Definitions
- the present invention relates to an open-end spinning device according to Preamble of claim 1 and a method for temporary Picking up a thread using such a device.
- the maintenance device has usually u. a. a thread suction tube that comes from a rest position in a working position within the contours of the maintenance device can be brought in which they are in the immediate vicinity of the Thread run is (DE 196 34 300 A1).
- This thread suction tube has z.
- the object of the present invention is to provide the known device in one to evolve in such a way as well as a temporary process To create a thread with the help of such a device, that it is possible to do other, time-shifting tasks to take over.
- the thread suction tube not only within a single Working plane is movable in which a thread (F) extending from the bobbin (121) to the thread suction tube (3) crosses the traversing area of the traversing thread guide (126), but out of it into at least one brought to another working level and can be moved within it the thread suction tube is able to offset the time in a first working level tasks to be performed on another working level in which the described traversing area is not crossed to do.
- the at least two working levels of the Thread suction pipe according to claim 2 arranged inclined to each other, so that they enclose an angle between them.
- angle should be be understood to be an angular value that is greater than zero and less than infinity is.
- the thread suction tube according to Claim 7 within at least one of its working levels one after the other can also assume several working positions.
- the change of the thread suction tube from one working level to another Working level can be done in different ways, for example by Relocation along a guide.
- the thread suction tube according to claim 9 along its pivot axis or according to claim 10 by pivoting about the pivot axis of the Thread suction tube carrying further pivot axis in the further or in One of the other work levels can be brought in, which is an advantage is to arrange this further pivot axis according to claim 11.
- the device described above enables a method to be carried out according to the invention, according to which according to claim 12 in adaptation to different successive work phases of the work process the thread suction pipe in a timed manner in the corresponding Working level is brought, in which it is then for this Work level and this work phase provided work movements performs.
- the thread suction tube can be successively separated from one another perform deviating work movements in different places and thus also perform completely different tasks.
- Claim 13 is the inclusion of a thread, which is different from the Bobbin, which is in the spinning device, or another Bobbin, which, for example, in a thread suction tube Maintenance device is located, preferably extends to the thread suction pipe regardless of the tasks that the thread suction pipe then to has always fulfilled in one and the same working level.
- the thread suction tube after it has the thread in has taken up one of his working levels into another working level is transferred to where it then moves due to its work movements Lay the thread on during the formation of a thread end reserve one end of a full spool.
- the formation of such End thread reserve is preferably according to claim 17 performed.
- the device and the method according to the present invention enable in a simple way that one and the same thread suction tube is time-shifted can perform completely different tasks.
- the device simple to set up and space-saving as instead of a plurality of Thread suction tubes with the associated connections and their controls only one such thread suction tube for a plurality of tasks needs to be provided.
- FIG. 1 is an open-end spinning machine in a schematic manner on the left side of the picture 1 indicated by dashed line while on the right A maintenance device 2 with the aid of a dash-dotted line is indicated, which in a known manner along the open-end spinning machine 1 patrol with a large number of similar open-end spinning devices 10 can.
- Both from the open-end spinning machine 1 and from the maintenance device 2 are only those in FIGS. 1 to 4 Shown elements that are necessary for understanding the invention. Out For this reason, such an open-end spinning device 10 in FIG. 1 only shows a thread take-off tube 100 known per se.
- the open-end spinning machine 1 also has for each open-end spinning device 10 a trigger device 11 with a trigger shaft 110, which over a variety of similar, adjacent open-end spinning devices 10 extends. On this trigger shaft 110 is during the Pulling a thread F from the open-end spinning device 10 Pressure roller 111, which is lifted off the trigger shaft 110 if necessary can be.
- the one from the open-end spinning device 10 through the take-off device 11 withdrawn thread F is fed to a winding device 12, which is a also via a plurality of adjacent open-end spinning devices 10 extending winding roller 120, on which during the spinning process a spool 121 rests around which in the open-end spinning device 10 produced thread F wind up.
- the coil 121 is known per se Way between two coil arms 122 and 123 (see FIG. 2) with the help of not shown rotatably mounted bobbin, the coil arm 122 has a lifting arm 124.
- the thread F is oscillated during the spinning process by a traversing thread guide 126 arranged in front of the bobbin 121 in the direction of the thread running (see arrow f 1 ), so that the thread F is laid evenly over the longitudinal extent of the bobbin 121 (bobbin) during winding. So that the thread F has an approximately constant thread tension, there is a thread tension compensation bracket 127 in the thread run in the draw-off direction (see arrow f 1 ) in front of the traversing thread guide 126.
- a swiveling suction pipe 20 is located on the maintenance device 2, that pivots from the rest position shown up to near the coil 121 can be.
- a feed device 21 is arranged on the maintenance device 2, which by pivoting about a pivot axis 210 from a with a solid end position 21a shown in FIG an upper end position 21 b can be brought.
- This presentation device 21 has a pivotable thread catcher 211 at its free end.
- This thread feeder 22 can be shown in a solid line Starting position in a second position 22a above the outlet mouth 101 of the thread take-off tube 100 are brought.
- a thread end preparation device 23 Located in the area of the lower end position of the feed device 21 a thread end preparation device 23.
- the maintenance device 2 also has a pair of auxiliary rollers 24, the one compared to the maintenance device 2 stationary roller 240 and a driven, the roller 240 has an adjustable roller 241.
- a thread suction pipe 3 is also provided on the maintenance device 2, of which only the area with its mouth 32 is shown in FIG. 1.
- This thread suction pipe 3 is pivotally mounted on an axis 40 (see FIG. 3) and can optionally carry out working movements within a first plane E a or a second working plane E b or into different working positions 3b, 3c or positions 3A, 3B, 3C (see Fig. 2) are brought.
- the thread suction device 3 is connected to a hose 31, which in turn is controllably connected to a vacuum source in a manner not shown.
- the suction pipe 20 is pivoted from its rest position shown in FIG. 1 to the coil 121.
- the spool 121 is fed in a known manner, an auxiliary drive roller, not shown, with the aid of which the spool 121 is driven in the unwinding direction (arrow f 3 ). Due to the negative pressure prevailing in the suction tube 20, the suction tube 20 picks up the thread end located on the bobbin 121 and sucks it up to the extent that this becomes available when the bobbin 121 is turned back.
- the suction tube 20 As soon as the suction tube 20 has taken up a sufficiently large thread length, which ensures that the thread F is held securely, the suction tube 20 is pivoted back into its starting position, the spool 121 initially still being driven in the unwinding direction (see arrow f 3 ), so that Suction tube 20 continues to take up the thread length released by the bobbin 121 until the bobbin 121 is brought to a standstill by stopping the auxiliary drive roller, not shown.
- the spool 121 is briefly driven in the winding direction (arrow f 2 ). Since the bobbin 121 is in the raised position and the thread F connected to the bobbin 121 extends to the suction tube 20, the thread run does not cross the stroke area of the traversing thread guide 126. Thus, parallel turns are formed on the bobbin 121, which are due to a corresponding, not shown design of the mouth of the suction tube 20 at a defined location with respect to the longitudinal extent of the coil 121. This results in a defined thread path between the bobbin 121 and the suction pipe 20.
- the feed device 21 is about its pivot axis 210 pivoted from its lower end position 21a into its upper end position 21b, wherein the swivel path of the feed device 21 is outside of the thread path of the extending from the spool 121 to the suction tube 20 Faden F is located.
- the thread catcher located at the free end of the feed device 21 211 actuated and brought into such a position that he is in the subsequent Swiveling down the feed device 21 grips the thread F. and takes it, so that this between the coil 121 and the intake manifold 20 forms a loop (not shown). It is used for training the loop required thread length drawn from the suction tube 20.
- the thread F enters the clamping line of the clamping device 220 of the thread feeder 22, where it is fixed by clamping.
- the feed device 21 carries on it with respect to the pivoting movement leading side a thread cutting device, not shown, now is operated. The one that is released in this way and extends to the suction pipe 20 Thread section is discharged through the suction pipe 20.
- the feed device 21 continues its pivoting movement and brings the thread end created by the separation into the sphere of influence of Thread end preparation device 23 and releases the thread end there.
- the thread end is now from the thread end preparation device 23 held by which the thread end in a manner known per se in one brought suitable condition for the piecing process to be carried out becomes.
- the spool 121 is now driven by the auxiliary drive roller (not shown) in the unwinding direction (arrow f 3 ), the thread length thereby released by the spool 121 being taken up by the thread suction tube 3, which, as already described, had already been fed to the thread path. If the thread length stored in the thread suction tube 3 has reached a predetermined dimension, a piecing reserve A is formed by pivoting the reserve bracket 25. The thread length required for this is taken from the thread suction pipe 3.
- the thread feeder 22 is then from its solid line shown starting position brought into its position 22a, in which the free thread end is in the area of influence of the air flow, which in the outlet mouth 101 of the thread take-off tube 100 enters.
- This airflow is generated in a known manner within the open-end spinning device. Resulting differences in thread length are shown by the thread suction tube 3 supplied to the thread path is compensated.
- the bobbin 121 By lowering the bobbin 121, which is caused by the release of the lifting arm 124, the latter comes back to rest on the winding roller 120, so that the bobbin 121 is again driven in the winding direction (arrow f 2 ) and the thread F thus drawn out of the thread suction tube 3 winds.
- the drive of the spool 121 can initially be supported by the auxiliary drive roller, not shown, which is still resting on the spool 121.
- the thread F Before lowering the bobbin 121 onto the winding roller 120, the thread F extending from the bobbin 121 to the thread suction tube 3 above of the thread tension compensation bracket 127 and also outside the stroke range of the traversing thread guide 126. By lowering the However, bobbin 121 the thread F reaches this stroke area and crosses it Stroke of the traversing thread guide 126. This takes the thread F on, and the traversing thread guide 126 reaches the thread path, so that the Thread F to form intersecting turns on the bobbin 121. is wound up.
- the thread F is not yet at this point in the area of the thread tension compensation bracket 127, which is also not necessary is that the bobbin 121 unhindered that required for winding Thread length can withdraw from the thread suction tube 3 without this due to the traversing movement of the traversing thread guide 126, the thread tension of the thread F to be wound changes.
- the thread length temporarily stored in the thread suction tube 3 is indicated by a Thread monitor not shown monitors.
- the reserve bracket 25 is actuated, which then releases the piecing reserve A. This can be done by swiveling the reserve bracket 25 or by throwing it off in itself known way.
- the released thread F comes into contact with fibers that are not shown, known spinning element of the open-end spinning device 10 are fed so that the spinning process by pulling again of the thread F started by the open-end spinning device 10 can be. This is done by the auxiliary roller pair 24, which is now in Trigger direction is driven.
- the roller 240 also gives the in a manner known per se Thread F free, with the excess thread, which is caused by the thread release caused shortening of path has also arisen from the thread suction tube 3 is added.
- the thread suction pipe 3 is then from its working position 3b to the working position 3c (Fig. 1) brought. As a result, the size of the thread deflection reduced. If despite the subsequent delivery of thread F by the Draw-off device 11 of the thread temporarily stored in the thread suction tube 3 F is gradually used up, the thread path shortens again because the thread F now comes to rest on the thread tension compensation bracket 127.
- a further working position 3c can be dispensed with.
- a slightly larger voltage drop in purchase be taken, which results in a certain disturbance of the coil structure Has.
- a separate working position 3c for the thread suction tube 3 the release of the thread F is provided, the occurrence of a Voltage drop substantially mitigated. For this reason, at the previously discussed embodiment for the thread suction tube 3 (except the rest position 3a) more than just a single working position 3b provided (see working position 3c).
- the thread suction tube 3 has taken up the thread F in the working plane E a , then made it available for the formation of a piecing reserve A by the reserve hoop 25, and temporarily stored the excess thread temporarily produced during piecing. Now that this temporarily stored excess thread has been used up, the thread suction tube 3 has fulfilled its tasks in connection with the piecing process and is returned to its rest position 3a without having left the working plane E a during the piecing process.
- the maintenance device 2 is not only capable of a piecing process but can also do a spool change or other maintenance, z. B. perform a cleaning process or the like.
- a thread end reserve R As an example of another maintenance work in which the thread suction pipe 3 is used, the formation of a thread end reserve is shown below R described. Such a thread end reserve R should be on a full bobbin 121 are formed, which are removed from the winding device 12 and to be replaced by an empty sleeve (see sleeve 125).
- the operations until the thread F is taken over by the thread suction pipe 3 are the same as those previously described in connection with the piecing.
- the thread F is also picked up by the thread suction tube 3 as long as the thread suction tube 3 is in its first working plane E a , even if later operations are carried out in a second working plane E b .
- the thread suction tube 3 If the thread end, which has been cut to length with the aid of the separating device assigned to the feed device 21, is in the thread suction tube 3, a sufficient length of thread for the operations described below is supplied into the thread suction tube 3 by driving the bobbin 121 in the unwinding direction (see arrow f 3 ) whereupon the coil 121 is stopped. The thread suction tube 3 is then transferred from its previous working level E a to another working level E b . How this happens will be explained later.
- the rest position 3a is located as close as possible to the interface S of the two working levels E a and E b .
- the thread suction tube 3 After reaching the working level E b , the thread suction tube 3 is brought into a first working position 3A in front of one of the ends of the stopped coil 121. This is now driven again in the winding direction (see arrow f 2 ), for which purpose it is brought into contact with the winding roller 120 again.
- the thread suction tube 3, which is located in the working plane E b occupies such a position in its working position 3A that the thread F extending from the thread suction tube 3 to the bobbin, although the bobbin 121 rests on the winding roller 120, neither in the stroke range of the Traversing thread guide 126 still reaches the area of the thread tension compensation bracket 127.
- the yarn suction pipe 3 is also in the working plane E b can in more than just one working position in 3A, 3B or 3C are accommodated.
- the windings W 2 even if FIG. 2 shows two windings W 1 and W 2 provided at different locations on the coil 121, can possibly also cover the windings W 1 , which is achieved in that the working positions 3A and 3C are selected to coincide ,
- the thread F extending to the thread suction tube 3 in a suitable manner, not shown Way severed.
- the thread suction tube 3 is attached at its mouth or near it a separator that this Can take on the task.
- the coil 121 after formation the thread end reserve R and the return of the thread F to the bobbin stopped by lifting off the winding roller 120. The exchange of the full coil 121 against an empty sleeve 125 can now be made.
- the thread suction pipe 3 has fulfilled its tasks and returns to its rest position 3a in the first working level E a . After all elements involved in the bobbin change or in the formation of the thread end reserve R have returned to their starting positions, the maintenance device 2 can leave the open-end spinning device 10 which has just been serviced.
- the bobbin 121 lies on the winding roller 120 during the movement of the thread suction tube 3 from the working position 3A into the working position 3B. In this way it is avoided that this working movement of the thread suction tube 3 has a negative effect on the windings W 1 that have already been formed and that these can take part of them.
- the support of the bobbin 121 on the winding roller 120 during this working movement of the thread suction tube 3 thus leads to a defined transition from the parallel windings W 1 to the thread end reserve R, because the thread deflection made in the direction of the end region of the sleeve 125 does not extend over the clamping line between the bobbin 121 and Spooling roller 120 can also affect the parallel windings W 1 .
- the bobbin 121 For the formation of the windings W 1 itself, it is not absolutely necessary for the bobbin 121 to rest on the bobbin roller 120, so that in principle it is sufficient if the bobbin 121 does not lie until the beginning of the thread deflection mentioned for the formation of the thread end reserve R for contact with the Spooling roller 120 is brought.
- the support of the full bobbin 121 on the winding roller 120 means that the turns W 1 and W 2 are rolled to a certain extent due to the contact pressure of the bobbin 121 on the bobbin surface, which leads to the retention of the thread end on the bobbin 121 from Advantage is.
- the bobbin has a certain surface roughness due to the hairiness of the thread F. In this way, the end of the thread F deposited here in the form of one or more turns W 2 is effectively secured even during the subsequent handling during transport and further processing in a yarn processing textile machine, e.g. B. a knitting, knitting or weaving machine.
- the thread suction pipe 3 performs different working movements in a defined manner in the two working levels E a and E b .
- the control of these working movements of the thread suction tube 3 is served by a control device 6, which also cooperates with a transfer device 4 (see FIG. 3), by means of which the thread suction tube 3 can be transferred from the first working level E a to its second working level E b and back ,
- the control device 6 can be programmed in a suitable manner.
- Various adjustment buttons 64 are used for this purpose, and the settings made can be checked on a display 65.
- a possibility can also be provided for accommodating a data carrier (chip, CD-ROM etc.), with the aid of which the control device 6 is programmed accordingly in order to be able to carry out the piecing process and other work during the various work phases in the desired manner ,
- the thread suction pipe 3 is brought with the help of the transfer device 4 described below depending on these work phases one after the other into the corresponding working planes E a and E b , in which, in accordance with the program specified by the control device 6, the thread suction pipe 3 carries out the corresponding work movements in a predetermined time Episode.
- the thread suction tube 3 is brought into the first working plane E a on the basis of the predetermined programming to form a piecing reserve A. Any thread excess that may occur can also be recorded in this working level E a .
- the control device 6 on the basis of the program specified for it, causes the thread suction pipe 3 to be brought into its second working plane E b , in which the thread suction pipe 3 executes the required working movements.
- the aforementioned transfer device 4 (Fig. 3) has a pivot axis 40 on, with which the thread suction tube 3 is rotatably connected.
- the Swivel axis 40 is connected to a swivel drive 41 which for example in the form of a stepper motor.
- This Swivel drive 41 for the thread suction tube 3 in turn is on a holder 42 arranged, which is pivotally arranged on an axis 43.
- the bracket 42 is designed in the manner of a two-armed lever, with the free end of this lever with the interposition of a coupling link 441 a piston rod 440 of a pneumatic or hydraulic Drive cylinder 44 is connected.
- the drive cylinder 44 is above a control valve 5, which the inflow of Control medium in or the removal of the control medium from the drive cylinder 44 controls, with lines 50 for the supply or discharge of the Control medium in connection.
- control valve 5 On the detailed representation of the control valve 5 and the lines 50 was the clarity of the illustration waived because of such controls are well known.
- control valve 5 and also the swivel drive 41 are on control lines 60 and 61 in connection with the control device 6 mentioned, the piecing process, the exchange of a full spool 121 for one empty sleeve 125 and other operations such. B. cleaning the Open-end spinning device 10 or individual parts thereof, controls.
- the thread suction tube 3, which is delivered to the coil 121, which is not shown in FIG. 3, is located, depending on the pivoting position of the holder 42, either in the working plane E a , in which the thread suction tube 3, according to the above description, corresponds to it submitted thread F and in which it also temporarily stores a thread excess arising during the piecing process, or in the working plane E b , in which the thread suction tube 3 presents the thread F of the bobbin 121 in such a way that a thread end reserve R can be formed on it ,
- the holder 42 becomes under the control of the control device 6, the control valve 50 and the drive cylinder 44 pivoted accordingly.
- the thread suction tube 3 can be brought into a third working plane (not shown) in addition to the two working planes E a and E b mentioned above, which extends, for example, parallel to the representation plane in order to perform the task of the feed device in this third working plane 21 to take over.
- the thread suction tube 3 can, for example, receive the thread F extending from the bobbin 121 to the suction tube 20 and this - for example by correspondingly controlling the negative pressure in the suction tube 20 and in the thread suction tube 3 - the clamping device 220 of the thread feeder 22 and the thread end preparation device 23 feed.
- the thread suction tube 3 can return from this third working level, not shown, back to its previously mentioned working level E a , in order to be brought into the working position 3b shown in FIG. 1, where it then takes over the tasks described.
- the transfer device 4 has an additional axis, not shown, in addition to the pivot axis 40 and the axis 43.
- the thread suction pipe 3 is moved from a working plane E a , E b ... into a by means of a transfer device which is designed similarly to that which was previously described with the aid of FIG. 3 others are convicted.
- a transfer device which is designed similarly to that which was previously described with the aid of FIG. 3 others are convicted.
- it is generally also advantageous in such a configuration of the device if the rest position 3a of the thread suction pipe 3 is always in one of the intended working planes E a , E b ...
- the axis 43, about which the holding device 42 is pivotable, is substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the open-end spinning machine 1 and its shafts, such as. B. the winding roller 120 or the trigger shaft 110 is arranged.
- the thread suction tube 3 is also to take over the laying of the thread F along the bobbin 121. Nevertheless, it can U.
- the axis 43 inclined with respect to the longitudinal axis of the open-end spinning machine 1 for example in order to ensure that the thread suction tube 3 with its mouth 32 is always as close as possible regardless of the shape of the spool 121 (conical or cylindrical) the sleeve 125 and / or the coil end on which the windings W 1 and W 2 are to be formed can be brought.
