Abstract

Gedämpfter Pneumatikzylinder zur Erzeugung einer konstanten langsamen linearen Antriebsbewegung, der im wesentlichen aus einem mit Druckluftanschlüssen (4a, 4b) versehenen geschlossenen Zylindergehäuse (1) mit mindestens einem integrierten längsbewegbaren Kolben (6a, 6b) besteht, der mit einer Kolbenstange (7) zur Übertragung der linearen Antriebsbewegung verbunden ist, wobei die Kolbenstange (7) mit einer hydraulischen Dämpfereinheit in Wirkverbindung steht, wobei die Dämpfereinheit innerhalb des Zylindergehäuses (1) angeordnet ist und zwei mit einer Hydraulikflüssigkeit befüllte Faltenbälge (8a, 8b) umfasst, die beidseits an einer ortsfest bezüglich des Zylindergehäuses (1) angeordneten mittleren Trennwand (5) befestigt sind, welche zum Überströmen der Hydraulikflüssigkeit eine Drosselöffnung (9) aufweist, wobei die distalen Enden der beiden Faltenbälge (8a, 8b) durch die druckluftbeaufschlagbaren Kolben (6a, 6b) verschlossen sind.
