Claims (9)
- Saugkopf für Bodenstaubsauger miteinem einteiligen Kunststoffgehäuse (1), das einen Saugkanal (2) enthält und eine oberseitige Öffnung (3) für einen Trittschalter (5) aufweist,einer Borstenträgerplatte (4), die vertikal beweglich im Kunststoffgehäuse (1) angeordnet und durch Betätigung eines in die Öffnung (3) eingesetzten Trittschalters (5) gegen die Wirkung von Druckfedern (6) absenkbar ist, undeiner an der Gehäuseunterseite angeordneten Gleitsohle (7) mit einem Saugmund (13), der an ein vertikal ausgerichtetes kastenförmiges Anschlussstück (14) des Saugkanals (2) anschließt und in einen Bodenkanal (15) der Gleitsohle (7) einmündet,dass die Gleitsohle (7) sowohl an dem Anschlussstück (14) des Saugkanals (2) als auch endseitig an den Innenflächen (16) des Kunststoffgehäuses (1) schwenkbeweglich gelagert ist,dass das kastenförmige Anschlussstück (14) Querstege (17) enthält, die den Saugkanal (2) seitlich begrenzen und deren Unterkante als bogenförmig gerundete Lagerfläche (18) ausgebildet ist, unddass die Gleitsohle (7) auf den bogenförmig gerundeten Lagerflächen (18) des Anschlussstückes (14) abgestützt und durch Rastverbindungen drehbeweglich an zu den Querstegen (17) parallele Wandflächen (19) des Anschlussstückes (14) angeschlossen ist.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandflächen (19) des Anschlussstückes (14) Bohrungen (20) enthalten, in die an die Gleitsohle (7) angeformte Zapfen (21) eingreifen.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bogenförmig gerundeten Lagerflächen (18) einen seitlichen Bund (22) zur axialen Führung der Gleitsohle (7) aufweisen.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Innenflächen (16) des Kunststoffgehäuses (1) Lagerzapfen (21') und als Lagerschalen (23) ausgebildete Vorsprünge angeformt sind, wobei die Lagerzapfen (21') nach einer Rastverbindung in zugeordnete Lagerbohrungen (20) der Gleitsohle (7) eingreifen und die Gleitsohle (7) an den Lagerschalen (23) vertikal abgestützt ist.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Innenflächen (16) des Kunststoffgehäuses (1) Anschläge (24) angeformt sind, die den Schwenkwinkel der Gleitsohle (7) begrenzen.
- Saugkopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschläge (24) aus Zapfen bestehen, die in ein am Umfang der Gleitsohle (7) angeordnetes Langloch (25) eingreifen.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubdome (8) mit seitlichem Versatz zur Schwenkachse (s) angeordnet sind.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckfedern (6) an Ringscheiben (26) abgestützt sind, die auf den Schraubdomen (8) befestigt sind.
- Saugkopf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitsohle (7) bei unveränderter Ausbildung des Kunststoffgehäuses (1) an die Schraubdome (8) angeschraubt und dadurch starr mit dem Gehäuse (1) verbunden ist.
