Claims (17)
- Falzwerk, das eine Mehrzahl von Walzen, insbesondere Falzwalzen und Messerwellen (16, 18), sowie Seitenwände (12, 14) aufweist, an denen die Walzen drehbar gelagert sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der beiden Seitenwände (12, 14) des Falzwerkes eine Ausnehmung (15, 17) aufweist, wobei die Ausnehmungen (15, 17) einander so gegenüber liegen, dass ein Bearbeitungselement (20, 32, 42) aufgenommen und mit dem Falzwerk verbunden werden kann. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einander gegenüber liegenden Ausnehmungen (15, 17) gleiche Form haben. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20, 32, 42) eine Walze, insbesondere eine Ausführwalze (26) aufweist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walze eine Messerwellen (36, 38) ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20, 32, 42) weiterhin eine Ausführwalze (26) aufweist, die der Messerwelle (36, 38) in Papierlaufrichtung (A) nachgeordnet ist. - Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20) in der Ausnehmung (15, 17) der Seitenwände (12, 14) in Papierlaufrichtung schwenkbar angeordnet ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20) in mehreren Schwenkpositionen (S1, S2, S3) arretierbar ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (42) zwei Seitenwände (44) aufweist, die jeweils eine Ausnehmung (46) aufweisen, die so einander gegenüber liegen, dass in den Ausnehmungen des Bearbeitungselementes (42) ein weiteres Bearbeitungselement (20) aufgenommen und mit dem ersten Bearbeitungselement (42) fest verbunden werden kann. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Bearbeitungselement (20) schwenkbar in dem ersten Bearbeitungselement (42) angebracht ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20, 32, 42) eine über der Ausführwalze (26) angebrachte Traverse (30) aufweist, die schwenkbar ist und zusätzliche Elemente, insbesondere einen Abstreifer oder Lichttaster aufnehmen kann. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (20) in der nicht geschwenkten Position (S1) durch eine zusätzliche Kopplungseinrichtung z. B. eine Schraube mit dem Rahmen fest verbunden ist. - Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Falzwalzen (52a - 52j) vorgesehen sind, die durch eine Getriebeplatte (48) hindurch angetrieben werden und dass das Bearbeitungselement (20, 32, 42) so angeordnet ist, dass es außerhalb der Getriebeplatte (48) gelagert ist. - Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement (26, 32, 42) mit dem Antrieb (56) der Falzwalzen (52a - 52j) gekoppelt, insbesondere mechanisch gekoppelt ist. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplung des Antriebes über einen Band-, Riemen- oder Kettenantrieb (58) erfolgt. - Falzwerk nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kopplung des Antriebes über eine Steuereinrichtung erfolgt. - Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen des Bearbeitungselementes (20, 32, 42) ein Zahnrad aufweisen und in dem Falzwerk wenigstens ein weiteres Zahnrad vorgesehen ist, in welches das Zahnrad der Walze des Bearbeitungselementes (20, 32, 42) eingreift. - Falzmaschine, die wenigstens ein Falzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 aufweist.
