Description
- Figur 1:
- eine Anschlußklemme mit offenem Klemmrahmen bei herkömmlichem Aufbau;

- ein Festigkeitsdiagramm für einen bevorzugten Klemmrahmenwerkstoff.
Ferner ist von Vorteil, daß dieser Stahl keine teure Sonderanfertigung sondern ein Standardstahl ist. Gemäß der Erfindung wird dieser Stahl in einem bestimmten Maße kaltverfestigt um die gewünschten Eigenschaften für den erfindungsgemäßen Klemmrahmen zu erhalten. Hierfür wird der Stahl kaltverformt, zum Beispiel durch Walzen oder Ziehen, derart, daß der Stahl eine Querschnittsabnahme von 15%-20% erfährt.
Claims (6)
- Anschlußklemme für elektrische Schaltgeräte, insbesondere Leistungsschalter, miteinem offenen Klemmrahmen (2), einer Klemmschraube (4), einer Klemmmutter (5) und einer Druckplatte (6)der Klemmrahmen (2) aus einem Stahl mit der Schlüsselnummer 1.4571 gemäß DIN 17007 besteht, der derart kaltverformt ist, dass sein ursprünglicher Querschnitt um 15-20% verringert ist.
- Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmrahmen (2) aus einem mit einer Querschnittsabnahme von 17% kaltverfestigten Stahl besteht. - Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stahl kaltverfestigt ist und nach Kaltverfestigung eine Zugfestigkeit von 700-800 N/mm2 und eine Dehngrenze von > 500 N/mm2, insbesondere 600-700 N/mm2, aufweist. - Anschlußklemme nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmrahmen (2) offen ausgebildet ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Klemmrahmenwerkstoffs für den Klemmrahmen (2) einer Anschlußklemme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stahl mit der Schlüsselnummer 1.4571 gemäß DIN 17007 derart kaltverformt ist, daß sein ursprünglicher Querschnitt um 15-20% verringert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dehngrenze des Stahls 600-700 N/mm2 beträgt.
