Claims (5)
- Backofen (1, 1'), umfassend
einen Backraum (3),
ein von einem Elektromotor (10) angetriebenes Umluftlüfterrad (11), an dessen Trägerscheibe (11b) eine Anzahl bezogen auf die Lüfterradachse (12) in radialer Richtung verlaufender, nach vorne zum Backraum (3) hin ausgerichteter Schaufeln (11c) angebracht sind,
einen Wärmetauscher (16) sowie
Einrichtungen (13, 14, 15) zum Zuführen von Wasser sowie von Frisch- und Kühlluft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
außen anschließend an die nach vorne zum Backraum (3) hin ausgerichteten Schaufeln (11c) eine Anzahl parallel zur Lüfterradachse (12) im wesentlichen zur Backofenrückseite (2a) ausgerichteter Schaufeln (11d) angebracht sind,
zur Regulierung von in den Backraum angesaugter Frischluft sehr nahe bei und parallel zu der Trägerscheibe (11b) eine etwa gleich große, bezüglich der Trägerscheibe (11b) verdrehbare Scheibe (11e) vorgesehen ist, und
dass in beiden Scheiben (11b, 11e) etwa die gleiche Anzahl vorzugsweise gleich dimensionierter Öffnungen ausgebildet sind. - Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der parallel zur Lüfterradachse (12) nach hinten ausgerichteten Schaufeln (11d) gleich, kleiner oder größer ist als die Anzahl der in radialer Richtung verlaufenden Schaufeln (11c).
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (11e) elektromotorisch verstellbar ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb (12) des Umluftlüfterrades (11) in einer zur Backofenrückseite offenen Vertiefung (9) so untergebracht ist, dass das Umluftlüfterrad (11) außerhalb der Vertiefung (9) auf der dem Backraum (3) zugewandten Seite angeordnet ist, und
dass die Einrichtungen (13, 14, 15) zum Zuführen von Frisch- und Kühlluft sowie von Wasser in der Vertiefung (9) und somit außerhalb des Backraumbereichs so angeordnet sind, dass Frischluft und Wasser über Öffnungen (13a, 15a) im Außenmantel der Vertiefung (9) dem Backraumbereich zugeführt werden. - Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Motorwand (8) keine Vertiefung aufweist und somit etwa parallel zur Backofentür (6) angeordnet ist.
