Claims (14)
- Kartuschenkolben (1, 1A) aus einem gegenüber dem Kartuscheninhalt empfindlichen Material, mit einer Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) aus einem gegenüber dem Kartuscheninhalt unempfindlichen Material, die auf der Kolbenoberfläche (5) angeordnet ist und eine der Querschnittsformen der Kolbenoberfläche (5) angepaßte Struktur aufweist, wobei der der Wand der Kartusche zugewandte Bereich des Kolbens (1, 1A) im Querschnitt als V-förmige Ringnut (2) ausgebildet ist, die an ihrem Rand eine Dichtlippe (3) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außendurchmesser der Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des die Dichtlippe (3) bildenden Rands des Kolbens (1, 1A) und der Rand der Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) abdichtend mit der Kolbenoberfläche (5) verbunden ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) zum Nutengrund (7) hin abgewinkelt ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Ende der Abwinkelung (11) der Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) mit dem Nutengrund (7) verrastet ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) und der Kolben (1, 1A) über mindestens einen Rastzapfen (10, 29) und eine Rastbohrung (4) miteinander verrastet sind.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rastzapfen (10) am Abdeckteil (9) und die Rastbohrung (4) am Kolben (1) angeordnet sind, zwischen Rastzapfen (10) und Rastbohrung (4) ein Entlüftungskanal gebildet wird und das Abdeckteil (9) mindestens eine Bohrung (14) geringen Durchmessers aufweist, die mit dem Entlüftungskanal kommuniziert.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abdeckteil (9A) mindestens eine Bohrung (14) aufweist, am Kolben (1A) eine zur Umgebung hin offene Tasche (30) angeordnet ist, in der ein poröses Filter (32) angeordnet ist und die Bohrung (14) mit der Tasche (30) kommuniziert.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anstelle der Bohrung (14) längs der Innenseite der Abwinkelung (11), über den unteren Rand dieser Abwinkelung (11) und über die Rastnase (12) hinweg Entlüftungskanäle (33) verlaufen.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Kolbenoberfläche (5) Distanznoppen (6) angeformt sind, gegen die die Abdeckscheibe (9, 9A) anliegt.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als Ringkolben (1A) für eine Coaxialkartusche ausgebildet ist und eine radial innere Dichtlippe (21) zur Anlage an einem Innenrohr (35) und eine radial äußere Dichtlippe (3) zur Anlage an einem Außenrohrs (34) der Coaxialkartusche aufweist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radial innere Dichtlippe (21) gegenüber der radial äußeren Dichtlippe (3) in Axialrichtung zurückversetzt ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9A) zur abdichtenden Anlage an dem Innenrohr (35) der Coaxialkartusche ausgebildet ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Innenrohr (35) zugewandte Bereich (37) der Abdeckscheibe (9A) schräg nach innen verläuft.
- Kartuschenkolben nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ringkolben (1A) am inneren Umfangsbereich eine umlaufende V-förmige innere Nut (20) mit einem inneren Schenkel (23) aufweist, an dem die radial innere Dichtlippe (21) vorgesehen ist.
- Kartuschenkolben nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckscheibe (9A) einen in die innere Nut (20) ragenden umlaufenden Steg (40) an ihrer Unterseite aufweist.
