Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, insbesondere Chemikalien, Pharmarohstoffe und ähnliche Medien, die nicht mit der Außenatmosphäre in Kontakt kommen dürfen, beispielsweise biologische Medien. Diese Flüssigkeiten werden üblicherweise in einem als Faß o.dgl. ausgeführten Vorratsbehälter angeliefert und müssen beim Verbraucher, beispielsweise in einer Halbleiterfabrik, jeweils in kleineren Mengen ausgegeben werden. Üblicherweise erfolgt die Ausgabe in Flaschen oder in dem Produktionsbereich. Die Förderung der Flüssigkeit erfolgt entweder durch Zuführung eines inerten Gases mit Überdruck in den Vorratsbehälter oder durch eine Pumpe.
Eine Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten gemäß dem Obergriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus EP 03919348 A bekannt.
Andere bekannte Ausgabeeinrichtungen sind als schrankförmige Einheiten ausgeführt, die sowohl einen Aufnahmeraum für den Vorratsbehälter als auch die für die Ausgabe erforderlichen Installationen und Dosiereinrichtungen aufweisen. Die Aufstellung mehrerer solche Ausgabeeinrichtungen, die für die Ausgabe unterschiedlicher Flüssigkeiten benötigt werden, erfordert eine verhältnismäßig große Aufstellfläche. Speziell in Halbleiterfabriken und Forschungslabors ist aber die Aufstellungsfläche knapp und/oder kostspielig.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Ausgabeeinrichtung der genannten Gattung so auszugestalten, daß eine hohe Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Aufstellungsmöglichkeiten insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung der Beschickung erreicht wird, so daß auch bei unterschiedlichen zur Verfügung stehenden Aufstellungsflächen jeweils eine platzsparende Aufstellung ermöglicht wird.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst mit einer Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten gemäß Anspruchs 1.
Die Aufteilung der Ausgabeeinrichtung in einen Vorratsmodul und ein Ausgabemodul und die Anpassung der Kantenlänge des quadratischen Grundrisses des Vorratsmoduls an die Tiefe des rechteckigen Ausgabemoduls ermöglicht es, das Vorratsmodul mit dem Ausgabemodul unter Berücksichtigung der Beschickungsmöglichkeit jeweils so zu verbinden, daß der zur Verfügung stehende Platz optimal ausgenutzt wird. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn üblicherweise mehrere derartige Ausgabeeinrichtungen in einem Raum aufgestellt werden müssen, dessen Grundfläche optimal ausgenutzt werden soll. Die modulare Bauweise ermöglicht es auch, die Vorratsmodule in einem Anlieferungslagerraum aufzustellen und die Ausgabemodule in einem gesonderten Aufstellungsraum aufzustellen.
Je nach der durch den Organistations- oder Fertigungsablauf vorgegebenen Aufgabenstellung ist eine flexible Kombination des Vorratsmoduls mit dem Ausgabemodul möglich, so daß auch bei geringem Platzangebot eine Versorgungsanlage für alle benötigten unterschiedlichen Flüssigkeiten realisiert werden kann.
Erfindungsgemäß weist der Auszugwagen des Vorratsmoduls eine Bodenwanne auf, die mit einer Frontplatte verbunden ist, und daß mindestens eine der beiden Seitenflächen des Auszugwagens offen ist. Dadurch wird eine seitliche Beschickung des Auszugwagens ermöglicht. Die Raumausnutzung ist besonders flexibel, wenn beide Seitenflächen des Auszugwagens offen sind, so daß er je nach der Anordnung und der Zugänglichkeit der Ausgabeeinrichtung wahlweise von der einen oder der anderen Seite beschickt werden kann.
Die erfindungsgemäße Aufteilung der Ausgabeeinrichtung in mindestens ein Vorratsmodul und ein Ausgabemodul ermöglicht es auch, ein Ausgabemodul mit jeweils zwei Vorratsmodulen zusammenzuschließen. Dadurch kann jeweils ein zweiter Vorratsbehälter bereitgestellt werden, bevor noch der erste Vorratsbehälter vollständig entleert ist, so daß nach dem Entleeren des ersten Vorratsbehälters in einfacher Weise ein Umschalten auf den zweiten, vollen Vorratsbehälter ermöglicht wird. Der Austausch des entleerten Vorratsbehälters kann dann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erfolgen.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand weiterer Unteransprüche.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel näher erläutert, das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist. Es zeigt:
  • Fig. 1 in räumlicher Darstellungsweise und teilweise auseinandergezogen eine Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, bestehend aus zwei Vorratsmodulen und einem Ausgabemodul,
  • Fig. 2 a)-d) schematisch im Grundriß mehrere Aufstellungsmöglichkeiten von Ausgabeeinrichtungen und
  • Fig. 3 Aufstellungsbeispiele in einem Gebäudegrundriß.
    • Die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, beispielsweise Chemikalien für die Halbleiterfertigung, Pharmarohstoffen oder biologischen Medien, weist zwei schrankförmige Vorratsmodule 1 und ein schrankförmiges Ausgabemodul 2 auf, die miteinander verbunden sind. In der Zeichnung ist das Ausgabemodul 2 nur der deutlicheren Darstellung halber getrennt und im Abstand zu dem einen, mittleren Vorratsmodul 1 dargestellt.
    Am Beispiel dieses mittleren Vorratsss 1 ist gezeigt, daß jeder Vorratsmodul 1 einen aus der Frontseite ausfahrbaren Auszugwagen 3 aufweist. Der Auszugwagen 3 weist eine Bodenwanne 4 auf, die mit einer Frontplatte 5 des Vorratsmoduls 1 verbunden ist.
    Wie man aus Fig. 1 erkennt, ist mindestens eine, vorzugsweise aber beide Seitenflächen 6 des Auszugwagens 3 offen.Die Bodenwanne 4 weist ein Rollenbett 7 auf, dessen Rollendrehachsen in Auszugsrichtung, d.h. rechtwinklig zur Frontplatte 5 angeordnet sind.
    Zum Beschicken des Vorratsmoduls 1 kann ein Vorratsbehälter 8, beispielsweise ein stehend angeliefertes Faß oder mehrere kleinere Gebinde, von der offenen Seitenfläche 6 her auf das Rollenbett 7 des Auszugwagens 3 geschoben werden, bis es die in Fig. 1 gezeigte Stellung einnimmt. Beim dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel werden die seitlichen Öffnungen des Auszugwagens 3 durch flexible seitliche Vorhänge 9 verschlossen, die aus einzelnen senkrechten Streifen bestehen und einen Spritzschutz beim Anschließen bilden.
    Der Auszugwagen 3 ist an seiner Unterseite mit Bodenlaufrollen 10 versehen, so daß der Auszugwagen 3 in der dargestellten Weise aus der Frontseite des Vorratsmoduls 1 herausgezogen und nach dem Auswechseln des Vorratsbehälters 8 wieder zurückgeschoben werden kann.
    Über (nicht dargestellte) Verbindungsschläuche wird der im Vorratsmodul 1 aufgenommene Vorratsbehälter 8 mit einer (nicht dargestellten) Ausgabe- und Dosierinstallation des Ausgabemoduls 2 verbunden, der bei dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel an der rechten Seitenwand 11 des Vorratsmoduls 1 angebracht ist.
    In der Seitenwand 11 des Vorratsmoduls 1 ist ebenso wie in der ihr zugekehrten Seitenwand 12 des Ausgabemoduls 2 jeweils ein Fenster 13 ausgespart, durch das die Leitungsverbindung zwischen dem Vorratsbehälter 8 und der Ausgabeinstallation des Ausgabemoduls 2 geführt wird. Durch diese Fenster 13 kann im zusammengebauten Zustand nach dem Ausfahren des Auszugswagens 3 eine Wartung der Installation im Ausgabemodul 2 erfolgen.
    Das Ausgabemodul 2 weist einen aus der Frontseite ausfahrbaren Auszugwagen 14 auf, dessen Frontplatte 15 mit einer Tür 16 versehen ist, die den Zugang zu einem Ausgaberaum 17 im Ausgabemodul 2 gestattet. Nach dem Öffnen der Tür 16 kann eine zu befüllende Flasche oder ein anderes Behältnis in das Ausgabemodul 2 eingestellt und angeschlossen werden.
    Im Ausgabemodul 2 können mehrere Ausgabeinstallationen für verschiedene Flüssigkeiten vorgesehen sein. Damit ist es möglich, unter Verwendung eines einzigen Ausgabemoduls 2 mehrere Flüssigkeiten auch gleichzeitig auszugeben, ohne daß für jede Flüssigkeit ein gesondertes Ausgabemodul erforderlich ist. Damit kann eine erhebliche Kosteneinsparung erzielt werden.
    Die Vorratsmodule 1 und das Ausgabemodul 2 sind gleich hoch, so daß sich nach ihrer Verbindung eine kompakte, platzsparende Einheit ergibt. Jeder der beiden Vorratsmodule 1 weist einen quadratischen Grundriß mit einer Kantenlänge a auf, die gleich der Tiefe t des mit rechteckigem Grundriß ausgeführten Ausgabemoduls 2 ist.
    Das Ausgabemodul 2 kann in unterschiedlicher Weise mit einem oder mehreren Vorratsmodulen 1 zu einer einheitlichen Ausgabeeinrichtung verbunden werden. Dies ist an einigen typischen Beispielen in Fig. 2a)-d) dargestellt.
    Gemäß Fig. 2a ist das Ausgabemodul 1 an seiner rechten Seitenwand 11 mit dem Ausgabemodul 2 verbunden. Gemäß Fig. 2b sind entsprechend der Darstellung in Fig. 1 zwei Vorratsmodule 1 an ihren einander zugekehrten Seitenwänden miteinander verbunden und das eine, mittlere Vorratsmodul 1 ist wie beschrieben an seiner rechten Seitenwand 11 mit dem Ausgabemodul 2 verbunden.
    Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 2c ist das Vorratsmodul 1 an seiner linken Seitenwand 18 mit dem Ausgabemodul 2 verbunden. Beim Beispiel nach Fig. 2d ist die hintere Seitenwand 19 oder Rückwand des Vorratsmoduls 1 mit dem Ausgabemodul 2 verbunden.
    Um die flexiblen Aufstellungsmöglichkeiten verfügbar zu haben, ist es zweckmäßig, in allen drei Seitenwänden 11, 18 und 19 jedes Vorratsmoduls 1 und in beiden Seitenflächen des Ausgabemoduls 2 jeweils ein Fenster vorzusehen, das bei Bedarf geöffnet wird.
    Die dargestellten unterschiedlichen Verbindungsarten von Vorratsmodulen 1 und Ausgabemodulen 2 ermöglichen je nach den vorhandenen Platzverhältnissen unterschiedliche, aber jeweils platzsparende Anordnungen. Beispielsweise können mehrere der beschriebenen Ausgabeeinrichtungen in einer Reihe nebeneinander aufgestellt werden. Zusätzlich oder stattdessen ist es auch möglich, mehrere solcher Ausgabeeinrichtungen zu inselartigen Gruppen zusammenzufassen, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt. In jedem Fall kann das Ausgabemodul 2 so an dem zugeordneten Vorratsmodul 1 angebracht werden, daß beide Module unter den gegebenen Platzverhältnissen gut zugänglich sind.

    Claims (8)

    1. Ausgabeeinrichtung für Flüssigkeiten, bestehend aus mindestens einem schrankförmigen Vorratsmodul (1), und einem daran anschließbaren schrankförmigen Ausgabemodul (2) mit einem von der Frontseite her zugänglichen Ausgaberaum (17), wobei das Vorratsmodul (1) einen quadratischen Grundriß mit einer Kantenlänge (a) aufweist, die gleich der Tiefe (t) des mit rechteckigem Grundriß ausgeführten Ausgabemoduls (2) ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorratsmodul einen zur Aufnahme eines auswechselbaren Vorratsbehälters (8) bestimmten ausfahrbaren Auszugswagen(3) aufweist, daß der ausfahrbare Auszugswagen (3) des Vorratsmoduls (1) eine Bodenwanne (4) ausgestattet mit einem Rollenbett(7), dessen Rollendrehachsen in Auszugsrichtung angeordnet sind, aufweist, daß die Bodenwanne (4) mit einer Frontplatte (5) und zwei Seitenflächen (6) verbunden ist,
      und daß mindestens eine der beiden Seitenflächen (6) des Auszugswagens (3) offen ist.
    2. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Seitenflächen (6) des Auszugwagens (3) offen sind.
    3. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugwagen (3) an seiner Unterseite mit Bodenlaufrollen (10) versehen ist.
    4. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den einander zugekehrten Seitenwänden (11, 18 bzw. 19; 12) des Vorratsmoduls (1) und des Ausgabemoduls (2) jeweils ein Fenster (13) ausgespart ist.
    5. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in allen drei Seitenwänden (11,18,19) jedes Vorratsmoduls (1) und in beiden Seitenflächen des Ausgabemoduls (2) jeweils ein Fenster (13) vorgesehen ist.
    6. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vorratsmodul (1) und das Ausgabemodul (2) gleich hoch sind.
    7. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ausgabemodul (2) mit jeweils zwei Vorratsmodulen (1) zusammengeschlossen ist.
    8. Ausgabeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Ausgabemodul (1) mehrere Ausgabeinstallationen für verschiedene Flüssigkeiten vorgesehen sind.
