Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zum vertikalen Bewegen und Stützen von Kraftfahrzeugen, insbesondere Personenkraftwagen auf Stellflächen unter Verwendung von hydraulischen oder mechanischen Hubzylindern, gekennzeichnet durch zwei in Reihe im Abstand parallel nebeneinander schwenkbeweglich an einem Rahmen (1) angeordneten Hubzylinderpaaren (3,4) und (5,6), wobei ein in Reihe befindliches Hubzylinderpaar (3,4) durch einen Wellenabschnitt (7) od.dgl. fest miteinander und die Hubzylinder (3,4) dieses Hubzylinderpaares mit je einem Hubzylinder (5,6)des anderen Hubzylinderpaares durch ein stangenförmiges Verbindungselement (8,9) schwenkbeweglich verbunden sind und daß durch ein an einem Hubzylinder (3) des Hubzylinderpaares (3,4) oder dem verbindenden Wellenabschnitt (7) angreifendes Betätigungsglied die Hubzylinder (3,4,5,6) beider Hubzylinderpaare gleichzeitig gemeinsam aus einer Grundstellung in die Arbeitsstellung aufschwenk- und haltbar und aus der Arbeitsstellung in die Grundstellung zurückschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (1) durch Schweißen oder vermittels Klemmitteln fest verbundene Rohrabschnitte (1') mit prismatischen Querschnitten oder Profilabschnitten aus Eisenwerkstoff gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen (1) miteinander durch fest verbundene Rohrabschnitte oder Profilabschnitte aus einem Kunststoff gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rohrabschnitte (1') unterseitig, insbesondere in den Eckbereichen plattenförmige Stützkörper (3') fest aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Hubzylinder (3,4) des Hubzylinderpaares und der Wellenabschnitt (7) durch Schweißen oder durch Klemmittel fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungselemente (8,9) für die Hubzylinder (3, 5, und 4, 6) beider Hubzylinderpaare (3 - 6) durch Rohr- oder Stangenabschnitte mit an den stirnseitigen Enden derselben angeordneten und an den Hubzylindern angreifenden Gelenken (10) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsglied zu Schwenkungen der Hubzylinder (3 - 6) und/oder des Wellenabschnitts (7) durch einen manuell abschwenkbaren Hebelarm (12) gebildet ist, der über einen hubzylinderfesten Vierkantprofilabschnitt (11) mit dem Hubzylinder (3) und/oder Wellenabschnitt (7) lösbar verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsgllied durch einen gelenkig zwischen einem Hubzylinder (3) eines Hubzylinderpaares (3, 4) und dem Rahmen (1) bzw. einer Stützplatte (3') eingespannten Druckzylinder (19'') mit hydraulisch oder pneumtisch verschiebbarem Kolben (19') gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Hubzylinder (3) der Hubzylinderpaare aussenseitig einen Ansatz (14) fest aufweist, der als Anschlagelement Aufschwenkungen der Hubzylinder in die Arbeitsstellung durch Anlaufen an die Stützplatte (3) oder Rahmenabschnitte (1') beendet und die Hubzylinder in der Arbeitsstellung fixiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Hubzylinder (3) in der Arbeitsstellung einen Arretierstift aufnimmt, der in Lochungen (17, 10') eines Hubzylinder und eines Gelenks abnehmbar einsteckbar ist und die Hubzylinder (3 - 6) in der Arbeitsstellung festlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubzylinder (3 - 6) an den freien Enden Stützkissen, Auflagen od.dgl. (20) aus einem elastischen oder flexiblen Werkstoff fest tragen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubzylinder (3 - 6) durch schachtartige Gehäuse und in diesen axial verschieblichen Trägerteilen gebildet sind und die Trägerteile über je eine axiale Steuerkurve oder frei ausziehbar an den Gehäusen höhenveränderlich feststellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung zum vertikalen Bewegen und Stützen von Personenkraftwagen, auf Stellflächen unter Verwendung von mechanischen Hebemitteln, gekennzeichnet durch zwei vermittels einer Basisplatte 21 im Abstand in Reihe fest miteinander verbundenen plattenförigen Stützkörpern (3'), die je ein zugeordnetes Gelenkviereck (22) tragen, welche vermittels axialer Steuerkurven, z.B. Gewindestangenabschnitte (24', 24'') als Betätigungsglieder gleichzeitig höhenveränderlich sind und in auf den Stützkörpern (3') aufgebrachten Führungsschienen 26 mit Abstand relativ zueinander verstellbar sind.
