Claims (10)

  1. Verpackungsmaschine des Einschlagtyps, in welcher ein Magazin (8) für Kartonzuschnitte (C) an dem Eingabebereich der Maschine und in Flucht mit Bändern oder Fördereinrichtungen (1, 3, 4) zum Ansammeln und Gruppieren der zu verpackenden Produkte angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Magazin (8) neben höheren außen befindlichen Profilen angeordnet ist, in diesem Magazin die Zuschnitte hochkant, mit ihren größten Abmessungen in einer vertikalen Ebene und mit ihren flachen Seiten bezogen auf die Richtung des Entladens und Zuführens der Zuschnitte quer positioniert gelagert sind, Mittel (12-27) zum zyklischen Entnehmen des vordersten Zuschnitts aus dem Magazin und Ablegen des Zuschnitts auf einer geneigten ansteigenden Fördereinrichtung (20) vorgesehen sind, die unter der Bahn angeordnet ist, entlang der die Produkte angesammelt (1) und gruppiert (2) werden, die Fördereinrichtung Zahnpaare (120) hat, die den Zuschnitt von hinten schieben und mit programmierbaren Antriebsmitteln verbunden sind, um bei Formatänderung der Zuschnitte sicherzustellen, daß ein vorbestimmter Teil (S) eines jeden Zuschnitts immer in Flucht mit der durch das Gruppierungsband ausgebildeten vorderen Kante der Gruppe der Produkte (P') gebracht ist, und das Produktansammelband (1) zur seitlichen Verbindung mit einem Band (5, 5') zum Zuführen der Produkte (P) gedacht ist, welche sich daher mit dem Magazin zur Zuschnittszufuhr nicht stören.
  2. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das seitliche Band zum Zuführen der Produkte zu dem Sammelband (1) eine Fördereinrichtung (5') hat, die an das Band angrenzend in der selben Richtung verläuft und einen fixierten Führungskanal (205') hat, der in der Draufsicht S-förmig ist und den Fluß der Produkte von der seitlichen Fördereinrichtung (5') zu dem Sammelband (1) umleitet.
  3. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Band zum seitlichen Zuführen der Produkte zum Sammelband (1) ein anstoßendes, quer gerichtetes Förderband (5) ist und die Produkte von einem Band auf das andere mit Hilfe eines feststehenden Umleitungskanals (205), der in der Draufsicht L-förmig ist und einen gerundeten Winkelbereich hat, oder durch Verwendung von Vorrichtungen (6) umsetzbar sind, die den Fluß der Produkte auf dem Band (5) stoppen, und Vorrichtungen (7), welche transversal die auf dem davor liegenden Band auf dieses angelieferten Produkte in das Sammelband (1) einfügen.
  4. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher das Magazin (8) für die Zuschnitte eine horizontale Bodenebene (108) und motorisierte Fördereinrichtungen zum Zuführen der Zuschnitte aufweist oder der Länge nach abwärts in der Richtung der Entnahmestelle in solch einer Weise geneigt ist, daß die Zuschnitte zu dieser Stelle durch Schwerkraft und durch den auf das rückwärtige Ende des Stapels durch ein Ballastgewicht (9), welches in einer in der Längsrichtung geführten Weise auf der Bodenebene gleitet, ausgeübten Schub zugeführt sind, wobei das Magazin seitliche Führungs- und Haltevorrichtungen (208, 208') besitzt, die an unteren und oberen, durch starre Bewegungsübersetzung, zum Beispiel Zahnrad- und Kettenübertragungen, miteinander verbundenen selbstzentrierenden Einstellmechanismen (308, 308') fixiert sind und Schrauben besitzen, die gegenläufige Gewinde haben, so daß ihr Abstand voneinander mit Hilfe eines zentralen Regelsystems einstellbar ist, wenn das Format der verwendeten Zuschnitte geändert wird, und die Entnahmestelle des Magazins Seiten- und Bodenfinger (408) hat, die integral mit den seitlichen Vorrichtungen und der Bodenebene ausgebildet sind und in die Entnahmestelle hineinragen, um den vordersten Zuschnitt an seinem Rand zurückzuhalten, und mindestens ein weiterer Finger (408') in der Mitte der oberen horizontalen Kante des vordersten Zuschnitts wirkt und durch ein Querelement (10) mit einem sich aufweitenden Profil für die Spitze des Stapels der Zuschnitte gehalten ist, die von einer Querstrebe (11) getragen ist, deren Höhe einstellbar ist, wenn sich das Format der verwendeten Zuschnitte ändert.
  5. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher eine der seitlichen Führungs- und Haltevorrichtungen (208) des Zuschnittmagazins an der Rückseite kürzer als die anderen ist, um ein Beladen durch seitliches Eingeben der Zuschnitte zu erleichtern.
  6. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die geneigte Fördereinrichtung (20) für ein Übertragen der Zuschnitte vom Zufuhrmagazin (8) zu der einer Produktgruppierstation (2) nachfolgenden positionierenden Ausgabe ein Paar parallele Ketten mit korrespondierenden Schiebezähnen (120) mit feststehenden seitlichen Führungs- und Haltevorrichtungen für den Zuschnitt hat und von einem elektrischen Motor mit elektronischer Geschwindigkeits- und Taktkontrolle, die mit Hilfe der Bedienungskonsole der Maschine programmierbar ist, angetrieben ist, so daß die vorbestimmten klappbaren Bereiche (S) ihrer Paneele immer mit den vorderen Enden der zu packenden Produktgruppen zusammentreffen, wenn das Format der Steigen geändert ist.
  7. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der anfängliche untere und mittlere Bereich der geneigten Fördereinrichtung (20), welche die Zuschnitte nach der Produktgruppierstation zuführt, einen an dem Rahmen der Fördereinrichtung angebrachten Vorsprung (22) aufweist, gegen den das hintere Ende des aus dem Magazin geförderten Zuschnitts gehalten ist, während dieser darauf wartet, von den Schiebezähnen (120) der geneigten Fördereinrichtung (20) in Angriff genommen zu werden.
  8. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die Mittel, welche die zyklische Förderung eines Zuschnitts von der Entnahmestelle des Magazins (8) ausführen und ihn auf der geneigten Fördereinrichtung (20) ablegen, eine zusammengesetzte anpassbare Struktur (13) mit einer passenden Zahl planparalleler Saugnäpfe (12) haben, die an eine Welle (14) angebaut ist, bei der ein Ende drehbar und in einem rechten Winkel an dem Ende eines an der Seite der Fördereinrichtung (20) angeordneten Armes (15) befestigt ist und das andere Ende drehbar an einer Welle (16) befestigt ist, zum Beispiel einer feststehenden Welle, welche an dem anfänglichen unteren Bereich der Fördereinrichtung (20) angeordnet und mit der Welle (14) verbunden ist, welche die Struktur mit den Saugnäpfen (12) mittels einer starren Bewegungsübersetzung, beispielsweise eine Zahnrad- oder Zahnscheibenübersetzung (17) mit einer Kette oder einem Zahnriemen (18), oder durch eine Bewegungsübersetzung in der Form eines Gelenkvierecks mit einer fixierten Seite trägt, wobei das Ganze in solch einer Weise angeordnet ist, daß als Folge der Oszillation des Armes (15) die Saugnäpfe (12) den vordersten Zuschnitt aus dem Magazin mit seinem unteren vordersten Ende herausziehen und diese Kante dann vorwärts bewegen, bis der Zuschnitt völlig aus den Rückhaltefingern (408, 408') herausgezogen und auf der geneigten Fördereinrichtung (20) mit der zuvor sichtbaren Oberfläche des Zuschnitts nach oben zeigend abgelegt ist.
  9. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, bei welcher der oszillierende Arm (15), der die Struktur mit den Saugnäpfen (12) trägt, seine oszillierende Bewegung durch geeignete Vorrichtungen ausführt, zum Beispiel ein Hebel-/Kurbelsystem (24, 26), wobei die Kurbel an einer Welle (27) verankert ist, die sich in Takt mit der Produktgruppierstation (2) dreht.
  10. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher unmittelbar nach einer Produktgruppierstation (2) ein oszillierender Arm (29) vorgesehen ist, der normalerweise in der unteren Stellung und von der Station weg weisend ausgerichtet ist, so daß der Zuschnitt, der die Produktgruppe trägt, frei darüber bewegbar ist, wobei dieser, sobald der Zuschnitt passiert hat, durch ein geeignetes Stellglied (30) aufstellbar ist, um den hinteren Bogen (C4) des Zuschnitts und die Gruppe der ersten beiden Bögen (C1, C2) des folgenden Zuschnitts, der gerade dabei ist, die Gruppierungsstation (2) zu verlassen, so aufzustellen, daß die Bögen daran gehindert sind, sich gegenseitig zu stören, und für den Arbeitsvorgang der vorderen und hinteren Finger (M3, M3') der bekannten zusammengesetzten unteren Fördereinrichtung (3, 3') vorbereitet werden, die in Verbindung mit einer entsprechenden oberen Fördereinrichtung (4), die auch bekannt ist und übereinstimmende vordere und hintere Finger (M4, M4') besitzt, alle Bögen (C1-C4) des Verpackungszuschnitts um das Produkt schließen und den letzten schließenden Bogen (F) falten, wobei das Ganze zusätzlich so gestaltet ist, daß der Abstand zwischen den Gruppen der ankommenden Produkte reduziert und so die Ausgabe der Maschine für eine gegebene Vorschubgeschwindigkeit der Produktgruppen gesteigert ist.
