Abstract
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zu schaffen, durch welche die die Bildinformation tragende Schicht schnell und sicher von der Oberfläche des Druckzylinders bzw. von der Druckplatte entfernt wird.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche eine bebilderbare Beschichtung aufgebracht, diese Beschichtung zum Erzeugen einer Bildinformation durch eine mit einem Laser ausgestattete Bebilderungseinrichtung mit Energie beaufschlagt wird und diese Bebilderungseinrichtung auch zum Entfernen der Beschichtung verwendet wird, wobei beim Entfernen der Beschichtung durch die Bebilderungseinrichtung die Intensität der Einwirkung auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche erhöht wird.

Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckformzylindern in Druckmaschinen, wobeiauf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche eine bebilderbare Beschichtung (11) aufgebracht wird,diese Beschichtung (11) zum Erzeugen einer Bildinformation durch eine mit einem Laser (9) ausgestattete Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) mit Energie beaufschlagt wird,diese Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) auch zum Entfernen der Beschichtung (11) verwendet wird,wobei beim Entfernen der Beschichtung durch die Bebilderungseinrichtung die Intensität der Einwirkung auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche erhöht wird.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckformzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der Bebilderung durch den Energieeintrag in die Beschichtung (11) die bildtragenden Elemente polymerisiert werden.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckformzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Leistungsverstärkung der Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) beim Ablösen der Beschichtung (11) die Leistung des Lasers auf das erforderliche Maß erhöht wird.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckformzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Leistungsverstärkung der Bebilderungseinrichtung (8) beim Ablösen der Beschichtung (11) mindestens ein weiterer Laser (10, 10') zugeschaltet wird.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Laser-Strahles beim Löschvorgang vergrößert wird.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Bebilderungseinrichtung mit einem Laser (9), der einem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Laser (9) verwendet wird, dessen Leistung steuerbar ist.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Bebilderungseinrichtung mit einem Laser (9), der einem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Laserkopf (12) mindestens ein zweiter Laser (10; 10') zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Bebilderungseinrichtung mit einem Laser (9), der einem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Laser (10) über ein Lichtleitkabel (14) dem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen, bestehend aus einer Bebilderungseinrichtung mit einem Laser (9), der einem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Laser (10') über ein Spiegelsystem (13) dem Laserkopf (12) zugeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach Anspruch 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Laserkopf (12) mehrere Laser zugeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das emittierte Licht sowohl des ersten Lasers (9) als auch der zuschaltbaren Laser (10, 10') in bezug auf die Wellenlänge weitgehend übereinstimmt.
- Einrichtung zum Behandeln von erneut bebilderbaren Druckformen oder Druckzylindern in Druckmaschinen nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Laser (9; 10; 10') als Festkörperlaser oder als Gasentladungslaser ausgeführt ist.
