Description

The invention relates to a double tunnel of two parallel directly adjacent individual tubes. - The double tunnel according to the invention is particularly suitable for two mutually parallel railway lines, for example, subway or S-Bahn routes. Conveniently, in each of the two individual tubes in each case a railway line. In principle, however, it is also within the scope of the invention to use the double tunnel as a road tunnel.

In known from practice double tunnels of the type mentioned, the wall linings of the two individual tubes go in the connection region of the individual tubes in a single center wall. For the transition of the wall linings in this middle wall Y-shaped transition elements are provided both in the upper connection region and in the lower connection region. Between these Y-shaped elements middle wall elements are arranged. The provided in the connection area Y-shaped elements must be carried out particularly stable due to the considerable loads to be absorbed there. This is expensive and expensive. The further center wall elements, which are arranged between the Y-shaped elements, form a single wall, which is the side wall of both the first single tube and the second single tube in the central region. If a fire occurs in one of the two individual tubes and the central wall or the middle wall elements are damaged or destroyed due to the effect of fire, the two individual tubes are always impaired. The second, initially not affected by the fire single tube then usually can not serve as an escape route.

An example of a double tunnel with y-shaped connecting elements is known from DE-A-24 08 038.

Furthermore, it is known to arrange two generally circular in cross section individual tubes with some distance from each other. If escape routes or emergency exits between the two individual tubes are to be provided in this embodiment, cross-passages between the individual tubes must be produced in a complex manner. Depending on the geological and hydrological conditions often very complex measures are required.

In contrast, the invention, the technical problem of providing a double tunnel of the type mentioned above, in which the above-mentioned disadvantages are avoided and in the escape and rescue routes can be created in a simple way and in which, for example, given a safe escape in the event of fire is.

To solve this technical problem, the invention teaches a double tunnel consisting of two parallel, directly adjacent individual tubes,
wherein the two individual tubes are separated by a vertical middle wall,
and wherein the middle wall is composed of two parallel adjoining side walls, and that a central joint is provided between these side walls forming the middle wall, each side wall being associated with one of the two individual tubes, and forms the wall lining of the single tube with the other wall elements of this single tube and wherein the wall lining of the individual tubes forming wall elements are tubbing and that the two side walls consist of tubbing.

Erfindungsgemäß sind also gleichsam zwei voneinander unabhängige separate Einzelröhren vorhanden. According to the invention, so to speak two separate separate individual tubes are available. Each of the two individual tubes also has its own associated side wall in the connection area, the two side walls of the two individual tubes adjoining each other in the connection area forming the middle wall of the double tunnel.

It is within the scope of the invention that reinforced concrete tubbings are used for the wall lining of the individual tubes.

According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention, each of the two individual tubes, except for the middle wall region, has a circular or elliptical cross-section. Circular or elliptical cross-section here also means a substantially circular or substantially elliptical cross-section. It is within the scope of the invention that the wall lining of the individual tubes forms the circular and / or elliptical cross-section. This circular cross section and / or elliptical cross section merges into a vertical side wall of the respective individual tube in the middle wall region. The two side walls or the middle wall formed therefrom thus forms, so to speak, a vertical one Secant with respect to the circular cross section and / or elliptical cross section of the single tubes.

Due to the external loads, the two individual tubes are compressed in the vertical middle joint. It is within the scope of the invention that a pressure in the middle joint is generated by obliquely to the central joint formed longitudinal joints in the middle wall region, so that a Hineinwandern the Tübbingsteine the central joint is prevented in the individual tubes. The middle joint is also referred to below as a press joint. It is also within the scope of the invention that the middle joint in the upper and lower regions is stabilized by clamping elements. Additional thrust cams, cup and cam designs in the middle joint may allow thrust transfer to limit mutual vertical displacement of the tubes.

After a very preferred embodiment, the special role in the context of the invention, the middle wall region sealing sealing elements are provided over the middle wall. The sealing elements are arranged above the middle wall region so that the middle wall or the press joint between the two side walls is sealed against the ingress of moisture. Preferably, the sealing elements are integrated in above the middle wall arranged Tübbings. Tübbings arranged above the middle wall also means tubbings which have a section which is used for forming the middle wall or for forming contributes to one of the two side walls. After the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention thus take over tubbing, which form the wall lining of the individual tubes, the function of the seal for the middle wall or for the press joint. It is within the scope of the invention that forms a sealing frame on the center wall or on the press joint when assembling the tubbing with integrated sealing elements. Preferably, when assembling the segments equipped with sealing elements, a flush connection of the sealing elements is produced. - According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention sealing sealing elements are provided under the middle wall. It is within the scope of the invention that these sealing elements are integrated in below the middle wall arranged Tübbings. Again, the equipped with the sealing elements tubbing as it forms a sealing frame below the center wall.

According to a very preferred embodiment, which is of very particular importance within the scope of the invention, apertures are provided in the middle wall. The breakthroughs are, in particular, escape routes or escape routes which connect the two individual tubes of the double tunnel. It is within the scope of the invention that for such a breakthrough in the middle wall, a corresponding breakthrough opening must be provided both in the one and in the other side wall. The openings have, for example, square or rectangular cross-section. The breakthrough may be closed by a door or the like. - According to one embodiment of the invention are for the production of Breakthroughs in the middle wall Sidewall elements removable from the side walls. Thus, if a breakthrough opening in a side wall has a rectangular or square cross section, a correspondingly shaped side wall element with a rectangular or square cross section can be removed from the respective side wall.

The invention is based on the finding that a double tunnel according to the invention can be produced in a relatively simple and inexpensive manner and that nonetheless the disadvantages present in the double tunnels known from the prior art can be effectively avoided if the teaching according to the invention according to claim 1 is realized , First, breakthroughs between the two directly adjacent individual tubes can be set up in a very simple way, which serve as escape or rescue routes. Such a breakthrough can in principle be provided at any point of the middle wall, that is independent of the geological or hydrological conditions of the environment. The two individual tubes forming the double tunnel are mutually supported in a surprisingly effective manner. In other words, costly reinforcement measures or support measures are not required with respect to the soil arranged above the double tunnel. So can be largely dispensed with elaborately manufactured special tubbing to accommodate very large loads. It should also be stressed that the connection area between the two individual tubes or the press joint between the two individual tubes can be sealed in a simple manner with suitable sealing elements. Of essential importance to the invention is the fact that in a fire occurring in a single tube the second adjacent single tube remains largely unimpaired. Thus, the second single tube can be easily used as an escape route or escape tunnel.

In the middle wall area 8, the further-considered circular cross-sections overlap, as it were. The middle wall 3 here forms a quasi vertical secant with respect to the circular cross-section of the single tube 1 and also with respect to the circular cross section of the single tube 2. According to a very preferred embodiment and in the embodiment, special tubbing 9 are provided in the transition region between the normal wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 and the middle wall , These special tubbings 9 each have a first section, which contributes to the wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 and each have a second section which is part of the middle wall 3. Expediently, these special tubbings 9 have a J-shaped cross-section in the cross-sectional view according to FIG. 1.

Between the middle wall 3 forming side walls 4, 5, a press joint 10 is provided. Preferably, and in the embodiment, the two side walls 4, 5 are arranged as close as possible side by side and the width of the press joint 10 is therefore kept as low as possible. In Fig. 1, clamping elements 11 can be seen, with which the two side walls 4, 5 are braced against each other and the distance between the two side walls 4, 5 is therefore kept very low. With the tension becomes a twist Reduced over the contact surface, depending on the degree of bias. This also leads to a minimization of the joint width of the press joint 10. This also ensures the minimum contact pressure of the below-mentioned sealing frame with each other.

Preferably, and in the exemplary embodiment, sealing sealing elements 12 are provided above the center wall 3 or above the press joint 10, the middle wall region 8 and the press joint 10, respectively. Expediently, the sealing elements 12 are integrated into segments, which segments form the wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 or form the middle wall 3. Each outer tubbing preferably has a circumferential closed tubing sealing frame. It is within the scope of the invention that, when joining the tubbings or special tubbings 9 to form the wall lining of the individual tubes 1, 2 or to form the middle wall 3, a coherent sealing frame 14 is created. In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, a continuous sealing frame 14 is formed for both single tubes 1, 2 by joining the tubbings or special tubbings 9, wherein this sealing frame 14 both above the middle wall region 8 or above the press joint 10 and below the middle wall 3 and . Runs below the press joint 10.

However, it is also within the scope of the invention that each individual tube 1, 2 has a closed sealing frame 14 for itself. This has not been shown in the figures. In this embodiment, the middle wall 3, so to speak, two parallel seals. A tension the middle wall 3 is not required in this embodiment. From the support structure and the seal both single tubes 1, 2 form self-sufficient systems, which are pressed together only in the region of the middle wall 3.

According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention 3 breakthroughs 13 are provided in the middle wall, which serve as escape or rescue routes. Such a breakthrough 13 is shown in Fig. 2. It can be seen that both the side wall 4 and the side wall 5 must have a corresponding opening 13.
