Claims (16)

  1. Sommier à lattes pour meubles de couchage avec deux longerons (50, 150, 250), sensiblement parallèles, s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur, avec des côtés intérieurs (32) se faisant face et une pluralité de lattes (10, 11, 71, 72, 110, 111, 171, 172), espacées les unes des autres et disposées en travers des longerons (50, 150, 250), lesquelles forment globalement une surface portante pour un matelas, dans laquelle les lattes (10, 11, 71, 72, 110, 111, 171, 172) sont reliées aux longerons (50, 150, 250) au moyen d'éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120), pour l'essentiel à deux branches, une branche (22) d'un élément à ressorts à lames (20) étant chacune fixée sur l'une des lattes (10) et l'autre branche (23) de cet élément à ressorts à lames (20) sur le côté intérieur (32) de l'un des longerons (50), caractérisé en ce que la branche (22) fixée sur la latte (10) est maintenue, à son extrémité côté latte, contre cette latte (10) de sorte qu'elle roule sur le côté inférieur de la latte (10) lorsqu'à la suite de la contrainte du sommier à lattes la latte (10) est compressée vers le bas et que l'élément à ressorts à lames (20) est soumis à une flexion.
  2. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que grâce à une disposition d'au moins un des élément à ressorts à lames (20, 120) de telle sorte que sa branche de ressort (23) fixée sur le longeron (50, 150) s'étend de la zone de son point de fixation sur le longeron (50, 150) vers la latte (10, 110) reliée à l'élément à ressorts à lames (20, 120), en direction oblique par rapport au plan (54) défini par les deux longerons (50, 150, 250).
  3. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone du point de fixation de la branche de ressort (23) sur le longeron (50, 150), l'angle de déclivité (β) entre la branche de ressort (23) et le plan (54) défini par les deux longerons (50, 150) se situe entre 5 à 80 degrés, de préférence entre 20 et 45 degrés, il est en particulier d'environ 30 degrés.
  4. Sommier à lattes selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 120) revêt une forme pour l'essentiel en U avec deux parties de branches (22, 23) et un élément de passerelle (21) reliant ces deux parties de branches (22, 23), l'élément de passerelle (21) étant, dans l'état de montage sur le sommier à lattes, disposé dans l'espace intérieur entre les deux longerons (50, 150, 250) de telle sorte que les deux parties de branche (22, 23) s'étendent de l'élément de passerelle (21) vers l'extérieur jusqu'à leur point de fixation sur la latte (10, 110) et/ou sur le côté intérieur (32) du longeron (50, 150).
  5. Sommier à lattes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120) est confectionné en matière synthétique renforcée à la fibre de verre, dans laquelle la fibre de verre est disposée au moins en partie de manière unidirectionnelle, voire de préférence de manière complètement unidirectionnelle dans le sens de la longueur de l'élément à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120).
  6. Sommier à lattes pour meubles de couchage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, avec deux longerons (50, 150, 250), sensiblement parallèles, s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur, avec des côtés intérieurs (32) se faisant face et une pluralité de lattes (10, 11, 71, 72, 110, 111, 171, 172), espacées les unes des autres et disposées en travers des longerons (50, 150, 250), lesquelles forment globalement une surface portante pour un matelas, dans laquelle les lattes (10, 11, 71, 72, 110, 111, 171, 172) sont reliées aux longerons (50, 150, 250) au moyen d'éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120) pour l'essentiel à deux branches, une branche (22) d'un élément à ressorts à lames (20) étant chacune fixée sur l'une des lattes (10) et l'autre branche (23) de cet élément à ressorts à lames (20) sur le côté intérieur (32) de l'un des longerons (50), caractérisé en ce que le côté intérieur (32) d'au moins un des longerons (50, 150) est pourvu de moyens de fixation pour les ressorts (30, 38, 130) qui sont configurés pour le montage d'un ou de plusieurs éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120), les moyens de fixation pour les ressorts (30, 38) comportant un profilé creux (30, 38, 130), de préférence un profilé en aluminium (30, 38, 130), dont la paroi de profilé (32) tournée vers l'autre longeron, est configurée avec une rainure (35) appropriée pour la réception des extrémités des branches des éléments à ressorts à lames (20, 81, 82, 120) devant être fixées sur les moyens de fixation pour les ressorts (30, 38, 130).
  7. Sommier à lattes selon la revendications 6, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de profilé (32) du profilé creux (30, 130), tournée vers l'autre longeron, est sensiblement plate et qu'elle forme, par rapport au plan (54) défini par les deux longerons (50, 150, 250) un angle (α), situé entre 10 et 85 degrés, de préférence entre 45 et 70 degrés, qui est en particulier d'environ 60 degrés.
  8. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en outre pourvu à l'extrémité côté tête et/ou côté pieds du sommier à lattes d'un profilé creux (37) disposé en travers des longerons (50) qui possède la même section que le profilé creux (30, 38) disposé sur le longeron et qu'il est pourvu d'une rainure (36) adaptée pour recevoir d'une poignée.
  9. Sommier à lattes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux lattes (10, 11, 110, 111) voisines sont reliées entre elles à l'aide de moyens de raccordement (17, 217) afin de créer un accouplement entre les deux lattes (10, 11, 110, 111).
  10. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en outre pourvu d'une attache de matelas (218) pouvant être fixée sur les moyens de raccordement (217).
  11. Sommier à lattes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, avec deux longerons (50), sensiblement parallèles, s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur, et une pluralité de lattes (10, 11, 71, 72), espacées les unes des autres et disposées en travers des longerons (50), lesquelles forment globalement une surface portante pour un matelas, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un des longerons (50) comporte une barre (40) en bois stratifié, le longeron (50) dans son ensemble et la barre (40) en particulier étant dimensionnés de telle sorte que la hauteur du longeron est inférieure à 50mm sur toute la longueur, de préférence inférieure à 45mm, en particulier inférieure à 40mm.
  12. Sommier à lattes selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la barre (40) est pourvue d'une ou de plusieurs bandes de renforcement (44, 42) sur sa surface supérieure et/ou sur sa surface inférieure qui comportent des fibres de carbone courant dans le sens de la longueur de la barre.
  13. Sommier à lattes selon l'une des revendications 6, 7 ou 8 et l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le longeron (50) comprenant une barre (40) en bois stratifié, comporte une première partie (56), dans laquelle la barre (40) est pratiquement sur toute sa longueur solidaire d'un premier profilé creux en une partie (30) des moyens de fixation pour les ressorts, disposé sur son côté intérieur, et une seconde partie (58), dans laquelle un second profilé creux en une partie (30) des moyens de fixation pour les ressorts est disposé sur le côté intérieur de la barre, moyennant quoi le second profilé creux (38) est monté sur le premier profilé creux (38) de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe transversal situé pour l'essentiel dans le plan (54) défini par les deux longerons (50), de sorte que les lattes (71, 72) reliées au second profilé creux (38) forment une partie de sommier à lattes amovible par rapport aux lattes (10) reliées au premier profilé creux (30).
  14. Sommier à lattes selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, avec deux longerons (150, 250), sensiblement parallèles, s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur, et une pluralité de lattes (110, 111, 171, 172), espacées les unes des autres et disposées en travers des longerons (150, 250), lesquelles forment globalement une surface portante pour un matelas, caractérisé en ce qu'il est en outre pourvu d'une disposition de ressorts de soutien, qui comporte au moins un élément de ressort de soutien (163) qui est disposé en dessous d'au moins une latte (171, 172) de telle sorte qu'il soutient la latte (171, 172) dans une zone médiane entre les longerons (150, 250) au moyen d'une force de ressort soit sur au moins un des deux longerons ou sur une entretoise (153) posée sur les deux longerons (150, 250).
  15. Disposition de ressorts de soutien pour un sommier à lattes selon la revendication 14, avec au moins un élément de ressort de soutien (163), caractérisée en ce que la configuration de cet élément de ressort (163) est telle qu'il peut être disposé en dessous d'au moins une latte (171, 172) de telle sorte qu'il soutient la latte (171, 172) dans une zone médiane entre les longerons (150, 250) au moyen d'une force de ressort sur au moins un des deux longerons ou sur une entretoise (153) posée sur les deux longerons (150, 250).
  16. Disposition de ressorts de soutien selon la revendication 15, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens (165) pour un réglage au choix de la force de ressort de l'élément de ressort de soutien (163).
