smoke spit becomes 2 rotated and reinserted into the cleaning device so that the Brush 26 cleans the other two outer surfaces 5a and 5b.
- FIG. 4 is a top view of the rail guide 22 with the shoe brake 23 shown.
- the spring-loaded jaw 43 is on the three coil springs 44a, b, c pressed against the rigid jaw 42 in the initial state.
- in the Operating state is a smoke spit 2 with its thickened end 4 in the Groove 30 guided and abuts with its web when advancing in direction y 3 against the funnel-shaped recess 45, whereby the smoke spit 2 at a pushing back of the spring-loaded jaw 43, centered in the groove 30 becomes.
- 4 is the cleaning area 8 of the brush 26 marked. In this illustration it is clear that the spit is still in the Brake is located, even if it is no longer in contact with the brush 26.
- FIG. 5 illustrates in a front view from the side B according to FIG. 4 the position of the groove 30 in the rail guide 22.
