Claims (48)
- Dispositif (1) pour l'application d'un produit sur les fibres kératiniques, notamment sur les cils ou les sourcils, comprenant une pluralité d'éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) orientés transversalement à un axe longitudinal X du dispositif, au moins une portion d'un bord ou rebord périphérique d'un premier élément d'application (4, 32, 46, 66, 81) étant à distance, décroissante selon un profil progressif, d'au moins une portion correspondante d'un second élément d'application (7, 10, 31, 33, 41, 51, 61, 71, 86, 92), consécutif au premier, de manière à définir au moins une zone d'étranglement (11, 12, 34, 35, 47, 48, 49, 67, 68, 72, 87, 93) pour lesdites fibres, lorsque ces dernières sont mises en engagement avec le dispositif entre lesdits premier et second éléments d'application.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que ladite portion correspondante du second élément d'application est constituée d'une portion d'un bord ou rebord périphérique dudit second élément.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que la (ou les) portions sur laquelle (ou lesquelles) le bord ou rebord périphérique dudit premier élément (4, 32, 46, 66, 81) est à distance décroissante d'une portion correspondante dudit second élément (7, 10, 31, 33, 41, 51, 61, 71, 86, 92) est (sont) suivie(s) d'une portion sur laquelle le bord ou rebord périphérique dudit premier élément est à distance, croissante selon un profil progressif, d'une portion correspondante dudit second élément.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) se raccordent sur un support central (2).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé en ce que ladite portion de bord ou rebord du premier élément (4, 32, 46, 66, 81) est au contact en au moins un point de la portion correspondante dudit second élément (7, 10, 31, 33, 41, 51, 61, 71, 86, 92).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 5 caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) sont reliés deux à deux via au moins un point (13, 14) de leurs bords ou rebords respectifs, le (ou les points) reliant lesdits éléments d'application deux à deux, faisant office de support dudit dispositif d'application (1).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 caractérisé en ce que la distance la plus faible séparant ladite portion de bord ou rebord du premier élément (4, 32, 46, 66, 81) de la portion correspondante du second élément (7, 10, 31, 33, 41, 51, 61, 71, 86, 92) est non nulle.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux zones d'étranglement, décalées angulairement l'une par rapport à l'autre autour du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8 caractérisé en ce que lesdites zones d'étranglement (11, 12, 34, 35, 47, 48, 49, 67, 68, 72, 87, 93) sont arrangées en au moins deux groupes, un premier groupe étant disposé selon un premier axe (Y), un second groupe étant disposé selon un second axe (Z), distinct du premier.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) est de section transversale triangulaire, circulaire, carrée, hexagonale.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'une section transversale d'au moins un desdits éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) présente des bords droits, concaves ou convexes.
- Dispositif d'application (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il est obtenu de moulage, notamment d'un matériau thermoplastique, d'emboutissage ou coulage.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication précédente caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau thermoplastique est un polyéthylène, un polypropylène, un polystyrène, un polyéthylène téréphtalate, un polycarbonate, un polyacétate, un élastomère, notamment de polyuréthane, de polyester, de chlorure de polyvinyle, de polyéthylène, de vinyle, ou de polyamide, ou un mélange de tels matériaux.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 12 ou 13 caractérisé en ce que ledit matériau inclue des charges, notamment des agents glissants, tels que du silicone, du graphite, du téflon, ou du bisulfure de molybdène, ou des agents bactéricides, ou des particules magnétiques, magnétisées ou non.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14 caractérisé en ce que l'état de surface du matériau est modifié, notamment chimiquement ou au moyen d'un rayonnement β ou γ, de manière à améliorer la capacité desdits éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) à retenir du produit.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) est revêtu d'un flocage (36), notamment à partir de fibres de nylon, de coton, d'acétate, de viscose, de polyester, ou d'un mélange de tels matériaux.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 16 caractérisé en ce que le flocage (36) comprend un mélange de fibres de différente nature et/ou de différente longueur et/ou de différent diamètre.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que les éléments d'application (3, 30, 40, 60, 80) sont disposés selon un axe longitudinal rectiligne ou courbe.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux éléments d'application consécutifs (4, 7, 10, 31, 32, 33) sont plans et disposés dans deux plans moyens non parallèles entre eux.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que lesdits deux plans sont orientés de façon oblique par rapport à un axe longitudinal du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 19 caractérisé en ce que l'un desdits plans moyens est orienté de façon oblique par rapport à un axe longitudinal (X) du dispositif, l'autre desdits plans moyens étant perpendiculaire audit axe (X).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 21 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'application (31, 32, 33) comprend un ou plusieurs organes (37) formant saillie par rapport au bord périphérique dudit élément, lesdits organes formant saillie (37) s'étendant dans un plan moyen de l'élément d'application, ou en dehors dudit plan moyen.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22 caractérisé en ce qu'un premier élément (31) et un second élément (32) consécutif au premier et non parallèle au premier, définissent une zone d'étranglement (34) tangentielle auxdits premier et second éléments.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 19 à 22 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'étranglement (12) est définie par un au moins un coin (8) (ou excroissance) d'un premier élément d'application (4), en regard, voire au contact, d'au moins un coin (ou excroissance) correspondant (9) d'un second élément d'application (10), consécutif au premier et non parallèle au premier.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément d'application (41, 46, 51, 61, 66, 71) s'étend sensiblement dans un plan moyen, et est de section transversale présentant au moins trois coins (ou excroissances) (42-45, 50, 62-65, 70) dont l'un(e) au moins s'étend en dehors dudit plan moyen.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 25 caractérisé en ce que lesdits coins ou excroissances (62-65, 70) sont tournés alternativement de part et d'autre dudit plan moyen.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 25 caractérisé en ce que lesdits coins ou excroissances (42-45) sont tournés du même côté dudit plan.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 25 caractérisé en ce que certains des coins ou excroissances (42-45) sont tournés d'un côté dudit plan moyen, les autres (50) étant disposés sensiblement dans ledit plan moyen.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 28 caractérisé en ce que lesdits coins ou excroissances (42-45, 50) sont en alternance disposés dans le plan moyen de l'élément d'application ou tournés d'un même côté dudit plan moyen.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 29 caractérisé en ce qu'un premier (41) et un second élément (46), consécutif au premier, sont disposés face à face, ledit second élément (46) ainsi qu'un troisième élément (51), consécutif au second, étant disposés dos à dos.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25 à 30 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une zone d'étranglement (47), délimitée par au moins un coin (42) (ou excroissance) d'un premier élément (41), tourné en direction d'au moins un coin (44) (ou excroissance) correspondant d'un second élément (46), tourné en direction du premier élément, et/ou au moins une zone d'étranglement définie par au moins un coin (ou excroissance) d'un premier élément, tourné en direction d'au moins un coin (ou excroissance) correspondant d'un second élément, et disposé sensiblement dans un plan moyen dudit second élément.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 25 à 31 caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une zone d'étranglement (52), définie par au moins un coin (49) (ou excroissance) d'un premier élément (46), disposé sensiblement dans un plan moyen dudit premier élément, en regard (voire au contact) d'au moins un coin (50) (ou excroissance) correspondant d'un second élément (46), disposé sensiblement dans un plan moyen dudit second élément.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un desdits éléments d'application (80, 83, 86, 92) s'étend sensiblement dans un plan moyen et présente au moins un rebord périphérique (82, 85, 90, 91) orienté transversalement audit plan, et entourant tout ou partie desdits éléments d'application, ledit rebord étant au moins en partie de largeur non constante.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 33 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) rebord(s) (82, 85, 90, 91) présente(nt) au moins une portion de largeur croissant progressivement, suivie d'une portion de largeur décroissant progressivement.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 33 ou 34 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) rebord(s) (82, 85, 90, 91) est (sont) orienté(s) parallèlement à un axe longitudinal (X) du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 33 ou 34 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) rebord(s) (82, 85, 90, 91) est (sont) orienté(s) de manière divergente par rapport à un axe longitudinal (X) du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 33 ou 34 caractérisé en ce que le (ou les) rebord(s) (82, 85, 90, 91) est (sont) orienté(s) de manière convergente par rapport à un axe longitudinal (X) du dispositif.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 37 caractérisé en ce qu'un premier rebord (82) est tourné d'un premier côté dudit plan moyen, un second rebord (90) étant tourné d'un second côté dudit plan moyen, opposé au premier.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 38 caractérisé en ce que ledit premier rebord (82) présente un profil décalé, notamment à 180°, par rapport au profil dudit second rebord (90).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 37 caractérisé en ce que le rebord (82, 90) est formé dans son intégralité d'un même côté dudit plan.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 40 caractérisé en ce que la largeur maximale du (ou des) rebord(s) est comprise entre 0,2 mm et 2 mm, et de préférence, entre 0,4 mm et 1,5 mm, et de préférence encore, entre 0,5 mm et 1 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 41 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'étranglement (87) est délimitée par au moins une portion de plus grande largeur d'un rebord périphérique (82) d'un premier élément d'application (81), disposée en regard (voire au contact) d'au moins une portion de plus grande largeur d'un rebord périphérique (85) d'un second élément d'application (86) consécutif au premier.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 33 à 42 caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone d'étranglement (93) est délimitée par au moins une portion de plus grande largeur d'un rebord périphérique (91) d'un premier élément d'application (92), disposée en regard (voire au contact) d'au moins une portion de plus faible largeur d'un rebord périphérique (90) d'un second élément d'application (81), consécutif au premier.
- Applicateur (110) comprenant une tige (102) dont une première extrémité est solidaire de, ou forme, un élément de préhension (105) et dont une seconde extrémité, opposée à la première, est solidaire d'un dispositif d'application (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent.
- Applicateur (110) selon la revendication qui précède caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de préhension (105) forme en outre un élément apte à fermer de manière réversible une ouverture d'un récipient (101) équipé dudit applicateur (110).
- Applicateur (110) selon la revendication 44 ou 45 caractérisé en ce qu'un axe longitudinal (X) du dispositif d'application (1) est parallèle ou transversal à un axe longitudinal de la tige (102).
- Ensemble (100) pour le conditionnement et l'application d'un produit sur les fibres kératiniques, notamment les cils ou les sourcils, comprenant un récipient (101) contenant le produit, ledit récipient délimitant une ouverture au voisinage de laquelle est disposé un organe d'essorage (106), ledit ensemble (100) étant équipé d'un applicateur (110) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 44 à 46.
- Utilisation d'un ensemble (100) selon la revendication 47 pour le conditionnement et l'application d'une composition pour les cils ou les sourcils, notamment d'un mascara.
