Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a double tunnel consisting of two parallel ones directly adjacent individual tubes. - The Double tunnel according to the invention is particularly suitable for two mutually parallel railway lines, for example subway or S-Bahn routes. Conveniently located one railway line in each of the two individual tubes. In principle, however, it is also within the scope of the invention to use the double tunnel as a road tunnel.
In double tunnels known from practice of the aforementioned Kind of go the wall linings of the two single tubes in the connection area of the single tubes into a single one Middle wall over. For the transition of the wall linings in this middle wall are both in the upper connection area as well as Y-shaped in the lower connection area Transition elements provided. Between these Y-shaped ones Elements are arranged in the middle wall elements. The in Connection area provided Y-shaped elements must due to the considerable loads to be borne there run stably. It is complex and costly. The other middle wall elements between the Y-shaped elements are arranged to form a single one Wall, the middle of the side wall of both the first single tube as well as the second single tube. If there is a fire in one of the two single tubes comes and the middle wall or the middle wall elements due the effects of fire are damaged or destroyed, always finds an impairment of both single tubes instead of. The second single tube, which was initially not affected by the fire can usually no longer serve as an escape route serve.
Furthermore, it is known, two generally in cross section circular single tubes with some distance from each other to arrange. If in this embodiment escape routes or Emergency exits between the two individual tubes are provided cross-cuts are required in a complex manner be made between the individual tubes. Dependent on of the geological and hydrological conditions very expensive measures are often required.
In contrast, the invention is based on the technical problem to specify a double tunnel of the type mentioned at the outset, in which the disadvantages described above are avoided and above all escape and rescue routes can be created in a simple manner and at For example, a safe escape option in the event of a fire given is.
To solve this technical problem, the invention teaches a double tunnel consisting of two parallel, directly adjacent single tubes,
the two individual tubes being separated from each other by a vertical middle wall,
and wherein the middle wall is composed of two parallel, adjoining side walls, each side wall being assigned to one of the two individual tubes and forming the wall lining of the single tube with the further wall elements of this single tube.
Erfindungsgemäß sind also gleichsam zwei voneinander unabhängige separate Einzelröhren vorhanden. According to the invention, there are therefore two mutually independent systems separate single tubes available. Each of the two Single tubes also have one assigned to them in the connection area own side wall, with the two in the connection area adjacent side walls of the two Single tubes form the middle wall of the double tunnel.
According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention the wall elements forming the wall lining of the individual tubes Tubbing. Appropriately, there are also the Side walls made of tubbings forming the middle wall. It is in the Framework of the invention that for the wall lining of the individual tubes Reinforced concrete segments are used.
According to a very preferred embodiment of the invention each of the two single tubes, apart from the central wall area, a circular or elliptical cross section on. Circular or elliptical cross section here also means an essentially circular or substantially elliptical cross-section. It lies in the context of the invention that the wall lining of the individual tubes the circular and / or elliptical cross section forms. This circular cross section and / or elliptical cross-section goes in the middle wall area in a vertical side wall of the respective single tube about. The two side walls or the one formed from them The middle wall forms a vertical, as it were Secant with respect to the circular cross section and / or elliptical cross-section of the individual tubes.
It is within the scope of the invention that between the Side walls forming the middle wall are provided with a middle joint is. The two are constrained by the external loads Single tubes pressed together in the vertical middle joint. It is within the scope of the invention that Longitudinal gaps in the central wall area formed obliquely to the central joint creates a pressure in the middle joint is, so that the tubbing stones of the middle joint is prevented in the individual tubes. The middle joint is also referred to below as a press joint. It lies further within the scope of the invention that the middle joint in upper and lower area stabilized by tensioning elements becomes. Through additional push cams, pot and cam constructions A thrust transmission can occur in the middle joint to limit mutual vertical displacement of the tubes.
According to a very preferred embodiment of the Invention of particular importance are about the Central wall sealing elements sealing the central wall area intended. The sealing elements are above the central wall area arranged so that the middle wall or the Press joint between the two side walls to prevent penetration is sealed from moisture. Are preferred the sealing elements arranged in above the middle wall Tubbings integrated. Arranged above the middle wall Tubbings also means tubbings that have a section have to the formation of the central wall or for formation one of the two side walls contributes. After the aforementioned preferred embodiment of the invention thus tubbings that line the walls of the individual tubes form the function of the seal for the central wall or for the press joint. It is within the scope of the invention that when assembling the tubbings with integrated Sealing elements a sealing frame over the middle wall or forms over the press joint. Preferably arises during assembly of the segments equipped with sealing elements a flush connection of the sealing elements. - After very preferred Embodiment of the invention are also under the Central wall sealing elements provided. It lies in the context of the invention that these sealing elements in Integrated tubbing arranged below the middle wall are. Here too, those equipped with the sealing elements form Tubbings as it were a sealing frame below the Center wall.
According to a very preferred embodiment of the Invention of particular importance are in the Central wall openings provided. With the breakthroughs are escape routes and escape routes in particular, the two single tubes of the double tunnel with each other connect. It is within the scope of the invention that a corresponding one for such a breakthrough in the middle wall Breakthrough opening in both one and must be provided in the other side wall. The breakthrough openings have, for example, square or rectangular cross section. The breakthrough can come through a door or the like may be locked. - After a Embodiment of the invention are for the production of Breakthroughs in the middle wall from the side wall elements Removable side walls. If a breakthrough in a side wall is a rectangular or square Cross section is a correspondingly shaped one Sidewall element with rectangular or square Cross section removable from the relevant side wall.
Doppeltunnels vorhandenen Nachteile effektiv vermieden
Fluchttunnel
genutzt werden. The invention is based on the finding that an inventive one

Die Figuren zeigen einen erfindungsgemäßen Doppeltunnel,
der aus zwei parallelen unmittelbar aneinander angrenzenden
Einzelröhren 1, 2 besteht. Die beiden Einzelröhren 1, 2
sind durch eine vertikale Mittelwand 3 voneinander getrennt.
Erfindungsgemäß setzt sich die Mittelwand 3 aus
zwei parallelen aneinandergrenzenden Seitenwänden 4, 5 zusammen,
wobei jede Seitenwand 4, 5 einer der beiden Einzelröhren
1, 2 zugeordnet ist und mit den weiteren Wandelementen
6 dieser Einzelröhren 1, 2 die Wandauskleidung
der Einzelröhren 1, 2 bildet. Vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel
sind die die Wandauskleidung der Einzelröhren
1, 2 bildenden Wandelemente 6 Tübbings. Zweckmäßigerweise
und im Ausführungsbeispiel werden auch zur Verwirklichung
der Seitenwände 4, 5 Tübbings als Seitenwandelemente 7
eingesetzt. The figures show a double tunnel according to the invention,
that of two parallel ones directly adjacent to each other
Vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel weist jede Einzelröhre
1, 2, abgesehen von dem Mittelwandbereich 8, einen
kreisförmigen oder im Wesentlichen kreisförmigen Querschnitt
auf. Im Mittelwandbereich 8 überschneiden sich die
weitergedachten kreisförmigen Querschnitte gleichsam. Die
Mittelwand 3 bildet hier quasi eine vertikale Sekante
bezüglich des Kreisquerschnittes der Einzelröhre 1 und auch
bezüglich des Kreisquerschnittes der Einzelröhre 2. Nach
sehr bevorzugter Ausführungsform und im Ausführungsbeispiel
sind im Übergangsbereich zwischen der normalen Wandauskleidung
der Einzelröhren 1, 2 und der Mittelwand 3 Spezialtübbings
9 vorgesehen.
Preferably and in the exemplary embodiment, each
Zwischen den die Mittelwand 3 bildenden Seitenwänden 4, 5
ist eine Pressfuge 10 vorgesehen. Vorzugsweise und im Ausführungsbeispiel
werden die beiden Seitenwände 4, 5 möglichst
dicht nebeneinander angeordnet und wird die Breite
der Pressfuge 10 daher möglichst gering gehalten. In Fig. 1
Between the
Preferably and in the exemplary embodiment are above the
erforderlich. Vom Traggefüge und von der Abdichtung bilden
beide Einzelröhren 1, 2 autarke Systeme, die lediglich im
Bereich der Mittelwand 3 aneinandergedrückt werden. However, it is also within the scope of the invention that each
Durchbruch 13 aufweisen muss.According to a very preferred embodiment of the
