Definitions
- the invention relates to a facade shell according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- An existing facade shell can be in the side area or in Roof area of a building can be arranged, the lateral outer surface or can also form a roof surface of the building.
- the facade shell form the outer wall of the building in the sense of a single-shell design or it can be part of a double-skin outer wall of the building.
- a single-shell Construction is conceivable for undemanding buildings where there is wind and Rain protection arrives, whereby the intensity of the Ventilation is adjustable.
- Double-skin facades are designed for demanding Buildings that serve the residence of people, z. B. in Skyscrapers, if one despite extreme wind and rain loads targeted natural ventilation and temperature control of the rooms behind is required, as well as overheating of the facade space can be prevented should.
- the panels of an existing facade shell mostly consist of translucent material, especially glass.
- the panels can also be made of opaque Material.
- An existing facade shell has to meet a number of requirements. To the some should have their parts with a long service life and also be trouble-free Ensure function as maintenance or repair in the facade area is complex and expensive. On the other hand, the facade shell should be closed Condition of their panels to be tight to the spaces behind them from rainwater, To protect wind pressure, draft and cold or heat. Since the plates of the Facade shell is a typical mass product, should also be a simple and Cost-effective manufacture and simple and quick assembly guaranteed his. If the plates from a so-called at least two-shell Insulated washer unit, also ensure a safe construction, especially with regard to the outer pane of the insulating pane unit.
- a facade shell and an associated panel is described in WO 96/06258.
- the panels can be double-skin Insulating disk units are formed, which are each held in a holder, which only holds the inner pane, with its upper and lower edge is attacked.
- the outer pane is not specially kept, but only bonded. There is therefore a risk of accidents if the outer pane is detached. As can be seen from Fig.
- the inner panes each held in that claw-shaped retaining webs over and over the inner pane reach behind, each in a recess of a metal or Enclose plastic part, which in the existing edge bond made of adhesive Material is embedded and is therefore a typical free part that is suitable for the Immersion of the holding bars required recess from the adhesive Composite material between the panes keeps clear.
- the holding bars are inside provided with a rubber layer, whereby the inner pane is mounted damped. Special sealing features for the plates in their closed position are off not to be inferred from this publication.
- EP 0 477 955 A2 is a louvre window with pivotable one above the other arranged heat-insulating panes described in the closed Condition the long sides of the washers with two rubber seals each be sealed pressure-tight. On the vertical narrow sides are with a swivel bearing brackets, the edge area of the discs cover. The brackets on the frame are sealed with the help of Brushes attached to the frame. With this louvre window it is disadvantageous that the brush seals are not suction and pressure resistant, and that because of the Brackets overlapping panes no optically homogeneous, continuous Window area can be formed.
- DE 196 45 802 C1 also shows a louvre window in which the panes in closed state on its top and bottom compared to the neighboring Disk with two rubber seals are sealed against each other so that they are pressure and pressure tight.
- the panes are closed with one on theirs Inside gasket covered, which is attached to the frame.
- This Louvre window also has swivel brackets that side the panes spread.
- the seal on the frame is only one-sided against suction sealing, but not against pressure.
- the object of the invention is accordingly a facade shell with pivotable To design panes so that an optically homogeneous, continuous Facade surface can be formed, and the swiveling panes on all sides and are sealed against the frame so that they are pressure and pressure resistant.
- the plates in each case at least on its upper and / or lower edge on a profile bar extends over the entire length of the edge and in each case on the narrow side Plate is arranged sunk and has a longitudinal groove which is open to the outside.
- This longitudinal groove offers a good attachment option for a sealing profile or for holding elements for the plate itself and / or for attachments of the plate that with a fastening leg can be inserted and fastened in the longitudinal groove.
- the longitudinal groove is continuous, it is in it over its entire length engaging holding elements available, with several holding elements can be arranged one behind the other.
- Another advantage of the invention Design consists in the fact that the profile strip to a substantial stabilization the contributes to each plate.
- the Profile bar body stabilizes the plate due to its moment of resistance.
- the plate is on both sides of the longitudinal groove through the groove walls of the Profile strip against direct pressure and clamping stresses from such Holding elements, such as. B. retaining webs that border in the profile strips, largely optional.
- This is particularly advantageous for those panels that have double-skin Insulating washer units are formed.
- the slices through the Profile strip groove walls not only before direct contact with holding bars or the like protected, but the profile strips can by the presence of their Groove walls also absorb a large part of the spreading forces that the washers of the Insulating washer unit to spread what happens when holding elements engage in the Longitudinal grooves cannot be ruled out. Consequently, this is suitable according to the invention Design especially for plates formed by insulating disk units excellent.
- brackets for the External washers of the insulating washer units are provided, each by holding bracket are formed which underside the lower edge and / or the upper edge of the outer pane or reach over and behind.
- This configuration is characterized by special Simplicity, because the bracket is easier and cheaper to manufacture Are construction and also their attachment in a simple manner in the longitudinal groove a profile strip on the narrow edge of the insulating pane unit can be done. There is a correspondingly stable attachment of the bracket, this can be easily and quickly assembled and disassembled if necessary.
- Another advantage of the bracket according to the invention is that it is narrower Construction can be carried out and therefore hardly the exposure affect.
- the insulating washer units are each stored between facing ends of retaining webs, each in a Hole in the compound and / or in an embedded in the compound Border profile bar.
- the holes are spaced from the inner pane and the ends of the retaining webs extend at least at the bottom of the Inner pane to the bottom of the hole designed as a blind hole.
- This is the Insulated washer unit "cushioned between tips" because the compound as Damping agent is used.
- the composite mass also used as a damping agent, since the profile strip in the compound is embedded. In this embodiment according to the invention, therefore, no one is required additional damping agents, and it is therefore characterized by special Simplicity and an inexpensive manufacture and assembly.
- the invention also relates to a plate according to claim 20 for a Facade shell, whereby the advantages described above are also achieved. Out For the sake of simplicity, these advantages are not described again.
