在专利EP-A-0097972、EP-A-0013691、US4402431、EP-A-0363307、EP-A-0600286和相应的US 5377880中描述了这种类型的给料器。
具体地说,EP-A-0363307描述了一种给料器,在该给料器中奶油状物料能够通过一个孔输送,该孔设置在可变形的盖中并定位于一附件的平滑端表面的上方,该附件延伸到压缩室中,完全围绕所述孔的盖部分弹性地压紧所述平滑表面,同时具有很差的密封作用并留下一部分奶油状物料,以便充满与盖中孔的周边和刚性附件底层表面邻接的空间。奶油状物料通过设置在刚性壁中的各小孔从圆筒形室转到给料器的压缩室中,在该刚性壁上叠加一个平的环形物作为单向阀,它在所述各小孔上方自由地浮动,并且不能防止奶油状物料从压缩室返回到给料器的圆筒形室中,因此,其可操作性严重地受到损害。
在专利EP-A-0600286和US-A-5377880中所描述的给料器与EP-A-0363307中的给料器不同之处在于:从邻接给料器的圆筒形室的一端的一个刚性壁延伸到压缩室中的一个附件的那一端深入到可变形的盖中的孔内,以防止任何被分配的物料留在孔内并保证处于静止状态时该孔适当的密封闭合。此外,控制奶油状物料从给料器的圆筒形室到压缩室的通道的单向阀不再自由地浮动,但它包括一个具有一中心套筒的柔软圆片,该中心套筒被强加到所述附件上并保持于其上,柔软圆片叠加在设置于使给料器两个室分开的刚性壁中的各小孔上,并通过弹性压在所述刚性壁的表面上,以便贴着该表面密封并因此防止当给料器处于静止状态时奶油状物料返回到圆筒形室中。
在上面所讨论的专利中所描述的各奶油状物料给料器全都具有一种结构,该结构包括一个细长的瓶、一个活塞和一个弹性可变形的盖作为主要的基本部件,该细长的瓶限定一个圆筒形室,奶油状物料装在此圆筒形室中,该活塞在圆筒形室内封闭式活动并关闭其各端部的其中一端,而该弹性可变形的盖安装在瓶的另一端上并与一刚性壁限定一个压缩室,该刚性壁关闭圆筒形室的另一端,在所述刚性壁中设置有一些小孔,孔上叠加有一个浮动或柔软的圆片(起单向阀作用),该圆片安放在压缩室中并包围一个附件,该附件从所述刚性壁中延伸,并且其中端部关闭设置在可变形的盖中的出料孔。
因此,这些给料器包括最少四个构成部件,即瓶、活动活塞、可变形的盖和起单向阀作用的浮动或柔软的环形物。此外,奶油状物料总是通过使盖变形由其分配,盖的出料孔必须从它的静止位置移动,以将它从孔闭合附件的端部松开,该附件是刚性的并相对于瓶固定。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种只包括三个基本元件的膏状或奶油状物料给料器,因此比类似的已知给料器成本更低并且组装更容易。
另一个目的是提供一种给料器,其中在分配操作期间,盖中的出料孔通过附件的自由端的撤离而打开,当处于静止状态时,该附件的自由端起孔开闭器作用,而不必在盖的出料孔附近使盖变形。
这些和另一些目的通过一种给料器来达到,该给料器包括:一个细长的瓶,它限定一可用膏状或奶油状物料装满的圆筒形室,并具有第一端和第二端;一个活塞,它在所述室内封闭式活动并关闭该室的第一端;一个成形的壁,它与所述瓶成为整体并关闭瓶的室的第二端;至少一个小孔,它设置在所述成形的壁中;一个单向阀,它设置成与所述小孔一致,以使所述物料能从圆筒形室中排出;一个弹性可变形的盖,它与所述成形的壁相一致安装在瓶上,并与其限定一用于所述物料的压缩阀室;一个孔,它设置在盖中,用作所述物料从压缩室中出来的出口;和至少一个用于所述孔的闭合部件,当处于静止状态时该孔被关闭,并通过所述盖的人工变形被打开;其特征在于,所述成形的壁是弹性可变形的,其一部分形成至少一个延伸到所述压缩室中的空心附件,所述小孔设置在所述这些空心附件的其中至少一个中,一个空心附件的端部构成所述用于可变形的盖中孔的闭合部件,所述单向阀包括一个柔软薄片,该柔软薄片从盖中伸出并深入压缩室的内部,以便覆盖所述小孔,薄片靠在小孔设置于其中的附件表面上并可沿着该表面滑动,当盖被人工变形,随后所述成形的壁在压缩室中存在的物料的推力下弹性变形时,附件面向可变形的盖中的孔的那一端被从孔中移出。

附图中所示的给料器包括一个细长的瓶1,它限定一个圆筒形室2,该室2在一端处被一活塞3关闭,此活塞3可在室2的内部封闭式地活动,室2在其另一端处被一形面壁4邻接。
从圆拱形壁4的中央,伸出有一个细长的空心附件5,在该附件5中设置一些小孔6(在图1-3中能看到的只是其中两个小孔,一个以剖面图形式,一个以正视图形式),并且它的自由端16被关闭并制成形面。
瓶1、壁4和附件5通过模注一种具有良好弹性变形能力的塑性材料形成一个构件,借助该塑性材料,可以将壁4(正如从附图中可以看到的,该壁4比限定圆筒形室2的瓶1和附件5的厚度小)制成在图1的静止位置和图2的给料位置之间弹性向下(相对于附图)弯曲,反之亦是如此。
在瓶的上端,封闭式安装一个可弹性变形的盖7,该盖7和壁4限定一个压缩室8。在盖7的顶部设置有一个孔9,当给料器处于其静止状态时,附件5的自由端16被封闭式插入该孔9中,以将它关闭(图1)。
从各附图中可以看出,从盖7的顶部伸出一些细长的柔软薄片10,它们盖住各小孔6之中的每一个。这些薄片在设置各小孔6的区域内贴在附件5的外表面上,并可沿着该外表面滑动(在图1-3中,薄片10中的其中一个以剖面示出,另一个薄片的外形用虚线示出)。
最后,可以看出,各翼片11全都围绕孔9从盖7上伸出,以贴在附件5上端的外表面上来保持附件5以孔9为中心。
假定给料器处于图1的静止位置并且室2和8装满一种膏状或奶油状物料例如牙膏。在这些条件下,附件5的自由端16密封式关闭盖7中的孔9,以使该物料与外界环境完全隔离(如果物料是一种药品或化妆品,这尤其重要)。
如果现在将给料器向下倒置(图4),并且将盖7用两个手指挤压(如此使它变形),则室8中存在的奶油状物料被压缩。这种被压缩的物料将各薄片10抵靠着附件5的表面,以便因此很有效地关闭各小孔6(图2),并且使壁4随着附件5的降低而向下变形,附件5的自由端16从盖上的孔9中移出(图2)以使奶油状物料能在封闭于室8中的加压物料的推力下从孔9中排出。应该注意,在附件5相对于盖7横向运动期间,它的上端被各翼片11导向。
当由两个手指对可变形的盖7施加的压力停止时,这有助于从它的最大受压缩或变形的位置(在图3中的盖上用双虚线表示)弹性返回它的静上位置(在图3中的盖上用单虚线表示),其中盖本身在上述位置之间的一个中间位置用实线示出。
一旦室8内奶油状物料的压力充分地下降,则壁4弹性返回它的静止位置(图3),并且附件5的端部16密封住孔9,盖7仍然部分地变形,如图3中实线所示。
盖继续弹性膨胀,以返回到它的图1中静止位置,并且在这种进一步膨胀期间,它在室8内产生一个真空,随后一部分装在室2中的奶油状物料向上移动进入室8中,该物料穿过各小孔6,以使薄片10朝室8的内部偏转,如图3所示。
当盖返回到它的静止位置时(图1),孔9和各小孔6如上所述已经关闭。
应该注意,所述给料器只包括三个制造和装配简单的组成部分,因此很经济。
给料器的两个室以与上述专利中所述的类似已知类型的给料器相同的方式装满奶油状物料。
各附图示出一种给料器,它只有一个从其可变形的壁4中伸出的附件5。然而,应该注意,两个(或多个)附件可以从这个壁中伸出到压缩室中,其中只有一个附件关闭可变形的盖中的孔,并且两个给料器室之间的各连通小孔可以设置在这些附件的两个中或只设置在其中一个附件中。

Claims (3)

1.一种膏状或奶油状物料给料器,该给料器包括:一个细长的瓶,它限定一可用膏状或奶油状物料装满的圆筒形室,并具有第一端和第二端;一个活塞,它在所述室内封闭式活动并关闭该室的第一端;一个成形的壁,它与所述瓶成为整体并关闭瓶的室的第二端;至少一个小孔,它设置在所述成形的壁中;一个单向阀,它设置成与所述小孔一致,以使所述物料能从圆筒形室中排出;一个可弹性变形的盖,它与所述成形的壁相一致安装在瓶上,并与其限定一用于所述物料的压缩阀室;一个孔,它设置在盖上,用于所述物料从压缩室中出来的出口;和至少一个所述孔的闭合部件,当处于静止状态时该孔被关闭,并通过所述盖的人工变形将孔打开;其特征在于:所述成形的壁是可弹性变形的,其一部分形成至少一个延伸到所述压缩室中的空心附件;所述小孔设置在这些空心附件的其中至少一个中,一个空心附件的端部构成所述可变形的盖中的孔的闭合部件;所述单向阀包括一个柔软薄片,该柔软薄片从盖中伸出并深入压缩室的内部,以便覆盖所述小孔,薄片靠在小孔设置于其中的附件表面上并可沿着该表面滑动;当盖被人工变形,随后所述成形的壁在压缩室中存在的物料的推力下弹性变形时,附件面向可变形的盖中的孔的那一端被从孔中移出。
