Claims (12)
- Procédé de régulation pour le laminage d'une bande dans une cage de laminage, comprenant au moins une paire de cylindres de travail (1, 1'), des cylindres d'appui (2, 2') ainsi que selon le cas des cylindres intermédiaires, dans lequel, pour compenser une fente de laminage asymétrique suite au fonctionnement et pour améliorer l'avancement d'une bande, un des cylindres d'une série de cylindres de travail (1, 1') et/ou d'appui (2, 2') est pivoté d'une valeur angulaire (a), correspondant à une valeur de pivotement (S), par rapport au contre-cylindre, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de pivotement (S) est déterminée à l'aide des étapes de travail suivantes :. Mesure du bombement thermique ainsi que de l'état d'usure sur une paire de cylindres de travail (1, 1') pour différents programmes de laminage,. Adaptation du coefficient d'usure et évaluation des flux thermiques,. Calcul séparé du bombement thermique ainsi que de l'usure des cylindres de travail pour le cylindre de travail supérieur (1) et inférieur (1') dans des conditions en ligne, en tenant compte des conditions limites, telles que la largeur de la bande (B), le temps de laminage, le temps de pause, les positions de déplacement, l'effet de refroidissement sur les cylindres de travail,. Calcul de la fente de laminage pour l'état déplacé des cylindres de travail (1, 1') ainsi que calcul de la position en biais et/ou de la forme de coin de la fente de laminage dans la zone de la largeur de la bande lorsque ces formes existent pour les deux cylindres de travail (1, 1'). Evaluation de la forme de coin de la fente de laminage et de sa position en biais pour la zone de contact (Lcont) entre les cylindres de travail et d'appui,. Conversion des formes de coin déterminées pour les zones actives correspondantes linéairement sur la distance des réglages ou la distance entre les paliers (LA) et addition de la valeur selon la relation suivante :B :Largeur de bandeKWS :Facteur de pondération de la valeur dans la fente de laminageKAS :Facteur de pondération de l'effet entre les cylindres de travail et les cylindres d'appuiLA :Distance entre les paliers ou distance des réglagesLCont :Longueur du contact entre les cylindres de travail et les cylindres d'appuiS :Valeur de pivotementSws :Position en biais dans la fente de laminageSAS :Proportion de position en biais entre les cylindres de travail et les cylindres d'appui
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la forme des cylindres de travail (1, 1') n'est pas calculée, mais mesurée en ligne et qu'on en déduit la valeur de pivotement (S) et/ou la position de déplacement correspondante des cylindres.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise, au lieu d'un pivotement de la série de cylindres, l'effet analogue par l'utilisation de forces de flexion des cylindres de travail différentes du côté gauche et du côté droit.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de pivotement (S) déterminée en ligne ou la force de flexion différentielle est réglée avant la passe initiale de la bande et est si nécessaire modifiée sur la longueur de la bande.
- Procédé de régulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la valeur calculable de l'angle de pivotement (α) ou de la valeur de pivotement (S) pour la compensation de conditions de laminage inégales entre le cylindre supérieur (1) et le cylindre inférieur (1') d'une série de cylindres de travail (1, 1') est réglée sur un des cylindres, de préférence sur le cylindre supérieur (1').
- Procédé de régulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que pour soutenir l'effet du procédé, on réalise une valeur de pivotement (S) d'une série de cylindres (1, 1') ou (2, 2') sur une cage, dont les cylindres de travail (1, 1') ou les cylindres intermédiaires (3, 3') sont déplacés axialement l'un par rapport à l'autre d'une valeur différente U resp. U'.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le pivotement de la série de cylindres est transmis sur la zone du corps de la bande et le réglage des différentes positions de déplacement est plus transmis sur les bords de la bande.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que, dans la première étape, on optimise la position de déplacement et, dans la deuxième étape, on fixe la valeur de pivotement.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 6, 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que, pour tenir compte du comportement élastique différent des cylindres d'une série de cylindres, à des valeurs de déplacement différentes, on règle au-dessus et au-dessous resp. à droite et à gauche des forces de flexions différentes ou on corrige la valeur de pivotement (S).
- Procédé de régulation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, pour plusieurs bandes d'un programme de laminage, les cylindres de travail supérieurs et inférieurs sont déplacés cycliquement à une distance différente pour influencer positivement la forme d'usure.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on règle de préférence une amplitude d'usure plus grande pour des cylindres avec une usure plus élevée ou avec un bombement thermique plus élevé.
- Procédé de régulation selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la valeur différentielle entre les deux cylindres pour différentes bandes est réglée dans une zone de recherche autorisée prédéfinie de telle manière que l'asymétrie est essentiellement minimisée dans la zone des bords de la bande.
