Claims (10)

  1. Machine d'emballage du type enveloppant, dans laquelle un magasin (8) pour les ébauches de carton (C) est situé au niveau de la partie d'entrée de ladite machine, et en alignement avec les tapis ou lignes ou transporteurs (1, 3, 4) destinés à stocker et à former des groupes de produits (P) devant être emballés, caractérisée en ce que ledit magasin (8) est situé à l'extérieur de tout profil externe plus élevé, et en ce que dans ce magasin, les ébauches sont empilées sur le bord, leurs dimensions les plus grandes étant dans un plan vertical et leurs faces plates étant positionnées transversalement par rapport à la direction d'évacuation et d'alimentation desdites ébauches, des moyens (12-27) étant prévus pour retirer périodiquement ou cycliquement l'ébauche de devant ou de tête du magasin et déposer ladite ébauche sur un transporteur ascendant incliné (20) situé sous le trajet le long duquel les produits sont stockés (1) et groupés (2), le transporteur étant muni de paires de dents (120) qui poussent l'ébauche depuis la partie arrière et étant relié à un moyen d'entraínement programmable, pour assurer que, lorsque le format des ébauches change, une partie prédéterminée (S) de chaque ébauche est toujours amenée en alignement avec le bord avant ou bord de tête du groupe de produits (P') formé par ledit tapis de formation de groupes, le tapis de stockage de produits (1) étant conçu pour une liaison latérale à un tapis (5, 5') destiné à alimenter lesdits produits (P) qui ainsi n'interfèrent pas avec ledit magasin d'alimentation en ébauches.
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le tapis latéral d'alimentation des produits pour le tapis de stockage (1) peut comprendre un transporteur (5') adjacent audit tapis, circulant dans le même sens, et comprenant un canal de guidage fixe (205') qui est en forme de S dans une vue en plan et qui dévie le flux des produits dudit transporteur latéral (5') vers ledit tapis de stockage (1).
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le tapis destiné à alimenter latéralement les produits vers le tapis de stockage (1) peut être un tapis roulant transversal à butée (5) et les produits peuvent être transférés d'un tapis à l'autre au moyen d'un canal de déviation fixe (205) qui est en forme de L dans une vue en plan, avec une zone d'angle arrondie, ou grâce à l'utilisation d'un moyen (6) qui arrête le flux des produits sur le tapis (5) et d'un moyen (7) qui insère transversalement dans le tapis de stockage (1) les produits qui ont été amenés jusqu'à lui sur le tapis en amont.
  4. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le magasin d'ébauches (8) est muni d'un plan de base horizontal (108) et de transporteurs motorisés destinés à faire avancer les ébauches, ou est incliné longitudinalement vers le bas dans la direction de l'extrémité d'évacuation, d'une manière telle que les ébauches sont avancées vers cette extrémité par la gravité et par la poussée exercée sur l'extrémité arrière de la pile par un poids de lest (9) qui coulisse d'une manière guidée longitudinalement sur ledit plan de base, ledit magasin étant muni d'éléments de guidage latéraux et d'éléments latéraux de retenue (208, 208') fixés sur des mécanismes d'ajustement d'autocentrage supérieur et inférieur (308, 308') reliés mutuellement par des transmissions de mouvement forcées, du type à roues dentées et à chaínes par exemple, et munis de vis ayant des filetages opposés de sorte que leurs espacements les uns des autres puissent être ajustés lorsque le format des ébauches utilisées est modifié, au moyen d'un système de commande centralisé, l'extrémité d'évacuation du magasin étant munie de doigts latéraux et de base (408) qui sont solidaires desdits éléments latéraux et du plan de base, et qui dépassent dans ladite extrémité afin de retenir l'ébauche de devant par son périmètre, et au moins un autre doigt (408') agit au centre de la bordure horizontale supérieure de l'ébauche avant et est supporté par un élément transversal (10) avec un profil évasé pour la partie supérieure de la pile d'ébauches, porté par un élément transversal fixe (11) dont la hauteur peut être ajustée lorsque le format des ébauches varie.
  5. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'un des éléments latéraux de guidage et de retenue (208) du magasin d'ébauches est plus court à l'arrière que l'autre afin de faciliter le chargement des ébauches par l'entrée latérale.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le transporteur incliné (20) destiné à transférer les ébauches depuis le magasin d'alimentation (8) vers la sortie de positionnement en aval d'un poste de formation de groupes de produits (2) consiste en une paire de chaínes parallèles ayant des dents de poussée correspondantes (120) avec un moyen de guidage latéral fixe et de retenue pour l'ébauche, et est entraíné par un moteur électrique avec une commande électronique de vitesse et de phase, programmable au moyen du panneau de commande de la machine de sorte que, lorsque le format des plateaux est modifié, les zones rabattables prédéterminées (S) de leurs panneaux rencontrent toujours les extrémités avant des groupes de produits à emballer.
  7. Machine selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, dans la partie initiale, inférieure et médiane du transporteur incliné (20), qui fait avancer les ébauches en aval du poste de formation de groupes de produits, une protubérance (22) fixée sur la structure dudit transporteur, contre laquelle l'extrémité arrière de l'ébauche extraite du magasin est maintenue tout en attendant d'être engagée par les dents de poussée (120) dudit transporteur incliné (20).
  8. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le moyen qui exécute l'extraction périodique d'une ébauche depuis l'extrémité d'évacuation du magasin (8) et la dépose sur le transporteur d'avance ou d'alimentation incliné (20) comprend une structure composite ajustable (13), avec un nombre approprié de ventouses de succion coplanaires (12), qui est solidaire d'un arbre (14) qui a une première extrémité montée avec possibilité de rotation et à angle droit sur l'extrémité d'un bras (15) positionné du côté dudit transporteur (20) et comporte son autre extrémité montée avec possibilité de rotation sur un arbre (16), par exemple un arbre fixe, qui est positionné au niveau de la partie basse initiale dudit transporteur (20) et qui est relié audit arbre (14) qui transporte la structure avec les ventouses de succion (12) au moyen d'une transmission à mouvement forcé, par exemple une transmission du type comportant des roues dentées ou des poulies dentées (17) et une chaíne ou une courroie dentée (18), ou par une transmission de mouvement sous la forme d'un quadrilatère articulé, avec un côté fixé, le tout étant agencé de telle manière que, en résultat de l'oscillation du bras (15), lesdites ventouses de succion (12) sont amenées à extraire l'ébauche de devant du magasin avec son bord inférieur le plus vers l'avant, et sont ensuite amenées à déplacer ce bord vers l'avant jusqu'à ce que l'ébauche soit complètement extraite des doigts de retenue (408, 408') et soit déposée sur ledit transporteur incliné (20) avec la surface précédemment visible de l'ébauche orientée vers le haut.
  9. Machine selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le bras oscillant (15) qui transporte la structure avec les ventouses de succion (12) est amené à exécuter son mouvement oscillant par un moyen adapté quelconque, par exemple un système de bielle et de manivelle (24, 26), la manivelle étant clavetée sur un arbre (27) qui tourne en phase avec le poste de formation de groupe de produits (2).
  10. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle il est fourni, immédiatement en aval d'un poste de formation de groupes de produits (2), un bras oscillant (29) qui est normalement dans la position basse et est orienté en s'éloignant dudit poste, de sorte que l'ébauche transportant le groupe de produits peut se déplacer librement sur lui, celui-ci étant amené à être relevé, aussitôt que ladite ébauche l'a dépassé, grâce à un actionneur approprié (30) pour relever le panneau arrière (C4) de ladite ébauche et pour relever l'ensemble des deux premiers panneaux (C1, C2) de l'ébauche suivante qui est sur le point de quitter ledit poste de formation de groupes (1), d'une manière telle que lesdits panneaux sont empêchés d'interférer les uns avec les autres et sont préparés pour l'opération des doigts avant et arrière (M3, M3') du transporteur inférieur composite connu (3, 3') qui, en association avec un transporteur supérieur correspondant (4) qui est également connu et est muni de doigts avant et arrière correspondants (M4, M4'), ferment tous les panneaux (C1 à C4) de l'ébauche d'emballage autour du produit et plient le panneau de fermeture final (F), le tout étant en outre conçu pour réduire l'intervalle entre les groupes de produits qui avancent et donc pour augmenter la production de la machine pour une vitesse d'avance donnée desdits groupes de produits.
