Claims (9)

  1. Meuleuse d'angle comportant une coque de montage et une coque formant capot (10, 11) d'un boîtier de moteur (1),
    caractérisée en ce que
    la coque de montage et la coque de capot (10, 11) comportent chacune dans sa zone de liaison au boîtier de la meuleuse d'angle (2), respectivement au moins une première nervure (100) sur la coque de montage (10) et une seconde nervure (110) sur la coque de capot (11), ces coques étant mises en prise par au moins une partie en contre dépouille (20) du boîtier de transmission (2).
  2. Meuleuse d'angle selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la première nervure (100) et/ou la seconde nervure (110) comportent chacune trois parties de nervure (101-103; 111-113), les parties de nervure (101-103; 111-113) étant respectivement alignées.
  3. Meuleuse d'angle selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la première nervure (100) et/ou la seconde nervure (110) ont chacune deux nervures simples, parallèles entre elles (104, 105; 114, 115), qui sont notamment reliées par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise (106 ; 116).
  4. Meuleuse d'angle selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    au moins une cheminée à vis (107, 108; 1117, 118) est issue de la première nervure (100) et/ ou de la seconde nervure (110).
  5. Meuleuse d'angle selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    elle comporte au moins un élément de fixation (130, 131; 132, 133) pour un palier d'induit réalisé de préférence en une seule pièce avec la première et/ ou la seconde nervure (100 ; 110).
  6. Meuleuse d'angle selon les revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie en contredépouille (20) du boîtier de transmission (2) comporte de préférence quatre parties en contredépouille divisées (200-203) alignées notamment sur un unique cercle.
  7. Meuleuse d'angle selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie en contredépouille (20) et/ou les parties en contredépouille divisées (200-203) ont une forme de U.
  8. Meuleuse d'angle selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie en contredépouille (20) comporte des cavités (204, 207) en particulier entre les parties en contredépouille divisées (200, 203) pour recevoir les cheminés à vis (104, 105; 114, 115) sur la coque de montage (10) ou la coque de capot (11).
  9. Procédé de montage d'un boîtier de transmission sur un boîtier de moteur comportant une coque de montage et une coque de capot (10, 11) d'une meuleuse d'angle selon les revendications 1 à 8,
    comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - Mise en place du boîtier de transmission (2) dans la coque de montage (10) avec un logement de boîtier de transmission,
    - Assemblage de la coque de capot (11) comportant un logement de boîtier de transmission selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6 avec la coque de montage (10) dans laquelle est placé le boîtier de transmission (2) vers le boîtier de moteur (1); et
    - Fixation de la coque de capot (11) sur la coque de montage (10).
