Claims (30)
- Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) für einen Schiebedeckel (2) eines verfahrbaren und mittels eines Müllfahrzeugs automatisch entleerbaren Müllbehälters (1), mittels der eine Schließbewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) unterbrechbar und beim Leeren des Müllbehälters (1) die weitere Schließbewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) in dessen Schließstellung freigebbar ist, mit einem Riegelglied (9), das zwischen einer Sperrstellung, bei der die Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) ihre Sperrfunktion ausübt, und einer Freigabestellung, bei der die Sperrfunktion der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) aufgehoben ist, verstellbar ist, und einer Blockiereinrichtung (28), die ein Anschlagglied (29), mittels dem das Riegelglied (9) in seiner Sperrstellung blockierbar ist, und ein Gewichtsteil (30) aufweist, das zwischen einer Blockierstellung, in der das Riegelglied (9) mittels der Blockiereinrichtung (28) in seiner Sperrstellung blockiert ist, und einer Entblockierstellung verstellbar ist, in der die Blockiereinrichtung (28) eine Bewegung des Riegelglieds (9) aus dessen Sperr- in dessen Freigabestellung freigibt, wenn der Müllbehälter (1) eine um einen vorgebbaren Kippwinkel gekippte Stellung einnimmt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsteil (30) und das Anschlagglied (29) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) separat ausgebildet sind.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, der eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (14) zugeordnet ist, mittels der die Sperrfunktion der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) bei aufrechter, verfahrbarer Stellung des Müllbehälters (1) aufhebbar ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, mit einer Rasteinrichtung (53), mittels der die die Schließbewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) unterbrechende Sperrfunktion der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) bei aufrechter, verfahrbarer Stellung des Müllbehälters (1) aufrechterhaltbar ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, die im Bereich einer oberen Seitenkante (7) des verfahrbaren Müllbehälters (1) angeordnet ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, die zwei Einheiten aufweist, die im Bereich der beiden oberen Seitenkanten (7) des verfahrbaren Müllbehälters (1) angeordnet sind.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der das Riegelglied (9) zwischen seiner Sperrstellung und seiner Freigabestellung verschwenkbar ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei der das Riegelglied (9) einen Sperrvorsprung (19) aufweist, der in Sperrstellung des Riegelglieds (9) in eine Bewegungsbahn eines schiebedeckelseitigen Anschlagteils (10) ragt.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Sperrvorsprung (19) des Riegelglieds (9) eine steile Flanke (20), die in Sperrstellung des Riegelglieds (9) dem schiebedeckelseitigen Anschlagteil (10) bei einer Bewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) aus dessen Offen- in dessen Schließstellung zugewandt ist und das Anschlagteil (10) und damit den Schiebedeckel (2) bei der Bewegung aus der Offen- in die Schließstellung an der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) blockiert, und eine Auflauframpe aufweist, die in Sperrstellung des Riegelglieds (9) dem schiebedeckelseitigen Anschlagteil (10) bei einer Bewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) aus dessen Schließ- in dessen Offenstellung zugewandt ist und eine Verschiebung des Anschlagteils (10) und damit des Schiebedeckels (2) aus dessen Schließin dessen Offenstellung an der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) vorbei zuläßt.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei der das Riegelglied (9) in Richtung auf seine Sperrstellung vorgespannt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der das Riegelglied (9) durch seine eigene Gewichtskraft in Richtung auf seine Freigabestellung beaufschlagt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der das Riegelglied (9) exzentrisch an einem Schwenkzapfen (22) verschwenkbar gelagert und mittels seiner Gewichtskraft im Gegenuhrzeigersinn in Richtung auf seine Freigabestellung beaufschlagt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei der das Riegelglied (9) mittels einer Feder (25) in Richtung auf seine Sperrstellung vorgespannt ist, wobei seine das Riegelglied (9) in dessen Freigabestellung beaufschlagende Gewichtskraft kleiner als die Vorspannkraft der Feder (25) ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, bei der das Riegelglied (9) an einem Endabschnitt (23) als Ansatzarm (24) für die es in seine Sperrstellung vorspannende Feder (25) ausgebildet ist und an seinem anderen Endabschnitt einen Anschlag (27) aufweist, mit dem es durch das blockiereinrichtungsseitige Anschlagglied (29) gegen eine Bewegung in seine Freigabestellung blockierbar ist, wenn sich der Müllbehälter (1) in seiner aufrechten, verfahrbaren Stellung befindet.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, bei der das Gewichtsteil (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) um einen Schwenkzapfen (40) zwischen seiner Blockier- und seiner Entblockierstellung schwenkbar ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der der dem Gewichtsteil (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) zugeordnete Schwenkzapfen (40) so angeordnet und das Gewichtsteil (30) so ausgebildet sind, daß das Gewichtsteil (30) aus seiner Blockier- in seine Entblockierstellung schwenkbar ist, wenn der Müllbehälter (1) beim Leeren mittels des Müllfahrzeugs in die um den vorgebbaren Kippwinkel gekippte Stellung gerät.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, bei der das Anschlagglied (29) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) mittels einer Feder (35) in Richtung auf eine Riegelstellung vorgespannt ist, in der es das Riegelglied (9) in dessen Sperrstellung blockiert.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei der das Anschlagglied (29) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) an einem Schwenkarm (31) sitzt, der an seinem einen Ende verschwenkbar gelagert ist und an seinem anderen Ende einen Stellabschnitt (34) aufweist, gegen den das Gewichtsteil (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) bei seiner Bewegung aus seiner Blockier- in seine Entblockierstellung in Anlage gerät.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, bei der die Vorspannkraft der das Anschlagglied (29) in Richtung auf dessen Riegelstellung vorspannenden Feder (35) kleiner ist als die Gewichtskraft des sich aus seiner Blockier- in seine Entblockierstellung bewegenden Gewichtsteils (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28).
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, bei der die Kontaktfläche (36, 37) zwischen dem Anschlag (27) am anderen Endabschnitt (26) des Riegelglieds (9) einerseits und dem Anschlagglied (29) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) andererseits sehr klein ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 19, bei der die Masse des Gewichtsteils (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) sehr viel größer als die Masse des Anschlagglieds (29) und des Schwenkarms (31) der Blockiervorrichtung (28) ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, bei der das verschwenkbare Gewichtsteil (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) ein in bezug auf den Schwenkzapfen (40) des Gewichtsteils (30) verschiebliches Stellgewicht (39) aufweist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, bei der das verschwenkbare Gewichtsteil (30) der Blockiereinrichtung (28) ein Schwenklagerteil (38) aufweist, das um den Schwenkzapfen (40) des Gewichtsteils (30) schwenkbar ist und an dem das Stellgewicht (39) des Gewichtsteils (30) verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, bei der das Schwenklagerteil (38) des Gewichtsteils (30) einen Schublagerstift (42) aufweist, längs dem das Stellgewicht (39) des Gewichtsteils (30) am Schwenklagerteil (38) verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, bei der der Schublagerstift (42) des Schwenklagerteils (38) des Gewichtsteils (30) eine im Stellgewicht (39) des Gewichtsteils (30) ausgebildete Ausnehmung (45) durchragt, in der eine Schubfeder (46) angeordnet ist, die einerseits an einem schublagerstiftseitigen Federanschlag (48) und andererseits an einem stellgewichtsseitigen Federanschlag (47) anliegt und das Stellgewicht (39) des Gewichtsteils (30) in eine zum Schwenkzapfen (40) desselben entgegengesetzte Richtung beaufschlagt.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 21 bis 24, bei der am Stellgewicht (39) des Gewichtsteils (30) ein Führungszapfen (49) ausgebildet ist, der in einer Kulissenführung (52) geführt ist, die einen bei in seiner Blockierstellung befindlichem Gewichtsteil (30) horizontalen Kulissenschenkel (50) aufweist, in dem der Führungszapfen (49) bei einer Hin- und Herbewegung des sich in seiner aufrechten, verfahrbaren Stellung befindlichen Müllbehälters (1) geführt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, bei der die Kulissenführung (52) einen um den Schwenkzapfen (40) des Gewichtsteils (30) gekrümmten bogenförmigen Kulissenschenkel (55) aufweist, in dem der Führungszapfen (49) des Stellgewichts (39) bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Gewichtsteils (30) geführt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, bei der der stellgewichtsseitige Führungszapfen (49) mittels der zwischen dem Stellgewicht (39) und dem schwenklagerstiftseitigen Schublagerstift (42) angeordneten Schubfeder (46) in Richtung auf die in bezug auf den Schwenkzapfen (40) des Gewichtsteils (30) äußere Kante (56) des bogenförmigen Kulissenschenkels (55) vorgespannt ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 25 bis 27, bei der die Kulissenführung (52) in einer Gehäuseseitenwand (51) der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) ausgebildet ist.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 28, bei der eine Oberseite (16) eines Gehäuses (15) der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) in ihrer Kontur an die des die Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) aufnehmenden Abschnitts der oberen Seitenkante (7) des Müllbehälters (1) angepasst ist, wobei das Riegelglied (9) durch eine Ausnehmung (17) in der Oberseite (16) des Gehäuses (15) und eine mit dieser fluchtende Ausnehmung (18) in der oberen Seitenkante (7) des Müllbehälters (1) in seiner Sperrstellung in den Bewegungspfad des schiebedeckelseitigen Anschlagteils (10) vorragt.
- Sicherungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 29, bei der mittels der der Sicherungsvorrichtung (8) zugeordneten Betätigungsvorrichtung (14) das schiebedeckelseitige Anschlagteil (10) so verstellbar ist, daß es bei einer Schließbewegung des Schiebedeckels (2) nicht in Anlage gegen das sicherungsvorrichtungsseitige Riegelglied (9) gerät.
