Claims (13)
- Quaderförmiger Baustein für eine Heizvorrichtung, insbesondere für einen Kachelofen oder dergleichen, mit im Randbereich des Bausteins (1) vorgesehenen Klammeraufnahmenuten (10), in die Halteklammern (13) zum Verbinden benachbarter Bausteine (1) einsteckbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übergangsbereich des Bausteins (1) zwischen der inneren Seitenwand (2) und den Stirnseiten (4, 5) und/oder zwischen der äußeren Seitenwand (3) und den Stirnseiten (4, 5) als umlaufende Falzaussparung (6, 7) mit einer relativ zur zugeordneten Seitenwand (2, 3) des Bausteins (1) vertieften Falzaussparungsfläche (8) ausgebildet ist, von der aus sich die Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) in Richtung der gegebenüberliegenden Seitenwand (3, 2) erstrecken, wobei in die Falzaussparungen (6, 7) Abdeckleisten (15) oder Abdeckbänder einsetzbar sind, welche die Fugen überdecken und sich über die Halteklammern (13) erstrecken.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzaussparung (6, 7) durch senkrecht aufeinander stehende Falzaussparungsflächen (8, 9) gebildet wird, wobei eine Falzaussparungsfläche (8) parallel zur inneren oder äußeren Seitenwand (2, 3) und die andere Falzaussparungsfläche (9) parallel zu der benachbarten Stirnseite (4, 5) des Bausteins (1) angeordnet ist.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Falzaussparung (6, 7) entlang ihrer gesamten Länge eine konstante Breite und Tiefe hat.
- Baustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) mit Abstand zu den Stirnseiten (4, 5) in das Innere des Bausteins (1) hinein erstrecken.
- Baustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (h) und Breite (b) des Bausteins (1) ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches einer Dicke (d) ist und die Anzahl der längs einer Stirnseite (4, 5) angeordneten Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) einer Falzaussparung (6, 7) demjenigen Vielfachen der Dicke (d) entspricht, das auch die Länge der Stirnseite (4, 5) hat.
- Baustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Halteklammern (13) eine U- oder Ω-förmige Gestalt haben und mit ihren beiden Schenkeln (12) in die benachbarten Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) zweier Bausteine (1) einführbar sind, wenn diese dicht aneinander gefügt sind.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Endbereich der Schenkel (12) der Halteklammern (13) nach innen oder außen umgebogen ist, wobei die Breite dieses Enbereichs geringfügig größer als die Breite der Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) ist.
- Baustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der inneren Seitenwand (2) in einem regelmäßigen Raster angeordnete Aussparungen (18) zur Aufnahme von Steckzapfen (17) einer Steckleiste (16) angeordnet sind.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe (h) und Breite (b) des Bausteins (1) ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches seiner Dicke (d) ist, so dass die Fläche der inneren Seitenwand (2) durch eine bestimmte Anzahl gleich großer Quadrate (19) darstellbar ist, deren Seitenlänge der Dicke (d) des Bausteins (1) entspricht, wobei die Aussparungen (18) im Bereich der Schnittstellen (20) der Mittelachsen (21) dieser Quadrate (19) und/oder im Bereich des gemeinsamen Eckpunkts (22) vier benachbarter Quadrate (19) angeordnet sind.
- Baustein nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparungen (18) eine quadratische Form haben.
- Bausteinanordnung, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von Bausteinen (1) gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei nebeneinanderliegende Falzaussparungen (6, 7) zweier benachbarter Bausteine (1) und die in die Klammeraufnahmenuten (10) eingesteckten Halteklammern (13) durch eine gemeinsame Abdeckleiste (15) oder ein Abdeckband abgedeckt sind, deren (dessen) Breite zumindest im wesentlichen der doppelten Breite einer Falzaussparung (6, 7) entspricht.
- Bausteinanordnung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke der Abdeckleisten (15) gleich der Tiefe der Falzaussparung (6, 7) ist.
- Bausteinanordnung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Steckleisten (16) mit mindestens zwei vorspringenden Steckzapfen (17) vorgesehen sind, deren Abstand demjenigen der Aussparungen (18) entspricht und deren Form an diejenige der Aussparungen (18) angepasst ist, so dass die Steckzapfen (17) von der Innenseite der Bausteine (1) her in die Aussparungen (18) einsteckbar sind.
