Definitions
- the present invention relates to a strapless linoleum fabric, a Process for its preparation and the use of the invention strapless linoleum fabric.
- the mixed mass is then a rolling mill (Calender) fed and under pressure and a temperature of usually 10 up to 150 ° C (depending on recipe and process engineering) on or multilayered on a carrier material, usually a jute fabric or a with Adhesive coated glass fiber fabric, pressed.
- the roll distance of the Calender is adjusted so that the resulting floor covering the desired layer thickness receives.
- there is a floor covering based on linoleum not yet ready for use after calendering of the mixed mass or basic mass there linoleum at this stage none for the further manufacturing process and the use has sufficient tensile and compressive strength. This one will only in a subsequent ripening process by further crosslinking of the binder reached.
- the path from the calender in the so-called ripening house or the ripening chamber transported and in the form of loops with a length For example, stored about 15,50 hanging over rods. So that Soft linoleum under the dead load of the loops does not leave, is the lamination of linoleum on jute or another carrier fabric necessary.
- the ripened linoleum by applying a Care or protective layer, for example an acrylate or polyurethane (PUR) dispersion, to be subjected to a finishing treatment (finishing) before passing through Cutting in rolls of certain widths and lengths or by punching in Tiles are made up.
- a Care or protective layer for example an acrylate or polyurethane (PUR) dispersion
- linoleum floor coverings which have a carrier made of glass and / or polyester (PES) fabric.
- PES polyester
- the linoleum tiles produced in this way proved to be more dimensionally stable than such Juteisme, however, these are not dimensionally stable, since their structure is still is asymmetric. Furthermore, in such carriers are always primer needed.
- adhesion promoter for glass fiber fabric for example, a Coating of the glass fibers can be used from a styrene-butadiene latex. However, it is advantageous for environmental reasons, if fabrics are made only on the basis of natural raw materials.
- JP 11 001 877 Patent Abstracts of Japan, vol. 1999, no. 04 describes a method for Removing a jute carrier from a ripened linoleum material, whereby the jute carrier located on the backside is cut off.
- WO 97/44518 describes linoleum tiles in which a central carrier fabric is arranged between two linoleum layers, so that tiles with a symmetrical structure arise. This tile indeed proved during the most diverse climatic changes as extremely form and expansion stable. However, since two linoleum layers each with the required Minimum layer thickness (s.o.) are required, the benefits of with the high material consumption caused relatively high production costs.
- the present invention is based on the object, a linoleum sheet which is particularly useful as a tile at and / or climatic fluctuations a high dimensional and expansion stability and can be produced inexpensively.
- a strapless linoleum fabric which comprises at least one wear layer of linoleum and which at least one side has the impression of a fabric structure.
- the invention is based on the finding that the linoleum mixture on a temporary carrier, a so-called follower tissue, can be laminated, which during the maturation of the still soft Rohlinoleums for a sufficient ensures mechanical stabilization of the web and after completion of the Ripening process preferably essentially without leaving residues of the rider fabric on the back of the ripened linoleum sheet can be deducted from the solidified linoleum web, so that a strapless linoleum web is obtained.
- the strapless linoleum fabric has at least a side or surface of the impression of a fabric structure.
- tissue structure should not only include conventional weave structures, i.e. Structures, such as those by interweaving thread-like materials arise, but also other structures, which by the impression of a textured non-woven fabric may include, for example a honeycomb-shaped structure, a knobbed structure, the nubs for example, may be round, diamond-shaped or rectangular, a network structure or graphic structures such as characters, letters and symbols.
- the structure is the imprint of a Structure of a woven carrier material. It is also preferred that it be the structure is a fine structure.
- the linoleum sheet according to the invention is after removal of the follower fabric unsupported, which differs from those known in the art Linoleum fabrics give some more benefits. That's the strapless one Linoleum fabrics more supple and due to the lack of tissue more elastic and easier to cut and process. Furthermore, the at Craftsmen known Gegenwalken the fabric omitted.
- the inventive Linoleum Fumblegesente by the elimination of the hygroscopic Juteismes one lower the sensitivity to moist substrates. Further can also aqueous dispersion adhesives without hesitation for bonding the Linoleum fabrics according to the invention are used.
- the linoleum sheet according to the invention is characterized by the homogeneous Construction even with temperature and climate changes substantially dimensionally stable and in particular shows no "bimetallic effect".
- the linoleum sheet according to the invention has no Jutelini, can also without a visual and structural impairment of the surface Single-layer fabrics with a thickness of well below 2.0 mm produced, which is characterized by a perfect smoothness and flatness distinguished.
- the inventive strapless linoleum fabric has therefore, preferably, a thickness of 0.5 to 5.0 mm, more preferably 0.7 to 2.5 mm, on. Due to the reduced thickness of the fabric can be Linoleum webs with lower raw material consumption and accordingly with lower Produce production costs. Rolls of thinner sheets thus obtained are much easier with the same area and thus better to transport.
- the fabrics according to the invention can be both single-layered as well be formed multi-layered. This results depending on the sequence of layers symmetrical as well as asymmetric sheets, with symmetrical ones Constructions are preferred.
- the fabric according to the invention may comprise two layers Linoleum include (material homogeneous), which may be the same or different.
- Linoleum include (material homogeneous), which may be the same or different.
- both layers of the flooring tile according to the invention Wear layers, their composition and other components, such as binders, Fillers, processing aids and the like, to be substantially the same and may be present in the same amount, the pigments in terms of Art and / or quantity but may vary.
- the two exist Layers each consisting of essentially the same type of components in preferably the same quantities and essentially the same layer thickness.
- the wear layers may be the same or different colored or have the same or different color pattern.
- An advantage of Variant the two layers with otherwise identical composition different colored form, or with a different pattern provided, is the possibility of both sides of a plane punched floor tile to combine with each other as desired, Without risk of running, in the laid floor areas with different thicknesses otherwise to layer thickness tolerances in different colors Tiles from different production batches are due.
- linoleum base or a decorative linoleum layer with be connected to a tack-friendly linoleum layer.
- This site we will then with an adhesive dispersion, a hot-melt layer or a primer layer provided, so that the bonding, for example, at the construction site, easier to handle is.
- a corkment layer can be arranged under a linoleum wear layer be.
- Korkment is a mixture of B cement and ground cork as a filler and in floor coverings as an insulating underlayer for a better thermal insulation, tread elasticity and walking comfort, and and room sound insulates.
- a sheet with two linoleum wear layers which again as described above or different be between the wear layers at least one further layer, preferably a conductive layer, a foam layer, a corkment layer, a layer for impact sound insulation and / or an insulation layer, on.
- a symmetrical structure (material symmetrical) of the invention Sheet-like, for example, linoleum layer - corkment layer - linoleum layer, is preferred because it is characterized by dimensional stability, a double-sided possible decoration and particularly strong insulating properties distinguished.
- the layer thicknesses of the applied layers may be the same or different be.
- asymmetric structures of the sheet deformation can of the fabric by varying the materials used, their quantity and counteracted the appropriate choice of the layer thickness of the respective layer become.
- a different extent of the two layers due to different expansion coefficients or Response to climate change offset by different layer thicknesses become.
- the type and amount of fillers such as e.g. Wood flour or cork flour, which swell when the relative humidity changes or shrink, be changed accordingly.
- the strapless linoleum sheet may preferably be electrically conductive and then preferably has a resistance of 10 6 to 3 x 10 8 ⁇ .
- antistatic agents for example, carbon black or conductive graphite, in an amount of preferably 0 to 12% by weight are added to the green linoleum.
- an adhesive layer may be arranged.
- an impression turns out the tissue structure of the follower tissue in the solidified linoleum as extremely advantageous, since this structure is the true, specific surface of the Enlarged back, so that the wettable with the adhesive surface gets bigger and a better adhesive effect is achieved.
- Sheet can be any, in conventional linoleum fabrics used binders are used, for example, the so-called Bedford cement (short: B cement) from a partially oxidized linseed oil and at least a resin as a tackifier, and at least one filler, e.g. Softwood flour and / or cork flour (in the simultaneous presence of wood flour and Cork flour typically in the weight ratio 90:10) and / or chalk, kaolin (China clay) and barite, and at least one pigment, such as titanium dioxide and other common colorants based on inorganic and organic dyes.
- a typical linoleum composition is based on the Weight of the wear layer, from about 40% by weight of binder, about 30% by weight organic fillers, about 20% by weight of inorganic (mineral) fillers and about 10% by weight of colorant.
- the layers of the inventive strapless linoleum fabrics usual fillers, colorants, such as organic and inorganic Dyes and pigments, processing aids, as well as other usual Contain additives.
- a fabric is used which has sufficient strength even in the usual during the manufacturing process of the linoleum sheet temperatures to support the linoleum sheet, and can be removed again after the ripening process.
- a fabric of synthetic fibers such as polyamines, polyesters and the like, more preferably PA 6, PA 66 or PES, such as Trevira®, is used.
- the idler web has a relatively fine web structure, preferably corresponding to a thread count of 180 to 300 dtex and a weave density of 180 to 300 thread / 10 cm for warp and weft.
- the term "tissue" in addition to fabrics with conventional weave structure also fabrics which have a different surface structure, for example, a honeycomb-shaped surface structure or a surface structure providing a circular opening.
- a different surface structure for example, a honeycomb-shaped surface structure or a surface structure providing a circular opening.
- single-layer or multi-layered films be used, which at least on the linoleum fur facing Side have a sufficient structure or surface roughness, as long as the linoleum fur still has sufficient adhesion to the support structure so as not to detach from it during the maturing process.
- Such a fabric or film after the maturation process essentially without leaving residues from the ripened Linoleum skin be peelable and preferably the above-defined mechanical Have strength.
- the term "stripping the follower tissue" the Substantially residue-free detachment of the follower tissue from the matured Linoleum fabrics understood, being on the freed from the follower fabric Side of the fabric, the imprint of the fabric structure of the following fabric remains.
- the miter tissue becomes in this process not permanently deformed or destroyed.
- the linoleum compound is in step (A) of the method according to the invention laminated on the follower tissue before maturing.
- the calendered Raw linoleum or linoleum sheeting i.e., a calendered linoleum base sheeting without carrier fabric
- the linoleum layer can also by means of a calender on the Mitipporgewebe be laminated, with the linoleum layer directly in the Calendering gap is connected to the Mitipporgewebe.
- This embodiment has the advantage that the carrier fabric jute or glass fabric in the conventional Procedures are simply exchanged for the companion tissue, which is withdrawn after completion of maturation again. To arise no costs for a new production plant and in particular, no consuming and expensive belt or roller presses needed.
- a colored patterned flooring If a colored patterned flooring is to be produced, mixed masses or base materials of different colors produced and granulated. Thereafter, different colored granules are fed to the rolling mill and the resulting linoleum coat either directly with the follower fabric or another, for example, made of a unicoloured matrix Linoleum coat and / or a Corkment für pressed, whereby obtained a fabric with a marble modeled pattern becomes.
- the idler layer becomes bilateral coated with at least one layer of Rohlinouleum. So that's it Mitêtrgewebe centered between two linoleum sheets and can as "Sandwich" are matured in the designated maturity houses.
- the production capacity can by this embodiment of the invention by 100% increase. After maturation, the linoleum webs of the Mitipporgewebe withdrawn and subsequently used the miter tissue.
- the linoleum sheet according to the invention can after removing the Mit Meetingrgewebes be laminated on a cork underlay (Presskorkbahn).
- the Cork pad preferably has a thickness of 1 to 4 mm according to DIN.
