Claims (12)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit einem Gehäuse (1) mit zumindest einer Kammer (8) zur Aufnahme eines elektrischen Kontaktes (30), wobei der elektrische Kontakt (30) zumindest eine Verriegelungsschulter (31) aufweist, mit einem ersten Verriegelungsarm (11), der elastisch verformbar ist und an seinem freien Ende einen Rasthaken (12) aufweist, der in die Kammer (8) im unbelasteten Zustand hineinragt und mit der Verriegelungsschulter (31) des Kontaktes (30) zusammenwirkt, mit einer scharnierenden Klappe (15), die am Gehäuse (1) angebunden ist, und eine Endraststellung aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (15) in ihrer Endraststellung den Verriegelungsarm (11) in seinem unbelasteten Verriegelungszustand festlegt.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (15) am Gehäuse (1) den Verriegelungsarm (11) umgreifend angeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit einem Gehäuse (1) mit zumindest einer Kammer (8) zur Aufnahme eines elektrischen Kontaktes (30), wobei der elektrische Kontakt (30) in Längsrichtung gegeneinander versetzt auf zumindest einer Seite zwei Verriegelungsschultern (31, 32) aufweist, mit einem ersten Verriegelungsarm (11), der elastisch verformbar ist und an seinem freien Ende einen Rasthaken (12) aufweist, der in die Kammer (8) im unbelasteten Zustand hineinragt und mit der ersten Verriegelungsschulter (31) des Kontaktes (30) zusammenwirkt, mit einer zweiten scharnierenden Verriegelungsklappe (15), die Verriegelungsnasen (17) aufweist und in ihrer Endraststellung mit der zweiten Verriegelungsschulter (32) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) in ihrer Endraststellung den Verriegelungsarm (11) in seinem unbelasteten Verriegelungszustand festlegt.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) den Verriegelungsarm (11) von aussen übergreift.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (1) vier Seitenwände (2, 3, 6, 7), ein kabelseitiges und ein stirnseitiges Ende (4, 5) aufweist, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (5) auf einer Seite nahe dem kabelseitigen Ende (5) an das Gehäuse (1) mittels eines Scharniers (16) angebunden ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) an der nicht scharnierend angebundenen Seite zum stirnseitigen Ende (4) des Gehäuses (1) hin mit diesem über eine Sollbruchstelle (18) verbunden ist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollbruchstelle (18) beim ersten Betätigen der Verriegelungsklappe (15) in die Endraststellung bricht.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) die Verriegelungsnasen (17) nahe der nicht scharnierend angebundenen Seite (19) aufweist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) zwischen den Verriegelungsnasen (17) und dem Scharnier (16) zum Verriegelungsarm (11) hin weisend zumindest eine Festlegungsrippe (23) aufweist.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) eine Öffnung (22) aufweist, zur Aufnahme eines Werkzeuges zum Öffnen der Verriegelungsklappe (15).
- Gehäuse für einen elektrischen Steckverbinder mit zumindest einer Kammer (8) zur Aufnahme eines elektrischen Kontaktes, mit einem ersten Verriegelungsarm (11), der elastisch verformbar ist, an seinem freien Ende einen Rasthaken (12) aufweist und im unbelasteten Zustand mit dem Rasthaken (12) in die Kammer (8) hineinragt und deren lichte Weite verringert, mit einer zweiten scharnierenden Verriegelungsklappe (15), die zumindest eine Verriegelungsnase (17) aufweist und in ihrer Endraststellung mit der Verriegelungsnase (17) in die Kammer (8) ragt und deren lichte Weite verringert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) in ihrer Endraststellung den Verriegelungsarm (11) in seinem unbelasteten Zustand festlegt.
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsklappe (15) den Verriegelungsarm (11) von aussen umgreift und überdeckt.
