Claims (18)
- Zylinderanordnung für elektrographische Druckeinheiten mit an einem Trägerkörper (1) aufgenommenen Stirnseiten (4, 7), an deren Umfang eine Zylinderhülse (6) abgestützt ist, deren Mantelfläche eine Funktionsschicht (16) aufnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung (1, 4, 6, 7) Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) bei deren Auswechseln enthält.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung die Zylinderhülse (6) an deren Innenwandung (23) kontaktieren.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26,27,28,29) zur Vorpositionierung eine ausreichende Zentrierung der Zylinderhülse per se ermöglichen.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) an einem hülsenförmigen Element (17) aufgenommen sind.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das hülsenförmige Element (17) auf dem die Zylinderanordnung (1, 4, 6, 7) durchsetzenden Trägerkörper (1) aufgenommen ist.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) sich von der Wandung des hülsenförmigen Elements (17) bis zur Innenwandung (23) der zu positionierenden Zylinderhülse (6) erstrecken.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) stegförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) in radialer Richtung vom Trägerkörper (1) aus erstrecken.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) parallel zur Rotationsachse des Trägerkörpers (1) erstrecken.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) deren Innenwandung (23) kraftschlüssig kontaktieren.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurc h gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) in Ausnehmungen an der Innenwandung (23) der Zylinderhülse (6) eingreifen.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen als Längsnuten in der Innenwandung (23) der Zylinderhülse (6) ausgebildet sind.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) Hohlräume (20) ausgebildet sind.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Erstreckung der Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) dem Abstand der Stirnseiten (4, 7) der Zylinderanordnung (1, 4, 6, 7) entspricht.
- Zylinderanordnung gemäß einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelfläche (16) der Zylinderhülse (6) eine photoelektrische Schicht ist.
- Zylinderanordnung für elektrographische Druckeinheiten mit an einem Trägerkörper (1) aufgenommenen Stirnseiten (4, 7), an deren Umfang eine Zylinderhülse (6) abgestützt ist, deren Mantelfläche als photoelektrische Schicht (16) ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinderanordnung (1, 4, 6, 7) Einrichtungen (21; 25, 26, 27, 28, 29) zur Vorpositionierung der Zylinderhülse (6) bei deren Auswechseln enthält.
