Definitions
- the present invention relates to a wooden support element according to the preamble of claim 1.
- wood For the construction of buildings, among other materials often wood is also used. There are a variety of known various construction options with wood; for example, wooden beams, boards or slats used, which are positive and / or non-positive with each other connected to create the buildings.
- flat support elements are also known, which used as a module for building larger objects become.
- flat Multi-layered load-bearing elements made of beams and / or boards built up.
- the structure according to the invention makes a wooden component created which is a very good, lightweight construction adjustable strength.
- one side of the support element is a flat, through the surface formed on the plate while the opposite Structuring through the reinforcement elements having.
- This structuring allows when used as a wall, Floor, ceiling or roof for a building an advantageous one One or Attaching installation material between this structured side and a spaced to be attached Formwork. Isolation can also be included be attached.
- this page but also as an aesthetic element when building structures are used, respectively. the reinforcement elements can also be attached on both sides of the component.
- the preferably trapezoidal or triangular cross-section of the preferably formed cavity of the reinforcing elements can be realized particularly easily with strips.
- the triangular cross-sectional area can easily achieved by arranging two strips become.
- modular support elements can be manufactured, which have defined strength properties and the dimensioning for buildings to be created from it is easy to do.
- modules can be easily and inexpensively produce in series, which leads to a reduction in Costs for the construction of the structures leads.
- the support elements according to the invention are suitable for erecting straight or curved ones Wall elements.
- curved walls can be through the use of narrow support elements, which with each other to form a radius of curvature certain angle can be connected.
- the reinforcement element inwards or outwards be directed.
- support elements according to the invention are suitable also for all other applications in which such Support elements can be used, such as Blankets or straps.
- Figure 1 shows the view of a support element according to the invention 1 with the one here made of glued solid wood boards constructed plate 2 and that constructed from two strips 3, 4 Reinforcing element 5. Like the plate 2 are here too the strips 3, 4, for example, from glued together Solid wood planks formed.
- the plate 2 preferably has a spring 6 on one edge and a groove 7 on the opposite edge.
- a spring 6 on one edge and a groove 7 on the opposite edge.
- several such support elements 1 together connect easily and securely in a known manner.
- you could also on the top and bottom Edge of the plate 2 such connecting elements are provided be, so that several support elements 1 also in the longitudinal direction of the support element can be connected.
- connection of the plate 2 with the strips 3 and 4, as well the connection of the two strips 3 and 4 can be done on all conventionally known types.
- the plate 2 for the construction of the plate 2, such as also for strips 3 and 4, wooden planks respectively. -laths different Width and strength can be used.
- FIG 3 is the partial view of another according to the invention constructed support element 1 shown.
- the plate 2 through transverse to the reinforcing elements 5th arranged and glued together planks formed.
- reinforcement elements preferably having a regular spacing 5 available.
- These now have a variety from here circular recesses 9 on. This will be the implementation of installation facilities through the cavity 8 respectively.
- the recesses 9 and between adjacent reinforcing elements 5 simplified. The number, size and shape of these recesses 9 can be corresponding adapted to the use of the support elements 1 become.
- FIG. 1 Another embodiment variant of an inventive Supporting element 1 is shown in the view in FIG. Again, there are several reinforcing elements running parallel to each other 5 arranged on the plate 2. Form this here again cross-sectionally triangular cavities 8. In The area of one of the cavities 8 'is now parallel to the Reinforcing elements 5 extending groove 10 in the plate 2 intended. This groove is used to compensate for the growth and Shrinkage of the plate 2 when it is tight at its ends is anchored.
- the support elements 1 according to the invention can be of a size and the number and positioning of the reinforcing elements 5 can be individually dimensioned, but are suitable also advantageous for the construction of predetermined modules with fixed or graded dimensions.
- Narrow supporting elements according to the invention are also suitable 1 in particular for creating curved walls 11, as shown in Figure 5. These are just examples the tongue 6 and groove 7 shown in FIG. 1 corresponding to the wall radius R at an angle to the plate 2 to make. Of course, other conventional ones can also be used Wood connections are used.
- the preferred Design of the reinforcing elements 5 with education a triangular cross section of the cavities 8 allows a lot simply the formation of curved walls 11 with a small radius R with little effort.
- a preferably trapezoidal cross section of the cavity 8 can, for example, by using three bars 3, 4 and 12, as shown in FIG. 6, simply implemented become.
- This cross-sectional shape points in contrast to the triangular one Cross-sectional shape a larger usable volume for accommodating installation equipment, for example at the same depth of the support element 1.
- FIG. 7 there is now an alternative embodiment a support element 1 with a trapezoidal cross section having reinforcing elements 5 shown without a cavity 8.
- support elements 1 through a pressed into this form. extruded Wood fiber material are formed.
- FIG a support element 1 shown. Here are on both Sides of the plate 2 reinforcing elements 5 respectively. 5 'arranged.
- the reinforcement elements 5 resp. 5 ' arranged exactly opposite to each other but could also be arranged offset from one another his.
- Figure 9 is still the cross section through a support element 1, in which the two outer flanks 5 'of the two outermost reinforcing elements 5 perpendicular are standing up to plate 2 and also at the same time the lateral limitation of the support element 1 represent.
- the flanks 5 ' are advantageous on one side a tongue 13 and on the other side a groove 14 formed, which arranged parallel to the plate 2 are.
- FIG. 10 shows a support element constructed analogously to FIG. 9 1, which has fewer reinforcing elements 5 has the same distance and thus a smaller Overall width.
- Such support elements 1 can be easily Put them together to form entire walls, floors or ceilings.
- the corner areas with appropriately trained posts, which also have grooves and tongues are formed.
- This Posts can consist of solid material, for example or also from individual planks to one for example a hollow body having a square cross section be constructed.
- the support elements 1 can be practically any Build wooden materials, such as solid wood, from glued wooden planks, from multilayered wooden panels, made of chipboard or wood fiber materials.
