Description
- la figure 1 représente, schématiquement et partiellement, un châssis ouvrant de type oscillo-battant, relié à un cadre dormant par l'intermédiaire d'un support d'angle conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation schématisée et en coupe de la partie mobile et de la partie fixe de ce support d'angle conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est une représentation similaire à la figure 3 illustrant la coopération du moyen d'articulation en phase initiale de montage d'un châssis ouvrant sur son cadre dormant ;
- la figure 4 correspond à une vue similaire aux figures 2 et 3 précédentes après engagement total du tronçon d'axe du moyen d'articulation dans son puits de réception ;
- la figure 5 correspond, là encore, à une vue similaire aux figures 2 à 4, et correspond à un support d'angle après ajustement en hauteur de ce châssis ouvrant par rapport au cadre dormant.
Claims (9)
- Support d'angle (1) pour porte, fenêtre (2) ou analogue définie par un cadre dormant (4) sur lequel est monté de manière oscillo-battante, un châssis ouvrant (3), ledit support d'angle (1) comportant une partie fixe (8) prévue pour être solidarisée audit cadre dormant (4) et apte à coopérer, au travers d'un moyen d'articulation (10), avec une partie mobile (9) à même d'être rendue solidaire dudit châssis ouvrant (3), caractérisé par le fait que ledit moyen d'articulation (10) est constitué par une genouillère (11) définie, au niveau de la partie fixe (8), par une surface d'appui convexe (12) au-dessus de laquelle est à même de se déplacer en glissement une surface d'appui (13) correspondant à la partie mobile (9), ledit moyen d'articulation (10) étant complété par des moyens (14) aptes à limiter l'amplitude du glissement des deux surfaces (12, 13) l'une (13) sur l'autre (12) se présentant sous forme d'un tronçon d'axe (15) émergeant de ladite surface d'appui (13) correspondant à la partie mobile (9) et venant s'insérer dans un puits de réception (16) à embouchure tronconique (17) ménagé au niveau de la surface d'appui convexe (12) de la partie fixe (8).
- Support d'angle (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ledit puits de réception (16) présente, au niveau de son fond (29), une chambre (30), accessible au travers d'un étranglement (31), et destinée à la réception d'une rotule de blocage (32) de section, d'une part, supérieure à celle correspondant à cet étranglement (31) et, d'autre part, au plus égale à celle (34) de la chambre (30).
- Support d'angle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait la partie fixe (8) présente la forme d'une douille (18), d'axe confondu avec l'axe de pivotement (5) du châssis ouvrant (3), pour la réception d'un insert (19) dans lequel est ménagé le puits (16) à embouchure tronconique (17), cet insert(19) se terminant, en partie supérieure, par un flasque d'appui (20) venant reposer sur ladite douille (18) et dont la face supérieure vient définir la surface d'appui convexe (12).
- Support d'angle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la partie mobile (9) est configurée en douille (21) comportant un alésage (22) à l'intérieur duquel est engagé un insert (24) définissant, au niveau de sa face (25) orientée en direction de la partie fixe (8), ladite surface d'appui (13) de la partie mobile (9).
- Support d'angle selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ledit insert (24) est monté coulissant dans l'alésage (22) de la douille (21) de la partie mobile (9) et vient coopérer, dans sa partie supérieure (26), avec des moyens de réglage (27) définis par une vis de réglage (28) dont le filetage coopère avec une portion taraudée dudit alésage (22) de la douille (21) de la partie mobile (9).
- Support d'angle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 et selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que ledit tronçon d' axe (15) vient traverser, de part en part, l'insert (24) engagé dans la douille (21) de la partie mobile (9) et comporte, dans sa partie engagée dans l'alésage (22) de cette douille (21), une bride (37) susceptible de prendre appui sur cet insert (24).
- Support d'angle selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par la fait que dans l'alésage (22) de ladite douille (21) est ménagé un épaulement (39) contre lequel est encore à même de prendre appui la bride (37) dudit tronçon d'axe (15).
- Support d'angle (1) selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par la fait que la vis (28) des moyens de réglage (27) vient agir sur la bride (37) du tronçon d'axe (15), prévue apte à prendre appui sur l'insert (24).
- Support d'angle (1) selon les revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par la fait qu'au-delà de la bride (37), le tronçon d'axe (15) est prolongé pour venir coopérer avec la vis de réglage (18).
