Claims (6)
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur comportant, au moins, deux colonnes (1) le long de chacune desquelles est guidé un chariot (2) relié à des moyens pour commander ses déplacements vers le haut pour soulever le véhicule et des moyens pour commander sa descente pour ramener le véhicule au sol, chaque chariot (2) présentant articulés sur des axes verticaux deux bras (18, 19) télescopiques pourvus, à leur extrémité libre, d'un tampon (31) destiné à coopérer avec un point d'appui prévu sous le véhicule, caractérisé en ce que le chariot (2) comporte deux platines horizontales parallèles (10 et 11), chaque platine comportant, sur sa face supérieure, deux pivots (13, 14, 15, 16), chaque pivot de la face supérieure de l'une des platines étant aligné verticalement avec un pivot de l'autre platine, tandis que chaque bras (18, 19) comporte un élément tubulaire (20) dont une extrémité est conformée pour présenter deux pattes (21 et 24) percées, chacune, d'un trou (26, 27), les trous étant alignés et destinés à coopérer avec les pivots (13, 14, 15, 16).
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (20) de chaque bras a une section rectangulaire, l'une des extrémités étant découpée pour former l'une des pattes (21), tandis que la face opposée (20a) à celle pourvue de ladite patte (21) comporte, rapportée et soudée, une barre (22) formant l'autre patte (24).
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur, selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de la barre (22) constituant l'autre patte (24) est décalée en hauteur par rapport à la face correspondante de l'élément tubulaire (20), une plaque de renfort (23) étant insérée et soudée entre la partie de la barre (22) adjacente à la patte et la face correspondante dudit élément tubulaire (20).
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux platines (10 et 11) sont reliées entre elles par une cloison médiane (8).
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour caler les bras dans différentes positions angulaires.
- Montage des bras support d'un véhicule dans un pont élévateur, selon les revendications 2, 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que la patte (24) de la barre (22), rapportée et soudée sur la face correspondante de l'élément tubulaire (20), présente un secteur denté (33), tandis qu'entre les platines (10 et 11) est montée coulissante, contre l'action d'un ressort, une tige (36) portant un verrou (38) pourvu d'une denture (39) destinée à coopérer avec le secteur denté, l'extrémité supérieure de la tige (36) comportant une poignée (40) pour commander le coulissement de ladite tige (36) contre l'action du ressort afin de dégager la denture du secteur denté.
