Claims (9)
- Tragbares, hydraulisch arbeitendes Presswerkzeug (0) für die Verpressung von Kupplungselementen mit einer gabelförmigen Aufnahme (3) und einer in dieser Aufnahme gehaltenen Klemmzange (4), die mittels einer Kolbenzylindereinheit (20) mit integrierter Rückstellfeder (25) betätigbar ist, und dass der auf die Kolbenzylindereinheit anliegende Druck von einer hydraulischen Pumpe (18), die von einem Elektromotor (10) angetrieben wird, erzeugt wird, wobei die Pumpe in einem Hydraulikblock angeordnet ist, der zwischen dem antriebsseitigen Getriebe (13) und der Kolbenzylindereinheit (20) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe eine Zahnradpumpe (18) ist, deren Rotorwellen (19) auf der einen Seite in einem Lagergehäuse (15) der Getriebeabtriebswelle (16) und auf der anderen Seite im Gehäuse (21) der Kolbenzylindereinheit (20) lagern und dass sämtliche hydraulische Druckleitungen als Bohrungen im Hydraulikblock (17) realisiert sind, in dem auch die Rotorwelle (19) der Zahnradpumpe (18) und eine Ventileinheit (31) angeordnet sind. - Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Hydraulikblock (17) eine Bohrung angeordnet ist, in der ein Mündungszapfen (27) befestigt ist, der ein volumenveränderbares Reservoir (28) fest hält.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinheit (31) im Hydraulikblock (17) zwischen der Zahnradpumpe (18) und dem Mündungszapfen (27) angeordnet ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventileinheit (31) zwei hintereinander geschaltete Ventile (32,38) umfasst, wobei das vorlaufseitige erste Ventil (32) einen federbelasteten (36) Hohlkolben (33) als Ventilkörper umfasst, der in einem Zylinder (33') druckabhängig verschiebbar ist, und dass das nachfolgende, zweite Ventil (38) ein Kugelventil ist, wobei die Kugel (41) auf einer Durchgangsbohrung (40) durch eine Ventilplatte (37) zwischen dem ersten (32) und zweiten Ventil (38) federdruckbelastet aufliegt, so dass der Hohlkolben (33) Oeffnungen (35) des Druckstranges öffnet und schliesst und das Kugelventil (38) den Rücklauf (39) durch die Ventilplatte (37) öffnet und schliesst.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kugelventil (38) einen Ventilkörper (42) mit einem Fuss (43) mit Kippkante (44) umfasst, wobei die Ventilkugel (41) in einer Aufnahme (41') im Fuss lagert, während über einen Kopf (49) des Ventilkörpers (42) manuell verschiebbare Drucktaste (48) angeordnet ist, mittels der der Kopf (49) des Ventilkörpers zur Seite verschiebbar ist, so dass der Ventilkörper (42) aus der axialen Richtung verschwenkt und über die Kippkante (44) des Fusses (43) eine Kippbewegung ausübt, wodurch das Kugelventil (38) öffnet.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Elektromotor (10) von einem im Werkzeug angeordneten Akku (6) gespiesen ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückstellbewegung des Hohlkolbens (33) mittels einem Sensor (51) überwachbar ist und den akkugespiesenen Elektromotor (10) abschaltet.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drucktaste an der Innenseite eine exzentrische Kippfläche (50) aufweist, auf die der Kopf (49) bei der Betätigung der Drucktaste (48) zum Aufliegen kommt und aus dem Zentrum zur Seite in eine Kippbewegung versetzbar ist.
- Presswerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das volumenveränderbare Reservoir (28) ein Gummibalg ist.
