Abstract

本发明提供一种由少量的价廉且易于装配的零件构成的乳膏状物质分配器,该分配器含有一个构成与乳膏状物质容器相连通的一个限流室的主体,在该限流室内密封地装有一个可滑动的活塞,一根空心杆从该活塞上伸进一根空心的输流管内,此输流管是从与主体相连的套筒上伸出的,在该输流管上开有由被一个弹簧推压的空心杆端头所密封的排出孔,当手动操作排送乳膏状物质时,空心杆离开上述排出孔。

Description

用于乳膏状物质特别是牙膏的分配器
本发明涉及一种乳膏状物质分配器,具体地,涉及一种牙膏分配器,其结构非常简单而且经济。
许多乳膏状物质采用长的圆筒形容器来盛装,这种容器的一端带有用来密封相关容器的圆柱形内表面的凸缘的底塞来封闭,该底塞可在大气压力作用下移动,并且每当一定量的乳膏状物质通过一个单向阀被吸入在其中已形成真空的发送腔室时底塞就会移动(以减少容纳乳膏状物质的体积),在手动操作这种分配器时,乳膏状物质就从发送腔室通过设在分配器上构成上述腔室一部分的排出孔排出到外面。
公知的分配器结构相当复杂,因而价格比较昂贵。
本发明的主要目的是提供一种乳膏状物质分配器—容器,该分配器仅由少量结构简单且易于装配的零件组成,因而价格非常低廉,并且它能完全密封排出孔以便使装在分配器中的乳膏状物质与空气隔离。
上述目的和其他目的由下述的一种分配器来达到,这种分配器含有一个形成可装填乳膏状物质的腔室的主体,上述腔室有一可移动底塞,该底塞密封上述腔室并可沿腔室圆柱形内表面自由滑动,通过一个由一单向吸阀所封闭的孔,将上述腔室与限流室连通,通过一个排出孔,将乳膏状物质从上述限流室排出到外面,本分配器的特征在于,上述的限流室部分地由一个圆柱管壁构成,该圆柱管壁密封地容纳一可滑动的活塞,从此活塞上伸出一根自由端封闭的空心杆,紧靠空心杆自由端从侧向开有窄口,上述空心杆伸进一空心输流管内,该输流管从一个与主体相连的基本上呈刚性的套筒上伸出,它开有一个排出孔,当分配器处于不工作状态时,该排出孔由被压缩弹簧推压的空心杆的自由端所密封,从上述套筒上伸出一个弹性舌片,并从该舌片上伸出至少一个作用于上述活塞上的翅片,当手指按压该舌片时能使活塞轴向移动从而把空心杆的自由端从排出孔中拉出。
最好在上述空心杆上突出一环形的弹性凸缘来密封上述套筒输流管的圆柱形表面,上述环形凸缘位于上述空心杆上的窄口与伸出空心杆的活塞之间。
通过下文参考附图的非限制性的例子所给出的一个实施例的描述,将会对本发明的乳膏状物质分配器的结构与特征更加明白,附图中:
图1为分配器的顶视图;
图2为在图1中从左向右看的分配器的局部侧视图;
图3和图4分别为沿图1中3—3线及4—4线切取的处于不工作状态下的分配器的局部纵向剖视图;
附图中示出的分配器含有一个构成一个充满乳膏状物质(例如牙膏)的圆筒形腔室的主体1,其一端由可滑动的底塞2密封(图3),另一端由一个弹性隔膜3封闭,该隔膜3起着单向阀的作用并盖住孔4,在孔4的中央凸出一销钉5用来支承隔膜3。
至此所描绘的结构仍是普通的,类同于大多数乳膏状物质容器—分配器。
如图3和图4所示,从主体1顶部伸出一个构成一个限流室的圆柱形管壁,其一端由隔膜3封闭,另一端由可滑动的活塞7封闭,从该活塞7伸出一根空心杆8,其自由端是封闭的,在接近其自由端处开有一窄口10,紧靠其下部是从空心杆8伸出的环形弹性凸缘11,该凸缘11对输流管12的纵向内腔的圆柱形表面密封,此输流管12是从安装在主体1上端(相对于图3和图4而言)的大体上是刚性的套筒13伸出的。
从所有的图都可看出,套筒13大体呈一个盖子状,它部分地被开口14和15隔断,此两开口在平面图中大致呈U形(图1),它们限定了套筒内的两个侧边部分16和一个中央部分17,这些部位基本上是刚性的,所以在分配器操作过程中空心输流管也基本上保持为刚性的和不动的。
套筒的中间部分18(预定用作手指按压的舌片)也就是位于开口14与15之间的部分18,通过两个弹性条板19与套筒的刚性部分13连接,所述的弹性由制造此分配器的材料的弹性来获得。
应当注意到,空心杆8由作用在隔膜3之上的弹簧20向上推压,这样,当分配器处于不工作状态时(图3和图4),杆8的端头9便压住并密封住设在空心输流管12上端的排出孔,弹簧20压靠在伸进空心杆8中的轴向凸条21上。
最后,可以看到,套筒的中间可动部分18通过若干易破碎的小齿22(图1和图3)与套筒的基本上呈刚性的部分13相连,上述的小齿22起稳固密封作用,从两个条板19分别伸出一翅片23,该翅片的圆形自由端压靠在活塞7的上端。
下面假定分配器处于图3和图4所示的不工作位置,由主体1、限流室和位于单向阀3上方的空心杆8所构成的腔室装满牙膏。
于是,当手指向上按压(相对于图3和图4而言)舌片8时,首先是紧固小齿22破裂(如果还未破裂的话),并压弯两个条板19,带动压靠在活塞7上端的翅片23下移,以便使活塞7接近隔膜阀3(此阀靠在并密封住其底座,从而封闭孔4),并下移输流管12内的空心杆8,由空心杆8的端头9打开输流管的排出孔,从而使由活塞挤压的牙膏排出分配器外待用,而环形凸缘11则可防止牙膏向下渗漏。
当放松舌片18时,活塞7在弹簧20的推动下上升,造成一个真空状态而打开隔膜阀3,并使牙膏上升通过孔4。从理论上讲,在限流室被充满时,会通过排出孔和窄口10从外面吸入空气,但由于牙膏有一定密度而且窄口10尺寸细小,故这种情况不会发生,因为孔4的面积比窄口10大得多。在活塞7向上的移动终止时,杆8的端头9插入(并以气密方式封闭)设在空心输流管12顶部的排出孔,这样,装在容器—分配器中的牙膏便完全彻底地与外界隔离。
应当注意到,通过舌片18操作分配器很方便于发放牙膏,因为舌片18和条板19起到杠杆作用而限定排出牙膏所需的力。
最后,还应注意到,上面所述的分配器仅由6个零件组成,零件结构和装配皆简便而经济。

Claims (2)

1.一种乳膏状物质分配器含有一个构成可装填乳膏状物质的腔室的主体,上述腔室装有一个可移动的底塞,此底塞可沿腔室的内圆柱形表面自由滑动并将其密封,通过一个由一个单向吸阀所封闭的孔,将腔室与一个限流室连通,可通过一个排出孔将流体从限流室排出到外面,其特征在于上述限流室由一个密封地装有一个可滑动的活塞的圆柱形管壁来部分地构成,从上述活塞伸出一个自由端闭合的空心杆,紧靠该空心杆自由端处侧向地开有窄口,上述空心杆伸进一根空心输流管内,该输流管从主体相连的基本上呈刚性的套筒上伸出,在该输流管上开有一个排出孔,当分配器处于不工作状态时,此排出孔由一个压缩弹簧推压的空心杆的自由端所密封,从上述套筒上伸出一个弹性舌片,从该舌片又伸出至少一个作用于上述活塞上的翅片,当手指按压上述舌片时,活塞便轴向移动,从而把空心杆自由端从排出孔中拉出。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种分配器,其特征在于:从空心杆上突出一个环形的弹性凸缘,该凸缘密封套筒的上述输流管的圆柱形内的表面,并定位于上述空心杆上的窄口与伸出空心杆的活塞之间。
