- Bauteilträger zum Halten von wenigstens einem Bauteil (12) während eines Beschichtungsprozesses, insbesondere zum galvanischen Oberflächenbeschichten, mit einer Kontaktfläche (36) eines elektrisch leitenden Gehäuses (14), auf der das wenigstens eine Bauteil (12) aufliegt, mit zumindest einem Haltemagneten (31), dessen Magnetfeldlinien in einem Bereich nahe der Kontaktfläche (36) durch das Bauteil (12) verlaufen, wobei die Polachse des zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) quer zur Kontaktfläche (36) steht, mit einer Blende (16), welche durch Führungssegmente (42) das zumindest eine Bauteil (12) aufnimmt und zum zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) in einer Halteposition (38) auf der Kontaktfläche (36) positioniert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verringerung der auf das zumindest eine Bauteil (12) in der Halteposition (38) wirkenden, resultierenden Magnethaltekraftder zumindest eine auf einem Schlitten (23) vorgesehene Haltemagnet (31) aus der Halteposition (38) verschiebbar ist oderdas zumindest eine Bauteil (12) durch eine Blende (16) entlang der Kontaktfläche (36) aus der Halteposition (38) verschiebbar ist oder
der Bauteilträger über Mittel verfügt, daßdas zumindest eine Bauteil (12) entlang der Kontaktfläche (36) und der zumindest eine Haltemagnet (31) zur Halteposition (38) relativ zueinander bewegbar ist. - Bauteilträger zum Halten von wenigsten einem Bauteil (12) während eines Beschichtungsprozesses, insbesondere zum galvanischen Oberflächenbeschichten, mit einer Kontaktfläche (36) eines elektrisch leitenden Gehäuses (14), auf der das wenigstens eine Bauteil (12) aufliegt, mit zumindest einem Haltemagneten (31), dessen Magnetfeldlinien in einem Bereich nahe der Kontaktfläche (36) durch das Bauteil (12) verlaufen, wobei die Polachse des zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) quer zur Kontaktfläche (36) steht, mit einer Blende (16), welche durch Führungssegmente (42) das zumindest eine Bauteil (12) aufnimmt und zum zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) in einer Halteposition (38) auf der Kontaktfläche (36) positioniert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Verringerung der auf das zumindest eine Bauteil (12) wirkenden, resultierenden Magnetkraft zwischen der Kontaktfläche (36), auf der wenigstens eine Bauteil (12) aufliegt, und dem zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) eine magnetische Zwischenlage verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Haltepositionen (38) auf der zumindest einen Kontaktfläche (36) vorgesehen sind, die aus zumindest zwei Zeilen und zwei Spalten bestehen, wobei mindestens eine Halteposition (38) pro Zeile und Spalte vorgesehen ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blende (16) eine Lochrasterung (39) für die Halteposition (38) aufweist, welche vorzugsweise zumindest ein Feld (27, 28, 29) aus Reihen und Spalten enthält, deren Anzahl vorzugsweise auf einem Binär-Code basiert.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für jede Zeile oder Spalte zumindest zwei den Bauteilen (12) gegengesetzt polarisierte und diesen zugewandte Polleisten vorgesehen sind, die sich ganz oder teilweise entlang der Spalte oder Zeile erstrecken.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltemagnet (31) für jede Halteposition (38) einen Einzelhaltemagnet (32) aufweist, der aus zumindest zwei dem zumindest einen Bauteil (12) zugewandten Magnetpolen besteht.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einzelhaltemagnet (32) aus zwei dipoligen Magneten (33, 34) besteht, die durch eine neutrale Zone getrennt und mit entgegengesetzter Polarität zur Kontaktfläche (36) der Halteposition (38) angeordnet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere zu einer Zeile oder Spalte angeordnete Einzelmagnete (32) eine zur Kontaktfläche (36) weisende gleiche Ausrichtung aufweisen.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere zu einer Zeile oder Spalte angeordnete Einzelmagnete (32) eine zur Kontaktfläche (36) weisende alternierende Ausrichtung aufweisen.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gehäuse (14) ein Schlitten (23) vorgesehen ist, der die Einzelhaltemagnete (32) verschiebbar zur jeweiligen Halteposition (38) aufnimmt.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (23) eine Platte (24) und darauf angeordnete Leisten (26) aufweist, welche linke und rechte Magneten (33, 34) mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet zur Bildung von Einzelhaltemagneten (32) aufnimmt, wobei die Leiste (26) abschnittsweise zwischen den Magneten (33 und 34) eine neutrale Zone bildet.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (23) über eine Rollenlagerung bewegbar zu einem in dem Gehäuse (14) fixierten Stützrahmen (22) angeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Rollenlagerung als Kugellager ausgebildet ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verschiebbare Platte (24) des Schlittens (23) langlochförmige Ausnehmungen (51) aufweist, in denen Führungsrollen zur seitlichen Führung des Schlittens (23) vorgesehen sind, wobei eine Drehachse der Führungsrolle senkrecht zur Schlittenebene angeordnet und in der Stützplatte (22) befestigt ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützrahmen (22) langlochförmige Ausnehmungen (51) aufweist, in denen die der Leiste (26) zugeordneten Einzelhaltemagnete (32), vorzugsweise berührungslos positioniert sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwischen den Ausnehmungen (51) ausgebildeten Stege als Stützstege (52) zur Aufnahme einer das Gehäuseinnere schließenden Folie als Kontaktfläche (36) vorgesehen sind.
- Bauteilträger nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf dem Schlitten (23) angeordneten Einzelhaltemagnete (32) in den Ausnehmungen (51) mit zumindest einem geringen Luftspalt zur Kontaktfläche (36) angeordnet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elektrisch leitende Gehäuse (14) einen den Stützrahmen (22) tragenden Rahmen (17) und eine Bodenplatte (21) aufweist, wobei eine Oberseite des Gehäuses (14) mit einer leitenden Kontaktfläche (36) verschlossen und die weiteren Seitenflächen des Gehäuses (14) von einer Beschichtung (47) umschlossen sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beschichtung (47) des Gehäuses (14) eine vorzugsweise säurebeständige Kunststoffbeschichtung, insbesondere eine ECTFE-Beschichtung ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfläche (36) und die Beschichtung des Gehäuses (14) luftdicht abschließen und in dem Gehäuse (14) vorzugsweise ein inertes Gas, insbesondere Schwefelhexafluorid oder Argon, vorgesehen ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktfläche (36) eine Nickelfolie ist, welche vorzugsweise rhodiniert oder platiniert ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (14) zumindest einen Einspannzapfen (18) und einen Kontaktbolzen (19) aufweist, die vorteilhafterweise in einem Teil ausgebildet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blende (16) als Lochblende ausgebildet ist, welche entsprechend der Anzahl und der Anordnung der Einzelhaltemagnete (32) Aufnahmebohrungen (41) aufweist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bohrung (41) für zylindrische Bauteile (12) auf einem ersten Durchmesser kreissegmentförmige Führungsabschnitte (42) aufweist, zwischen denen Spülkanäle (43) mit größerem Durchmesser vorgesehen sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Durchmesser der Führungssegmente (42) um maximal 1 % größer als der Bauteildurchmesser ausgebildet ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blende (16) aus nichtleitendem Material, insbesondere Keramik oder dergleichen, ausgebildet ist, welche vorzugsweise eine säurebeständige Beschichtung aufweist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blende (16) zur Kontaktfläche (36) beabstandet ist und vorzugsweise auf der zur Kontaktfläche (36) weisenden Oberfläche Spülkanäle aufweist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (23) an jeder Stirnseite, die quer zur Bewegungsrichtung liegt, Magnetelemente (62, 63) aufweist, die nahe dem Rahmen (17) der gegenüberliegenden Seitenflächen positioniert sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetelemente (62, 63) die Wandstärke des Rahmens (17) reduzierende Vertiefungen (64) sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 27 oder 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (14) auf eine Konsole (13) aufsetzbar ist, welche an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten Magnete (66, 67) aufweist, welche den Magnetelementen (62, 63) des Schlittens (23) gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 27 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetelemente (62, 63) des Schlittens (23) an beiden Stirnseiten dieselbe Polarität aufweisen und die Magnete (66, 67) der Konsole (13) in der Polarität entgegengesetzt ausgerichtet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 27 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für das Bestücken und Entstücken der Bauteile (12) der Schlitten (23) durch die Magnetwirkung der Konsole (13) in einer Be- und/oder Entstückposition im Gehäuse (14) angeordnet ist, bei der die Einzelhaltemagnete (32) im wesentlichen zwischen den Haltepositionen (38) angeordnet sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 29 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nach der Entnahme des bestückten Gehäuses (14) aus der Konsole (13) der Schlitten (23) durch die Magnetkraft der Einzelhaltemagnete (32) in eine Halteposition (38) übergeführt wird, bei der die resultierende Haltemagnetkraft im wesentlichen deckungsgleich mit der Mittelachse (37) der Bauteile (12) ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Verschiebeweg zwischen Bauteil (12) und Haltemagnet (31) die Hälfte eines Stichmaßes (A) zwischen zwei Bauteilen (12) beträgt, wobei das Stichmaß der Abstand zwischen den Mittelachsen (37) der zwei zueinander benachbarten Bauteile (12) ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stichmaß (A) zumindest das 1,5-fache eines Bauteildurchmessers, vorzugsweise das Doppelte, beträgt.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Haltemagnet (31) als Doppelmagnet mit entgegengesetzter Polarität der Magnetpole zur Halteposition weisend, als Zylindermagnet, Ringmagnet, kubusförmiger Magnet oder dergleichen ausgebildet ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltekraft des zumindest einen Haltemagneten (31) größer als das Zehnfache, vorzugsweise das Hundertfache, des Eigengewichtes des Bauteiles (12) ist.
- Bauteilträge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnittsfläche des Haltemagneten (31) im wesentlichen einer Umfangsfläche des Bauteils (12) entspricht oder kleiner ausgebildet ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in einer Reihe oder Spalte die Anzahl n Halteposition (38) vorgesehen ist und zumindest die Anzahl (n + 1) Einzelhaltemagnete (312) vorgesehen ist.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenlage in einer Position zumindest zum Entstücken anordenbar ist, in der Felder der Zwischenlage zwischen dem Bauteil (12) und dem Haltemagneten (31) positionierbar sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zwischenlage zwischen den Feldern Freiräume aufweist, die für die Fixierung der Bauteile (12) zur Kontaktfläche (36) zwischen Kontaktfläche (36) und Haltemagnete (31) positioniert sind.
- Bauteilträger nach Anspruch 39 oder 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Felder der Zwischenlage aus hochpermeablem Material ausgebildet sind.
