Claims (5)
- Zweiwalzenmaschine zur Druckbehandlung körnigen Gutes, insbesondere zur Gutbettzerkleinerung oder Kompaktierung bzw. Brikettierung, mit zwei in einem Maschinenrahmen drehbar gelagerten, gegenläufig angetriebenen und durch einen Walzenspalt voneinander getrennten Walzen (10, 11), von denen wenigstens eine als Loswalze ausgebildet ist, deren Lagerböcke (13) über Hydraulikzylinder (15) am Maschinenrahmen abgestützt sind, wobei wenigstens ein Rahmenteil zwecks Montage/Demontage der Walzen ausschwenkbar bzw. ausklappbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Maschinenrahmen zu den Walzenstirnseiten hin abklappbare Schwenkrahmen aufweist mit einer senkrecht zu den Walzenachsen liegenden unteren Schwenkachse (16), so dass nach dem walzenstirnseitigen Wegschwenken der beiden sich gegenüberliegenden Schwenkrahmen beide Walzen (10, 11) samt Lagerböcke (12, 13) aus dem Maschinenrahmen nach oben frei entnehmbar sind. - Zweiwalzenmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die walzenstirnseitigen Schwenkrahmen jeweils zwei etwa vertikal angeordnete Rahmenseitenteile (17, 18) aufweisen, die mit ihren Unterenden jeweils an die Enden der die Walzenlagerböcke (12, 13) tragenden bzw. führenden Konsolen (14) angelenkt sind, wobei die Unterenden als auch die Oberenden der Rahmenseitenteile (17, 18) jeweils eines Schwenkrahmens durch je einen Zugstab (19 bzw. 20) miteinander verbunden sind. - Zweiwalzenmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Zugstab (20) jeweils eines Schwenkrahmens die obere ggf. demontierbare Walzen-Lagerbockabstützung als Gleitführungen (21, 22) trägt. - Zweiwalzenmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Innenseite der Rahmenseitenteile (17) des Schwenkrahmens die Walzenanpressvorrichtung wie Hydraulikzylinder (15) etc. befestigt ist. - Zweiwalzenmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden sich an den Walzenstirnseiten gegenüberliegenden Schwenkrahmen bzw. deren Rahmenseitenteile (17) durch parallel zu den Walzenachsen liegende obere Traversen (24) miteinander verbunden sind, die zwecks Ermöglichung des Ausklappens der beiden Schwenkrahmen eine lösbare Verbindungsstelle (25) aufweisen.
