Claims (30)
- Transportbehälter aus einem dünnwandigen, vorzugsweise aus Karton bestehenden Zuschnitt, der einen Bodenabschnitt (1) und mehrere Wandabschnitte (6-9) umfaßt, welche jeweils über Faltlinien (2-5) an den Bodenabschnitt (1) angrenzen und nach dem Aufrichten durch Umfalten entlang der Faltlinien (2-5) eine geschlossene Behälterwand bilden, wobei die Wandabschnitte (6-9) Aussparungen (24,24',25) aufweisen, welche zum Verbinden der Wandabschnitte (6-9) in ihrer aufgerichteten Stellung von einem separaten Verbindungselement (28,35,45,50,59), insbesondere aus spritzgegossenem Kunststoff, durchragt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aussparungen (24,24',25) nahe dem oberen Rand der jeweiligen Wand (8,9) des Behälters angeordnet sind und jedes Verbindungselement (28,35,45,50,59) eine Tragfläche (32,58,49,54,60) aufweist, um einen auf den Behälter gestapelten zweiten Behälter zu tragen.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement auf beiden Seiten der Behälterwand den die Aussparung (24,24',25) umgebenden Wandbereich hintergreift.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (35) aus zwei Teilen (36,37) besteht, die formschlüssig und vorzugsweise lösbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragfläche (32,58,49,54) in das Innere des Transportbehälters hineinragt.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bodenabschnitt (1) eine rechteckige Grundfläche aufweist und zwei Seitenwandabschnitte (6,7) und zwei Stirnwandabschnitte (8,9) an den Bodenabschnitt (1) des Kartonzuschnitts angrenzen.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Tragflächen (32,58,49,54,60) der Verbindungselemente (28,35,45,50,59) nahe dem oberen Rand der Wände des Transportbehälters im wesentlichen parallel zum Bodenabschnitt (1) erstrecken.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragfläche (32,58,49,54,60) in der Richtung rechtwinklig zur Wand, an der das Verbindungselement (28,35,45,50,59) befestigt ist, eine Erstreckung von mindestens 10 mm aufweist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere miteinander durch Faltlinien (2-5,10,11,14, 15,18,19,21,22) verbundene Wandabschnitte (8,12,16,20; 9,13,17,23) in aufgerichteter Stellung einander überdecken und miteinander fluchtende Aussparungen (24,24',25) aufweisen, die von dem Verbindungselement (28,35,45,50,59) durchragt werden.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an jede Seitenwand (6;7) zwei Wandabschnitte (12,13; 16,17) anschließen, die in aufgerichteter Stellung jeweils eine Stirnwand (8;9) im wesentlichen überdecken.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an das freie Ende jeder Stirnwand (8,9) ein innerer Wandabschnitt (20,23) anschließt, der zur Stirnwand (8,9) um 180° umfaltbar ist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Stirnwand (8; 9) und dem inneren Wandabschnitt (20; 23) ein schmaler Stegabschnitt (26; 27) vorgesehen ist, der über zwei zueinander parallele Faltlinien (18,19; 21,22) einerseits mit der Stirnwand (8; 9) und andererseits mit dem inneren Wandabschnitt (20; 23) verbunden ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zwei Aussparungen (24,24'), die in der gleichen Stirnwand (8,9) oder Seitenwand des Transportbehälters angeordnet sind, eine Grifföffnung (25) angeordnet ist, deren oberer Rand in der aufgerichteten Stellung der Behälterwand um wenige Millimeter höher liegt als die Tragfläche (32,58,49,54).
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er einen flachen Deckel (33) mit im wesentlichen rechteckigem Querschnitt umfaßt, an dessen kurzen Stirnrändern in der Mitte jeweils eine Deckellasche (34) angeordnet ist, die in eine Grifföffnung (25) einfügbar ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er im Bereich seines oberen Randes eine von der Innenseite der Behälterwände (6-9) umfaßte Kontur aufweist, die mindestens so breit und so lang ist wie die äußere Kontur im Bereich des Bodenabschnitts (1) des Behälters.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Teil (29,46,51) des Verbindungselements (28,45,50) einen das Kartonmaterial auf einer Seite der Aussparung (24) hintergreifenden Kopfabschnitt (30,47,52) aufweist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (28) aus zwei gegeneinander verdrehbaren Teilen (29,31) besteht, wobei das Teil (31) ohne Kopfabschnitt (30) nach dem Hindurchstecken durch die Aussparung (24) und dem Verdrehen das Kartonmaterial auf der dem Kopfabschnitt (30) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Aussparung (24) hintergreift.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Teile (36,37) des Verbindungselements (35) durch zwei zueinander komplementäre Rastelemente (38,39) miteinander verbindbar sind, wobei zwischen den beiden Teilen (36,37) eine Verbindungsplatte (40) angeordnet ist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsplatte (40) aus Kunststoff besteht und entlang zweier zueinander paralleler Filmscharniere (44) umklappbar ist, so daß ihre an die beiden Teile (36,37) angrenzenden Bereiche jeweils von der Aussparung (24) aus nach oben zum oberen Rand der Behälterwand (8) verläuft, der von dem Steg (44) zwischen den beiden Filmscharnieren (44) abgedeckt wird.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Teil (48) des Verbindungselements (45) ohne Kopfabschnitt (47) an dem Teil (46) mit Kopfabschnitt (47) parallel zur Ebene der Behälterwand verschiebbar befestigt ist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Teil (51) des Verbindungselements (50) mit Kopfabschnitt (52) ein Tragteil (53) schwenkbar befestigt ist, wobei diese beiden Teile (51,53) durch zwei zueinander komplementäre Rastelemente (56,57) miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragfläche und der Boden (1) des Transportbehälters ineinander eingreifende Fixierungselemente aufweisen.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixierungselemente am Boden (1) des Transportbehälters durch Löcher in jeder Ecke des Bodens und das Fixierungselement an der Tragfläche jedes Verbindungselements durch einen Vorsprung gebildet wird, der in eines der genannten Löcher einfügbar ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe zumindest einer Seitenwand (6,7) geringer ist als die Höhe der Stirnwände (8,9) des Transportbehälters.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Seitenwandabschnitt (6,7) des Kartonzuschnitts eine zusätzliche Faltlinie aufweist, die parallel zu der zwischen diesem Seitenwandabschnitt (6,7) und dem Bodenabschnitt (1) verlaufenden Faltlinie verläuft, wobei der Seitenwandabschnitt (6,7) des Transportbehälters in aufgerichteter Stellung unterhalb des Randes der Stirnwände (8,9) entlang dieser zusätzlichen Faltlinie um 180° umgeknickt ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest eins seiner Verbindungselemente eine elektronische Schaltung mit Datenspeicher umfaßt, dessen Speicherinhalt vorzugsweise berührungslos ausgelesen und überschrieben werden kann.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (59) mindestens einen elastisch federnden Rastvorsprung (61) aufweist, der den Rand der Aussparung (24) hintergreift.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragfläche (60) von einem auf dem oberen Rand des Transportbehälters aufliegenden Abschnitt des Verbindungselements (59) gebildet wird.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (59) einen an die Tragfläche (60) angrenzenden Arretierungssteg (62) aufweist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 27 oder 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Tragfläche (60) ein Arretierungsvorsprung (63) angeordnet ist, der in eine Ausnehmung im Boden des Transportbehälters einfügbar ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Wandabschnitte (6-9,12, 13,16,17,20,23) miteinander verklebt ist.
