料筒活塞
技术领域
本发明涉及一种料筒活塞,其包括外壁、内支架体和处于外壁和内支架体之间的径向的连接板条。
背景技术
这种类型的料筒活塞已经在EP1165400B1中公开。在该文献中,料筒活塞的外壁和环形内支架体之间设置有径向的、呈星状延伸的连接板条。连接板条具有横肋,并且在几乎料筒活塞的整个高度范围延伸。如同可以具体地从EP1165400B1的图1中所看到的,连接板条只相对于外倾支撑唇缘区域的底端面稍稍向后设置,以使在在内部环状支架体和外壁之间产生稳定的连接,其中该唇缘位于料筒活塞的下侧。这一类型的料筒活塞因此相对地具有刚性,并能够插入料筒内而没有任何较大的变形,并且可以使用挤压柱塞而被挤压出料筒外。
为了卸放(Austrag)位于料筒内的材料,具有这一类型料筒活塞的料筒通常在专门为此设置的挤出喷枪内安装有作用在料筒活塞上的挤压柱塞。然而,尤其对于廉价的挤出喷枪,挤压柱塞可能关于料筒轴线偏移,以使料筒活塞被片面地(einseitig)或倾斜地(schief)挤压。这可能造成刚性料筒活塞的密封问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种本文开篇所提及类型的料筒活塞,其在挤压柱塞即使片面加载或倾斜加载的时候,也能保证良好的密封性能。
该目的通过下文所述特征的料筒活塞来实现。具体实施方式里还描述了本发明的更多有利的改进和有利实施例。
在根据本发明的料筒活塞中,在料筒活塞的外壁和内支架体之间设置有连接到连接板条的加固体,同时连接板条在料筒活塞的下侧、外壁和加固体之间具有空隙,其至少延伸高达料筒活塞的一半高度。能传递媒介压力到挤压柱塞上且没有变形的非常刚性的活塞芯通过内部支持体和加肋(verrippen)于其上的加固体而形成。带有密封唇缘或支撑唇缘的料筒活塞外壁由于连接板条中的空隙以极其挠性的方式反向地枢轴式地旋转在活塞芯上,以使当活塞支架倾斜某个角度的时候,密封唇缘及支撑唇缘也能挠性地适应料筒壁。在例如由倾斜的活塞或者挤压活塞的离心挤压所引起的倾斜位置上,活塞芯可以是倾斜的,而外壁能适应料筒的密封唇缘及支撑唇缘。因此,甚至在倾斜位置较大或挤压柱塞施加片面应力的情况下,料筒活塞的密封功能也可以保持。
在特别有利的实施例中,连接板条中的空隙从料筒活塞下侧朝向顶端呈楔形会聚。因此,支撑唇缘在径向方向上变得极其挠性并能够在径向上更强的预张紧,而不产生任何大的磨擦力。
在另一个有利实施例中,料筒活塞在它的上侧具有向上开放的边缘环形槽。因此,在环形槽和连接板条中的空隙之间只保持有相对较窄的、指向外壁的板条,以使外壁以特别挠性的方式、枢轴式地连接在稳定的料筒芯上。
在邻近外壁设置的加固体的内部,还可以径向地设置有一个或多个另外的加固体,尤其对于较大的料筒活塞来说。
在有利实施例中,内支架体可以实现为中空圆柱体的形式,并且包括用于填充材料和料筒活塞之间封闭的空气的排气阀。然而,内支架体也可以作为星状地向外壁径向延伸的连接板条的起点而实现为实心的芯体(massiver Kern)。

具体实施方式
在图1-4中以不同视角显示的料筒活塞1设计为用于料筒的挤出活塞,其中料筒用于储存或卸放不同的材料,诸如粘合剂、密封剂和相似物。料筒为了卸放目的通常安装在商业上通用的挤出喷枪内。这些挤出喷枪包括挤压柱塞,通过它料筒活塞1可以被挤进相关的料筒内,而位于料筒中的材料可以因此通过料筒的卸放开口被排出。
料筒活塞1包括外壁2,其在上侧(Oberseite)具有径向向外突出的上部侧缘3,而在下侧(Unterseite)具有同样地径向向外突出的下部侧缘4。在上部侧缘3上一体地形成有密封边缘5。通过带有密封边缘5的上部侧缘3,形成了将料筒活塞1相对于料筒内壁而密封的密封唇缘。下部侧缘4形成为支撑唇缘,以引导在料筒内的料筒活塞1。低边缘4的外直径和带有密封边缘5的上部侧缘3的外直径大于其所属料筒的内直径。因此密封唇缘和支撑唇缘预张紧。
如图2和图3所具体显示的,料筒活塞1径向地在外壁2内具有中空料筒形的中央内部支架体6和径向的连接板条7,所述径向连接板条呈星状(sternfoermig)从中空料筒形的支架体6向外壁2延伸,并把支架体6和外壁2连接。料筒活塞2在面向料筒内含物的上侧上具有上表面(Deckflaeche)8,其能在图3中辨认出。在内支架体6和外壁2之间设置有连接到连接板条7的加固体9。在所示实施例中,加固体9是环形的,并且由处于连接板条7之间的、环行分段形状的加固板条10形成。然而,加固板条10也可以是直线延伸的,而加固体9则可能有拐角,或者具有其它合适的形式。
如图3和图4所示,连接板条7在料筒活塞1下侧、加固体9和外壁2之间具有空隙11,其延伸达活塞一半的高度。空隙11实现为楔形形状,并且朝向料筒活塞1的上侧方向而会聚。加固体9的下侧与外壁2的下侧平齐地端接(abschliessen),使得内部部分和外部部分几乎是等高的。
料筒活塞1在面向料筒内含物的上侧的边缘处具有截面为V形的向上开口的外环形槽12以及与之同轴的内环形槽13。通过外环形槽12可以保证在侧面是挠性的,并可以贴靠料筒的内壁放置。除此之外,外环形槽12还保证了,由带有密封边缘5的上部侧缘3所形成的密封唇缘通过在料筒被挤压时、料筒内含物所施加在料筒活塞上的压力,而径向地向外挤压在料筒壁上。根据图4,处于空隙11和上部环形槽12之间的板条14相对地较窄,以使外壁2以枢轴铰链的方式并因此特别挠性地与稳定的料筒芯相连接。因此料筒活塞的外壁能优化地配合料筒的内壁。
在料筒活塞1的上侧固定有盖板15,其具有外部侧缘16和内部环形板条17,其中外部侧缘16向下成角并接合在外环形槽12内,而内部环形板条17接合在内环形槽13内。如图4所示,在盖板15的向下成角的外部侧缘16和内部环形板条17上设置有固定凸起部(Rastnase)18或固定凹槽(Rastnut)19,通过它们盖板15由在料筒活塞1上的固定连接而保持。盖板15由例如聚酰胺或其它的不受料筒内含物腐蚀的材料物质组成,以保护由例如聚乙烯或其它柔性塑料组成的料筒活塞2。
如图3和图4所示,在盖板15的中部一体地形成(anformen)有向下突出的锥形塞20,其可轴向地移动。锥形塞20突出进入内支架体6中的贯穿的孔穴21内,并与阀唇缘22形成排气阀。在料筒活塞2的上表面8上,设有断开的间隔板条或间隔凸轮23,盖板15通过它们保持,并与上表面8以预定的微小空隙24间隔开。在料筒活塞2插入料筒内时,锥形塞20通过工具上相应的突出部从后挤压入料筒内,以打开排气阀。因此,位于料筒内的空气能通过固定突出部18之间的中间空间、在上表面8和盖板15之间的空隙24、环形槽13和环行板条17之间的空隙以及打开的排气阀而排除。
图5-7中显示了料筒活塞的另一个实施例。该实施例与第一实施例仅仅不同在于,在环形加固体9的内部径向地设置有另一个与之同心的环形加固体9。加固体25也通过在星状延伸的连接板条之间的环形分段形状的板条26来形成。而该料筒活塞具有与第一实施例相应的构造,以致于彼此相应的部件都具有相同的参考标号。

Claims (10)

1.一种料筒活塞(1),其包括外壁(2)、内支架体(6)和处于所述外壁(2)和所述内支架体(6)之间的径向的连接板条(7),在所述外壁(2)和所述内支架体(6)之间设置有与所述连接板条(7)相连接的加固体(9);其特征在于,所述连接板条(7)在所述料筒活塞(1)的下侧上、所述外壁(2)和所述加固体(9)之间具有至少延伸到所述料筒活塞(1)的一半高度的空隙(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,处于所述连接板条(7)内的所述空隙(11)从所述料筒活塞的下侧向上楔形地会聚。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,所述料筒活塞(1)在它的上侧包括向上打开的、处于边缘的、截面为V形的环形槽(12)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,所述加固体(9)的下侧与所述外壁(2)的下侧平齐地端接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,所述加固体(9)是环形的。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,在所述加固体(9)和所述支架体(6)之间设置有至少另一个加固体(25)。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,所述外壁(2)包括上部侧缘(3)和下部侧缘(4),其中所述上部侧缘(3)径向向外突出并带有密封边缘(5),而所述下部侧缘(4)也径向向外突出,并构造成支撑唇缘。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,在所述料筒活塞(1)的上侧上设置有盖板(15)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,在所述盖板(15)上形成有向下突出的锥形塞(20),其与所述支架体(6)内的阀唇缘(22)共同形成排气阀。
10.根据权利要求8所述的料筒活塞,其特征在于,在所述料筒活塞(1)的上表面(8)上设置有断开的间隔板条或间隔凸轮(23),所述盖板(15)被固持,并与所述上表面(8)以预定的较小空隙(24)间隔开。
