Claims (20)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Tablette. insbesondere einer Reinigungsmitteltablette, mit wenigstens einer ersten und einer zweiten Schicht, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:a) Einbringen einer ersten abgemessenen Menge einer ersten teilchenförmigen Zusammensetzung in eine Formvertiefung einer Tablettenpresse;b) Pressen der ersten abgemessenen Menge mit einem ersten Preßdruck mittels eines Preßstempels, der auf seiner Preßfläche mindestens eine Vorwölbung aufweist, um eine erste gepreßte Schicht herzustellen, die in ihrer oberen Fläche eine der (den) Vorwölbung(en) auf dem Preßstempel entsprechende Vertiefung(en) aufweist;c) Einbringen einer zweiten abgemessenen Menge einer zweiten teilchenförmigen Zusammensetzung auf die erste gepreßte Schicht in der Formvertiefung der Tablettenpresse; undd) Pressen der zweiten abgemessenen Menge mit einem zweiten Preßdruck mittels des Preßstempels, um eine zweite gepreßte Schicht mit einer entsprechenden Vertiefung(en) in ihrer oberen Fläche herzustellen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Herstellung einer dritten Schicht und ggf. weiterer Schichten die Schritte (c) und (d) jeweils wiederholt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Vertiefung(en) in der obersten Schicht der Tablette verfüllt wird (werden).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung(en) in der obersten Schicht der Tablette durch Einfüllen einer gießfähigen, aushärtbaren Zusammensetzung verfüllt wird (werden).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung(en) durch Einbringen und anschließendes Pressen einer teilchenförmigen Zusammensetzung verfüllt wird (werden).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vertiefung(en) durch Einbringen einer oder mehrerer Formkörper verfüllt wird (werden).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der (die ) Formkörper nach Aufnahme in der (den) Vertiefung(en) über die Oberseite der Tablette vorsteht (vorstehen).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der (die) Formkörper in der (den) Vertiefung(en) mit einer Substanz fixiert ist (sind), die eine transportsichere Verbindung zwischen der Tablette und dem Formkörper ergibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der (die) Formkörper mit einem Kleber in der (den) Vertiefung(en) fixiert werden.
- Mehrschichtige Tablette, insbesondere Reinigungsmitteltablette, die nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche hergestellt ist.
- Tablette (1) mit mindestens einer ersten verpreßten Schicht (10) und einer darüber angeordneten zweiten verpreßten Schicht (20), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schicht (10) in der Fläche (11), an der die zweite Schicht (20) befestigt ist, eine Vertiefung (12) aufweist, wobei die zweite Schicht (20) eine zu der Vertiefung (12) komplementäre Vorwölbung (22) aufweist, die in die Vertiefung (12) eingreift, wobei die Oberseite (23) der zweiten Schicht (20) eine zu der Vorwölbung (22) komplementäre Vertiefung (24) umfasst.
- Tablette nach Anspruch 11, bei der über der zweiten Schicht (20) eine dritte und wahlweise weitere Schichten angeordnet sind.
- Tablette nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei der die Vertiefung(en) (24) in der obersten Schicht (20) der Tablette verfüllt ist (sind).
- Tablette nach Anspruch 13, bei der die Vertiefung(en) (24) in der obersten Schicht (20) der Tablette durch Einfüllen einer gießfähigen, aushärtbaren Zusammensetzung verfüllt ist (sind).
- Tablette nach Anspruch 13, bei der die Vertiefung(en) (24) durch Einbringen und anschließendes Pressen einer teilchenförmigen Zusammensetzung verfüllt ist (sind).
- Tablette nach Anspruch 13, bei der die Vertiefung(en) (24) durch Einbringen eines oder mehrerer Formkörper (30) verfüllt ist (sind).
- Tablette nach Anspruch 16, bei der der (die) Formkörper (30) über die Oberseite (23) der obersten Schicht (20) hervorsteht (hervorstehen).
- Tablette nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, bei der der (die) Formkörper (30) in der (den) Vertiefungen (24) mit einer Substanz fixiert ist (sind), die eine transportsichere Verbindung zwischen der Tablette (1) und dem (den) Formkörpern (30) ergibt.
- Tablette nach Anspruch 18, bei der der Formkörper (30) mit einem Kleber in der (den) Vertiefungen (24) fixiert ist.
- Tablette nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 19, wobei es sich bei der Tablette um eine Reinigungsmitteltablette handelt.
