Claims (13)
- Schwenkbeschlag (1) für ein Sitz- oder Liegemöbel mit relativ zueinander verstellbaren Teilen, bestehend auseinem im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Rasthebel (2), an dem am Verbindungssteg (4) zwischen den beiden U-Schenkeln Rasten in der Form von Materialverformungen angeordnet sind,einem am Rasthebel (2) angelenkten Schwenkhebel (6),sowie einem Stützhebel (7), der einerseits an einem Ende gelenkig mit dem Schwenkhebel 6 verbunden ist,und anderseits mit dem anderen Ende an einem Steuerteil (8) derart am Rasthebel (2) geführt ist, dass er aus verschiedenen Stützstellungen, in denen er in die Rasten eingreift, in eine Einschwenkstellung lenkbar ist, in der er ausser Eingriff mit den Rasten gehalten ist,
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Materialverformungen von der Aussenseite des U-förmigen Rasthebels (2) gegen die Innenseite gerichtete Vertiefungen sind, welche die lichte Weite auf der Innenseite reduzieren.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Stützhebel (7) an den Materialverformungen am Verbindungssteg (4) und an den U-Schenkeln 3, 3' abstützt.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stützhebel (7) ein geschlossenes, im Querschnitt hohlkastenförmiges Profil ist:
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (6) ebenfalls aus einem im Querschnitt etwa U-förmigen Profil besteht, dessen Öffnung dem Rasthebel zugewandt ist, wobei der Rasthebel (2) schmaler ist als der Schwenkhebel (6) und in den Schwenkhebel einschwenkbar ist.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (8) über den Rasten (5) zwischen den U-Schenkeln (3, 3') des Rasthebels (2) in einer linearen Führungsbahn (9) geführt ist.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche i bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (8) einen Führungsabschnitt (12) für die Führung im Rasthebel (2) und einen Steuerabschnitt (13) für den Wechsel des Stützhebels (7) zwischen den Stützstellungen und der Einschwenkstellung aufweist.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerabschnitt (13) an einem Schlepphaken (14) derart am Stützhebel (7) eingehängt ist, dass das Steuerteil beim Aufschwenken des Schwenkhebels mitgeschleppt wird und dass der Steuerabschnitt eine Schubfläche (15) aufweist, an der das Steuerteil beim Einschwenken des Schwenkhebels durch den Stützhebel geschoben wird.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (8) ein-Federelement (18) aufweist, das den Stützhebel (7) in die Einrastposition vorspannt.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (18) als Blattfeder ausgebildet ist, deren eines Ende (21) auf der Aussenseite des Stützhebels angreift.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerteil (8) aus Kunststoffmaterial besteht und dass die Blattfeder einstückig mit dem Steuerteil ausgebildet ist.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blattfeder an einem, dem Stützhebel bezogen auf das Gelenk (22) zwischen Schwenkhebel (6) und Rasthebel (2) abgewandten Ende des Steuerteils (8) mit diesem verbunden ist.
- Schwenkbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwenkhebel (6) mit seitlichem Spiel (S) am Rasthebel (2) angelenkt ist.
