Description
Beizanlagen mit Wendehaspeln zum Beizen und Kaltwalzen von Bändern sind darüberhinaus der US 3918282 sowie der JP-A-7-164008 zu entnehmen. Ferner beschreibt die DE-A-2251182 den Aufbau einer als Wendehaspel ausgebildeten Haspelvorrichtung, wobei jedem Haspeldom ein eigener Antrieb zugeordnet ist.
Beiz-Walzbetrieb für kleinere und mittlere Produktionsmengen wirtschaftlich möglich wird.
Das Reversierwalzwerk kann als konventionelles Reversiergerüst oder als 2- bis 3-gerüstige Tandemgerüstgruppe mit beidseitig der Tandemgerüstgruppe angeordneten Reversierhaspeln ausgebildet sein. Sobald der Reversierhaspel des Reversiergerüstes das Band übernommen hat, ist der Haspeldom des Wendehaspels frei für ein neues von der Metallbeize kommendes Coil.

Claims (7)
- Anlage zum flexiblen und wirtschaftlichen Beizen und Kaltwalzen von Metallbändern, insbesondere in kleineren und mittleren Produktionsmengen, bestehend aus in einer Linie angeordneter Metallbeize, einer aufwicketseitig der Metallbeize vorgesehenen Haspelanordnung und einem Kaltwalzwerk, wobei die Haspelanordnung als horizontaler oder vertikaler Wendehaspel (5) und das Kaltwalzwerk als Reversierwalzwerk (9) ausgebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haspelanordnung mit zwei getrennten Antriebseinheiten für jeden Haspeldom (Aufwickelhaspeldom 6 und einen Abwickelhaspeldom 7) ausgebildet ist, welche beim Wenden vorzugsweise abgekoppelt werden und dass die Haspeldome (Aufwickelhaspeldorn 6 und einen Abwickelhaspeldom 7) axial verschiebbar in ihren Gehäusen angeordnet sind. - Anlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reversierwalzwerk (9) als 2- bis 3-gerüstige Tandemgerüstgruppe (Gerüste 9a und 9b) mit beidseitig der Tandemgerüstgruppe angeordneten Reversierhaspeln (10 und 11) ausgebildet ist - Anlage nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Reversierwalzwerk (9) mit 6-high Gerüsten (9a und 9b) ausgestattet ist. - Arbeitsverfahren zum flexiblen und wirtschaftlichen Beizen und Kaltwalzen von Metallbändern, insbesondere in kleineren und mittleren Produktionsmengen auf einer Anlage gemäß den vorstehenden Ansprüchen,
gekennzeichnet durch die alternative Abfolge nachfolgender Arbeitsschritte:a. das die Metallbeize verlassende Band wird unter Umgehung der Haspelanordnung zu einem ersten Walzstich in das Kaltwalzwerk eingeführt und in mehreren Verformungsstichen ausgewalzt,
oderb. das die Metallbeize verlassende Band wird auf der Haspelanordnung zu einem Coil aufgewickelt, das nach dem Umsetzen in die Abwickelposition in das Kaltwalzwerk eingeführt und in mehreren Verformungsstichen gewalzt wird,
oderc. das die Metallbeize verlassende Band wird als Warmband auf der Haspelanordnung zu Fertigband aufgewickelt
oderd. vorgebeizte Warmbänder werden der Haspelanordnung zugeführt und aus der Abwickelposition in das Kaltwalzwerk eingeführt und in mehreren Verformungsstichen gewalzt. - Arbeitsverfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kaltwalzen auf einem Reversierwalzwerk erfolgt, in das das nach den Arbeitsschritten a, b oder d hergestellte Band eingeführt und in mehreren Reversierstichen ausgewalzt wird, wobei das Band nach einem oder mehreren Reversierstichen auf mindestens einem der beidseitig des Reversierwalzwerks angeordneten Reversierhaspel aufgewickelt wird. - Arbeitsverfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kaltwalzen des nach den Arbeitsschritten a, b oder d hergestellte Bandes auf einer 2 oder 3-gerüstigen Tandemstraße erfolgt, auf der das Band in einem Durchgang ausgewalzt wird. - Arbeitsverfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kaltwalzen des nach den Arbeitsschritten a, b oder d hergestellte Bandes auf einer 2 oder 3-gerüstigen Tandemstraße erfolgt, wobei das Band nach einem oder mehreren Reversierstichen auf mindestens einem der beidseitig der Tandemstraße angeordneten Reversierhaspel aufgewickelt wird.
