Definitions
- the invention relates to a clamping device for at least one sub-cable according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- vertical and horizontal refer to the direction of travel of the elevator.
- vertical is meant the direction substantially parallel to the direction of travel of the elevator, and by “horizontal” is meant the direction substantially perpendicular thereto.
- Lower cable tensioning devices have long been known and are preferably used in traction elevators. They should, among other things, tension the lower ropes, keep the rope vibrations low and prevent the jumping of the counterweight or the elevator car.
- the sub-rope tensioning device is provided with a single large pulley.
- a disadvantage of this pulley is the large space requirement in the warehouse and their non-standardization, since it is always individually to produce depending on the size of the elevator installation.
- the document JP-A-09156850 shows two tension rollers, which are arranged offset.
- the sub-rope tensioning device known in this Embodiment, provided with two rollers with minimum allowable diameter.
- the high speeds of the pulleys which increase the bearing noise and the use of multiple ropes with a small rope diameter.
- the invention has for its object to provide a clamping device for at least one sub-cable, which does not have the above-mentioned disadvantages and allows the use of large low-noise idlers and large sub-diameters.
- Another advantage is the fact that relatively large standardized tension rollers can be used.
- Fig. 1 an elevator car 1 and a counterweight 2 can be seen, which are guided in a shaft 3 by means not shown guides and are connected to each other by at least one sub-cable 4 via a tensioning device 5.
- the tensioning device 5 has two tension rollers 6, whose axes 7 lie on a common plane.
- the lower cable 4 is fixed on the cabin side to a first suspension point 8 of the cabin frame 9, which coincides substantially with the middle of the width of the cabin floor.
- Counterweight side the lower cable 4 is fixed to a second suspension point 10 of the counterweight frame 11, which coincides substantially with the center of the width of the counterweight floor.
- the lower cable 4 can be fastened directly or indirectly, for example by means of springs, to the cabin frame 9 or to the counterweight frame 11.
- the tension rollers 6 have diameters D1 and D2, which are the same length.
- the horizontal distance TU, between the first suspension point 8 and the second suspension point 10, referred to below as the sub-cable distance TU, is greater than the sum of the two diameters D1 and D2.
- the two tension rollers 6 are mounted in a roller frame 12 which is vertically movable in a guide 14 fixed to the shaft bottom 13.
- the tension rollers are quite small. Due to the predetermined Unterseilabstandes TU can the sum of the diameters D1 and D2 should not be greater than the sub-wire spacing TU. The smaller the tension roller diameter, the higher the number of revolutions per distance unit of the elevator. The relatively small tension rollers 6 thus have a high speed, which leads to disturbing bearing noise. At the same time only small sub-diameters can be used in large numbers.
- FIG. 2 an embodiment according to the invention is shown, in which, under the same conditions as in the prior art, larger tension rollers can be used.
- FIG. 2 be the same elements of the elevator with the same reference numerals as in Fig. 1 designated.
- the tension rollers 6 are arranged in a roller frame 12.
- the roller frame 12 is generally a supporting structure for the tension rollers 6, which may be formed as a housing 12, for example.
- the roller frame 12 is vertically movable in a guide 14 attached to the shaft bottom 13.
- the tension rollers 6 are arranged offset in height relative to the shaft bottom.
- the height-offset tension rollers 6 have in this embodiment of equal diameter D1 and D2, the sum of which is greater than the sub-cable distance TU.
- the length L of the vertical projection of the two tension rollers 6 on a horizontal plane substantially corresponds to the Unterseilabstand TU, that is, the tension rollers 6 extend in the horizontal direction over a length L, which is substantially the Sub-rope distance TU is the same.
- tension rollers 5 allows the use of larger tension rollers than in the prior art.
- the number of revolutions per route unit becomes smaller, resulting in a Lagerge Hurchverminderung. It can be larger sub-diameters and thus less sub-cables 4 are used.
- the tension rollers 6 can be standardized to use them, thanks to the flexible arrangement according to the invention, to different elevator systems.
- the tension rollers are connected to each other by means that allow mutual adjustment of the tension rollers in the linear direction and / or in the direction of rotation.
- the distance between the axes of the two tension rollers and / or the spatial arrangement of the rollers is mutually adjustable.
- the housing 12 is provided with a plurality of holes 15, which allows the fixing of the idler rollers in different positions.
- the fixations can usually be done with the help of fasteners such as screws. In this way, the adaptability of the tension rollers to the various elevator systems is increased.
