Claims (11)

  1. Profilé de serrage pour une plaque en verre avec une branche rigide de contact pour la plaque en verre et avec un dispositif de serrage pour serrer la plaque en verre, une chambre (31) étant aménagée entre la branche de contact (6), une branche de base (7) et une branche de serrage (10) qui s'étend sous un angle aigu par rapport à la branche de base (7) et est munie d'une saillie (9), une pièce de serrage (12, 32), dont la section est adaptée à celle de la chambre (31) et qui peut être calée par l'intermédiaire d'éléments à visser (15) entre la branche de serrage (10) et la plaque en verre (2), étant prévue avec jeu dans la chambre (31), caractérisé en ce que la pièce de serrage (12, 32) a des trous filetés (16) espacés et continus s'étendant d'une face supérieure (29) à la surface de base (28), et en ce que des trous de passage (18, 19) sont prévus dans la saillie (9) aux mêmes intervalles que dans la pièce de serrage (12).
  2. Profilé de serrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre aménagée dans le profilé de serrage (1) est subdivisée en deux chambres (22, 30) par une cloison intermédiaire (8), la plaque en verre (2) étant insérée dans une chambre (22) et une pièce de serrage (12) étant reçue avec jeu dans l'autre chambre (30) de façon à ce que, en raison d'une faible épaisseur de paroi d'une cloison intermédiaire (8) séparant les deux chambres (22, 30), celle-ci cède en direction de l'une des chambres (22), ce qui fait que la plaque en verre (2) est serrée.
  3. Profilé de serrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'une des chambres (22) est aménagée par une branche de contact (6), une première portion partielle d'une branche de base (7) avec la cloison intermédiaire (8) et l'autre chambre (30) est aménagée par la cloison intermédiaire (8), une deuxième portion partielle de la branche de base (7) et une branche de serrage (10) et la saillie (9) qui y est conformée.
  4. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de serrage (32), sur un côté de contact (33), présente une couche intermédiaire (5) pour le contact avec la plaque en verre (2).
  5. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la branche de serrage (10) s'étend sous un angle aigu par rapport à la branche de base (7).
  6. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de serrage (12, 32) a une section trapézoïdale, une surface latérale s'étendant par rapport à une surface de base (28) sous un angle d'environ 90° et une autre paroi latérale (27) s'étendant sous le même angle aigu que la branche de serrage (10) par rapport à la branche de base (7).
  7. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les trous de passage (19) sont exécutés comme perçages en étages.

  9. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des pattes (25), qui servent au montage du profilé de serrage (2) sur une sous-couche, sont conformées sur le profilé de serrage (1), de préférence sur la branche de base (7).
  10. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de serrage (1) et la pièce de serrage (12, 32) sont faits en métal léger.
  11. Profilé de serrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de serrage (1) peut être enrobé dans un médium, qui est à réaliser de la part du client, de façon à ce que seulement la saillie (9) et la partie terminale libre de la branche de contact (6) sont visibles et qu'il est toutefois possible de serrer et de desserrer la plaque en verre (2).
