Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport and storage system for rectangular spinning cans, short jugs, with can storage and transporters between the first machines, which spinning cans - namely empty cans - fill, and second machines which spinning cans on each processing line or long side - namely full cans - Empty, with each first machine having a can rack storage system directly assigned to it with storage spaces for to be placed side by side Empty cans and storage spaces for full cans to be placed side by side has.
- sliver becomes and from stretching machines as well as flyers and spinning machines with the help of so-called spinning cans. After filling or empty, each of these cans must be replaced by a new, empty one or filled jug can be replaced. In the case of so-called round cans, the Transfer between card and route known from DE 4 015 377 A1.
- the roving is used in so-called rectangular cans with modern spinning machines standard size of cuboid shape.
- This is called the pitcher length denotes the largest side of the rectangle measured parallel to the can bottom
- the width of the can is the length of the narrow one measured parallel to the bottom of the can Side of the rectangle.
- Rectangular cans are on the spinning machine in a certain way oriented, namely on each processing line with the wide rectangle sides facing each other, positioned under the spinning positions or spindles of the spinning machine.
- the two longitudinal ends of the individual jug are not equivalent, so that the orientation technically required on the spinning machine also the corresponding one Alignment (on one of the long ends of the can).
- the roving can be in the can drain position with a properly oriented can withdrawn from a jug at each spinning position. If a jug empty, it is replaced by a full jug.
- the cans are used in so-called can transporters or changing carts.
- Such a car runs along a lane, usually along a straight one Line of workplaces arranged side by side in a processing line or spindles of the spinning machine and thus in a lane along the supervising can row, usually between two rows of spinning machines.
- DE 40 18 088 A1 discloses a method for automating the yarn production process, especially in spinning mills with rotor spinning machines. Intended become mobile operating machines (trolleys) and under the spinning positions of the machine placed cans with a round or non-circular cross-section with spinning belt (round or rectangular cans). The pitchers become immediate placed on a wagon along the route and together with the wagon directly to brought each change position of the individual spinning machine. However to cover the trolleys in the known way as you like and what is missing is sufficient for disruptions to the route or for night shifts Transfer stock.
- the invention is based on the object of the transport and storage system improve that on every processing line or long side of the spinning machines - generally of the second machine - only straight guides for a can transporter between a transfer storage and the respective Spinning station are required. With automatic can supply Spinning machine using rail vehicles as a connecting means between Transfer memory and spinning station should only use straight rails his.
- the solution according to the invention is for the transport and storage system mentioned at the beginning for rectangular sliver cans specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
- first and second machines In the Jet or ring spinning may be stretching machines for the first machines or flyers and for the second machines around flyers or the spinning machines act.
- OE spinning mill open-end spinning mill
- preferred in the context of the invention are the first machines in general stretching machines and the second machines OE spinning machines
- the spinning cans are already the Can transfer memory fed in the spatial orientation in which they are in the spinning machine.
- the single jet, ring or OE spinning machine etc. for each of its long sides, at least for a temporary one Downtimes of the Vortechnik have sufficient transfer memory, in which at least the full cans, - preferably also the empty cans (e.g. with it the further operation on the way through the stretching, etc. no new orientation work required), - spatially as well as on the respective spinning machine side (or processing line) even aligned cans currently being processed are.
- the transfer memory assigned to each spinning machine should include as many cans that automatic operation - at least temporarily - is possible without that the store should be supplied with new cans (full cans).
- Across from The aforementioned EP 08 69 206 A 2 means, inter alia, that the one provided there between the first machines and the second machines Warehouse storage in principle dissolved and on the transfer storage of the spinning machines is divided.
- the can transporters working along the respective spinning machine the cans are already in the correct orientation for the actual spinning mill record, these vehicles do not need to go through curves, can the transporters on straight guides, e.g. mechanical guides, Drive inductive or laser guidance.
- the can transporter assigned to a spinning machine provides the individual The cans are oriented in exactly the same way at the spinning position only by parallel displacement how he took the cans in the transfer memory.
- the transfer memory in which the cans are already spatially as at the associated spinning station are oriented for a longer standstill in the e.g. for a night shift or a weekend, he can do it in the frame the invention by an additional memory with essentially the same orientation and task are supplemented.
- a pitcher night shift to which the cans are also spatially oriented as required in the processing line are.
- the term "night shift” refers generally to one that is not only temporary Downturn of the barbican, e.g. also for bridging a weekend, to understand.
- each spinning machine has transfer memories as well as, if necessary the night shift stores with the final spatial orientation assigned to the spinning cans; with this orientation the cans - preferably brought to the spinning station with the help of a can transporter. While the cans according to EP 08 69 206 A 2 with the help of the can transporter only between the last store upstream of the spinning station and the spinning station are correctly oriented or rotated, the rotation takes place according to the invention already when or before inserting the jug into the transfer memory, possibly immediately after the can deposit of the stretching machine, possibly a flyer.
- a spinning machine When a spinning machine is supplied according to the invention, it belongs to each of the two Long sides or processing lines of the machine and thus also the associated one Can storage is a can transporter, so overall the machine operated by two vans.
- the two can transporters of the spinning machine can work independently since each of them has their own delivery point on its own transfer memory (preferred for full and empty cans) has. This simplifies the conveyor system. Mutual disabilities this can transporter cannot occur. Curves cannot be driven through; mechanical straight guides can be embedded in the floor so that they - like a groove embedded in the ground - do not hinder cross traffic.
- the Using a can transporter on each side of the spinning machine means an increase in the efficiency of the individual van because the maximum (empty) The path of a van can only be a maximum of one machine length.
- the can transporters Way to design In the context of the invention it is possible to differentiate the can transporters Way to design.
- the individual transporter can several pitches, e.g. also two places in total, for empty cans and Full cans are provided.
- the possibility of such passenger transportation is in large spinning mills very desirable because the operator can correct machine errors (through Red light displayed) often have to travel huge distances time-consuming.
- rectangular spinning cans are used 1 between conventionally working stretching machines 2 and spinning machines 3, which also work conventionally, in particular OE spinning machines, transported back and forth.
- second machines In the direction of arrow 4 'empty cans are in the opposite direction promoted.
- the mutual spatial allocation of the spinning and stretching machines according to the drawing is not essential to the invention; the stretchers can too be completely different, even stand in a different room.
- the individual can 1 is included stretched sliver filled. If a can 1 is full, it is placed in a can store, the so-called route camp 6 brought. This should at least be an empty space 7 for the full can, but also contain at least one empty can 8, so that after removal of a full can 9 that has just been filled, one as soon as possible Empty can 8 is brought from the storage 6 to the can filling position 5.
- a can conveyor For the transport of empty cans 8 to the route warehouse 6 and for the removal of the Full cans 9 accumulated there serve in the exemplary embodiment a can conveyor, the so-called route conveyor 12. This is to have a storage capacity for Jugs for simultaneous recording of a group 10 or 11 of Have empty cans or full cans. Such a can group 10 or 11 can include four cans.
- the line conveyor 12 is not only used to bring in Empty cans 8 or for further transport of full cans 9, but also for this used, the individual cans in the correct spatial for the respective spinning position Bring orientation and with this orientation in a transfer memory 13 to deliver the spinning machine 3.
- each is in a spinning machine or in each long side Transfer memory 13 assigned to the spinning machine at least the full cans spatially oriented as well as at the spinning or work place of the spinning machine itself.
- Each of these transfer memories 13 should be as large for each machine side be that he can guarantee the automatic spinning machine operation.
- This can transporter 15 runs in a straight line Guide 16 along the spinning machine and along the transfer memory 13.
- Der Transporter 15 fetches empty cans 8 from the spinning stations and brings them into the transfer memory 13 and replaces them with full cans 9, which from the transfer memory 13th come.
- the upstream, above-mentioned line conveyor 12 according to the drawing is e.g. in rails or in an inductive guide, on the drawn guide lines 17 straight from store 6 to store 6 - or redirected on curves 18 - to Supply of the transfer memory 13 used.
- Each machine longitudinal side 14 can - with respect to the guide 16 opposite - Can night shift memory 19 are assigned.
- can the memory 19 viewed as additional memory or part of the transfer memory 13 become.
- the cans should also be in night shift storage 19 (just like in the transfer memory 13) in the orientation in which they are provided Spinning station are needed.
