Claims (8)
- Kalander mit einem Walzenstapel, der mindestens vier Walzen aufweist, deren Achsen in einer zur Horizontalen geneigten Stapelebene liegen, wobei zumindest die zwischen den Endwalzen befindlichen Mittelwalzen an Hebeln gelagert sind, an denen Kraftgeber angreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hebel (11) in Kompensations-Winkelstellungen schwenkbar sind, die mehr als 10° von der Senkrechten (S) zur Stapelebene (E) abweichen.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Abweichung mehr als 30° beträgt.
- Kalander nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Schwenkachsen (12) der Hebel (11) unterhalb der zugehörigen Walzenachsen befinden.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Kompensations-Winkelstellungen die vertikale Komponente der Hebel (11) größer ist als die horizontale Komponente.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stapelebene (E) um etwa 45° zur Horizontalen geneigt ist und die Hebel (11) bis in eine etwa vertikale Stellung schwenkbar sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die Endwalzen (3, 4) an Hebeln (14) gelagert sind.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Hebel (111) änderbar ist.
- Kalander nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachsen (212) der Hebel (211) verlagerbar sind.
