Abstract
Description
Bei der ersten Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Befestigungssystemeinheit sind die Kupplungsscheibe 24 aus der warm ausgehärteten Aluminiumlegierung G-AlSi10Mg und die Unterlegscheibe aus dem Material V4A (1.4401) E 225 vorzugsweise gefertigt. Die Kupplungsscheibe 24 hat vorzugsweise einen Außendurchmesser D = 54 mm, einen Innendurchmesser d = 15 mm und eine Dicke s = 7 mm.
Claims (11)
- Befestigungssystemeinheit bestehend auseinem Punkthalter mit einer an ein flaches Element (1) anbringbaren Fassung (2), die zusammen mit einem Bolzen (4) ein Kugelgelenk (3) bildet, undeiner den Bolzen (4) haltenden Konsole (20), wobei der Bolzen eine in der Konsole (20) ausgebildete Öse (21) durchsetzt und unter Zwischenlage von mindesten einer Unterlegscheibe (23) auf jeder Seitenfläche der Öse (21) an dieser mittels Schrauben (25) befestigt ist,
zwischen den Unterlegscheiben (23) und den Seitenfläche der Öse (21) Kupplungsscheiben (24; 241) angeordnet sind, die eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit den Seitenfläche der Öse bilden. - Befestigungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die formschlüssige Verbindung eine geradlinige Verzahnung darstellt.
- Befestigungssystemeinheit nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Unterlegscheiben (23) und den Seitenflächen der Öse (21) Gleitscheiben (26) aus gleitfähigem Kunststoff angeordnet sind.
- Befestigungssystemeinheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Gleitscheiben (26) und dem Bolzen (4) eine den Bolzen umgebende und sich zwischen den Unterlegscheiben erstreckende Hülse (27) angeordnet ist.
- Befestigungssystemeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (24a) der Kupplungsscheiben (24) im wesentlichen spielfrei an den Durchmesser des Bolzens (4) angepasst sind.
- Befestigungssystemeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (241a) der Kupplungsscheiben (241) als sich in Bewegungsrichtung der formschlüssigen Verbindung erstreckende Langlöcher ausgebildet sind, deren Rundungsdurchmesser (d1) den Bolzendurchmesser genügend übersteigen, um ein Spiel zwischen dem Bolzen und den Kupplungsscheiben ohne Rücksicht auf die Richtung in einer Ebene parallel zur Erstreckungsebene des flachen Elements (1) zu ermöglichen.
- Befestigungssystemeinheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Langlochmittelpunkt um einen solchen Abstand (y) vom Kupplungsscheibenmittelpunkt in Richtung senkrecht zur Erstreckungsrichtung der Verzahnung versetzt ausgebildet ist, der kleiner als die Schnittseite (x) der Verzahnung ist.
- Bauanordnung mit einem flachen Element (1), das mittels mehrerer am flachen Element angreifenden Befestigungssystemeinheiten, insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, an einer Trägerkonstruktion gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungssystemeinheiten mindestens eine in bezug auf die Trägerkonstruktion horizontal gleitende Befestigungssystemeinheit umfassen, wobei zumindest eine weitere Befestigungssystemeinheit in bezug auf die Trägerkonstruktion sowohl horizontal, als auch vertikal gleitend montiert ist.
- Bauanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flache Element (1) im wesentlichen senkrecht an der Trägerkonstruktion gehalten ist.
- Bauanordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die unbewegliche Befestigungssystemeinheit und die horizontal gleitende Befestigungssystemeinheit im wesentlichen auf gleicher Höhe und horizontal voneinander beabstandet über der sowohl horizontal, als auch vertikal gleitend montierten Befestigungssystemeinheit angebracht sind.
- Bauanordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flache Element (1) rechteckig ausgebildet ist und die unbewegliche Befestigungssystemeinheit und die horizontal gleitende Befestigungssystemeinheit in den oberen zwei Eckabschnitten des flachen Elements angebracht sind.
