Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einem nach oben offenen Warenraum, beispielsweise eine (Tief)Kühltruhe, wobei im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite wenigstens eine Beleuchtunqsvorrichtung für den Warenraum und Scanner-/Preisleisteriprofile angeordnet sind.
  • DD 253 665 A5 zeigt ein Warenpräsentationsmöbel, das auf der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite in seinem oberen Bereich transparent ausgebildet ist und in diesem Bereich eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung aufweist. Um den Wärmeeintrag durch diese Beleuchtungsvorrichtung in dem gekühlten Warenraum zu unterbinden, ist die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung außerhalb des gekühlten Warenraumes unmittelbar vor dem transparenten Bereich, d. h. im Sichtfeld angeordnet.
  • Bei gattungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbel, die mit transparenten Abdeckung verschlossen werden, stellt sich oftmals das Problem, die durch die Beleuchtung des Warenraumes und/oder des Displayaufsatzes in der transparenten Abdeckung erzeugten Spiegelungen zu vermeiden, um dem Kunden den ungehinderten Einblick auf das im Warenraum präsentierte Warensortiment zu ermöglichen.
  • Die transparente Abdeckung, mittels derer bei diesen Möbeln der Warenraum verschlossen wird, ist aus energetischen bzw. kältetechnischen Gründen sinnvoll, da sie eine Reduzierung der für die Einhaltung der geforderten niedrigen Temperaturen im sog. Tiefkühlbereich erforderlichen Energie bewirkt. Aber auch bei Warenpräsentationsmöbel, die nicht im Tiefkühlbereich, sondern lediglich im sog. Kühlbereich arbeiten, machen derartige Abdeckungen zum Zwecke der Energieeinsparung Sinn. Bei den genannten Warenpräsentationsmöbeln für den Tiefkühlbereich sind diese Abdeckungen im Regelfall transparent ausgebildet, um dem Kunden das Einsehen der Ware ohne ein vorheriges Öffnen der Abdeckung zu ermöglichen. Diese Abdeckungen können als Hebe- bzw. Klapp- und/oder Schiebedeckel ausgebildet werden.
  • Daneben kommen auch gattungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel zum Einsatz, bei denen auf eine (transparente) Abdeckung des Warenraumes zu Lasten eines höheren Energieverbrauches verzichtet wird, die für den Kunden jedoch bedienfreundlicher sind, da das Öffnen der Hebe- oder Schiebedeckel entfällt. Zudem tritt bei diesen Möbeln das erwähnte Problem der Spiegelung nicht auf. Bei diesen Möbeln wird jedoch im Regelfall eine sog. Nachtabdeckung, beispielsweise in Form von Plattenelementen, vorgesehen; dies bedeutet, dass nur während der Ladenschlusszeiten eine Abdeckung des Warenraumes realisiert wird. Nachteilig hierbei ist das mit den vorzusehenden Abdeckungselementen verbundene, vergleichsweise umständliche Handling sowie deren Lagerung und Transport nebst der damit verbundenen Gefahr der Beschädigung dieser Abdeckungselemente.
  • Ein weiteres Problem bei derartigen Möbeln ist, dass die für die Ausleuchtung des Warenraumes erforderlichen Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen zu einem erhöhten Wärmeeintrag in den Warenraum und damit zu einem höheren Energieverbrauch führen.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein gattungsgemäßes Warenpräsentationsmöbel anzugeben, bei dem die durch die Beleuchtung des Warenraumes und/oder des Displayaufsatzes in der transparenten Abdeckung erzeugten, unerwünschten Spiegelungen vermieden werden können. Des Weiteren soll der Wärmeeintrag der für die Ausleuchtung des Warenraumes erforderlichen Beleuchtungsvorrichtung(en) in den Warenraum verringert werden. Ferner soll bei Warenpräsentationsmöbeln, die nicht mittels Klapp- oder Schiebedeckel verschließbar ausgebildet sind, eine Nachtabdeckung realisiert werden können.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel vorgeschlagen, das gekennzeichnet ist, durch
    • eine im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite zu der Warenraumrückseite geneigt angeordnete, den Warenraum teilweise verschließende, transparente Abdeckung und
    • wenigstens eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung, die außerhalb des Warenraumes und oberhalb der transparenten Abdeckung derart angeordnet ist, dass sie durch die transparente Abdeckung hindurch den Warenraum ausleuchtet.
  • Aufgrund der geneigten Anordnung der den Warenraum teilweise verschließenden, transparenten Abdeckung sowie der Anordnung der den Warenraum ausleuchtenden Beleuchtungsvorrichtung außerhalb des Warenraumes und oberhalb der transparenten Abdeckung wird erreicht, dass die für den Kunden störenden Spiegelungen vermieden werden können. Dies gilt im Wesentlichen unabhängig davon, in welchem Winkel der Kunde in den Warenraum einsieht. Die den Warenraum teilweise verschließende, transparente Abdeckung ist so zu gestalten, dass den Kunden der Eingriff sowie der Einblick in den Warenraum ungehindert möglich ist. Dieser Teil einer möglichen vollständigen Abdeckung des Warenraumes dient also in erster Linie nicht der eigentlichen Abdeckung des Warenraumes - und damit einhergehend einer Energieeinsparung -, sondern dazu, den Wärmeeintrag durch die den Warenraum ausleuchtende Beleuchtungsvorrichtung in den Warenraum zu verringern.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel weiterbildend wird vorgeschlagen, dass die verbleibende Öffnung des Warenraumes durch geneigt angeordnete Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel verschließbar ist.
  • Diese Ausgestaltung macht insbesondere bei Warenpräsentationsmöbeln, in denen tiefgekühlte Waren gelagert und präsentiert werden, Sinn. Die Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel sind hierbei vorzugsweise transparent ausgebildet. Da bereits ein Teilbereich der Warenraumöffnung durch die den Warenraum teilweise verschließende, transparente Abdeckung verschlossen ist, sind die zusätzlich vorzusehenden Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel kleiner dimensioniert. Sie weisen deshalb ein geringerer Eigengewich auf und sind für den Kunden leichter verschieb- bzw. anhebbar.
  • Die Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel werden vorzugsweise in einem Winkel zwischen 6 und 10°, insbesondere in einem Winkel von 8°, geneigt gegen die Horizontale angeordnet.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbels ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite, vorzugsweise oberhalb der Warenraumbeleuchtungsvorrichtung, in einem modulartigen Aufbau wenigstens eine Lagervorrichtung für eine über den Warenraum positionierbare Nachtabdeckung, wenigstens ein Scanner /Preisleistenprofil und/oder wenigstens eine Displayvorrichtung angeordnet sind.
  • Hierbei kann - entsprechend einer Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbels - die Displayvorrichtung eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung aufweisen.
  • Der Lagervorrichtung für die Nachtabdeckung wird vorzugsweise ein Wärmequelle zugeordnet. Diese hat die Aufgabe, die Nachtabdeckung bzw. das Nachtrolle in ihrem bzw. seinem aufgerollten Zustand zu trocknen. Eine Trocknung ist im Regelfall erforderlich, da sich an dem Nachtrollo während der Positionierung über dem Warenraum Kondensat bildet.
  • In vorteilhafter Weise werden hierbei das oder die für die Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen erforderlichen Vorschaltgeräte als Wärmequelle verwendet.
  • Denkbar ist ferner, dass die den Warenraum ausleuchtende Beleuchtungsvorrichtung auch zur Beleuchtung der Displayvorrichtung dient.
  • Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Warenpräsentationsmöbels ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Kunden zugewandte, beleuchtete Fläche der Displayvorrichtung in einem Winkel zwischen 35 und 45 °, vorzugsweise 40 °, geneigt gegen die Horizontale angeordnet ist. Mittels dieser vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung wird in Kombination mit der vorbeschriebenen, geneigten Anordnung der Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel in einem Winkel zwischen 6 und 10 ° sichergestellt, dass beim normalen Betrachten der Waren - durch eine Normperson in einem Abstand von weniger als 1 Meter von dem Möbel-(Eigen)Spiegelungen des Möbels vermieden werden.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Warenpräsentationsmöbel sowie weitere Ausgestaltungen desselben seien nachfolgend anhand des in der Figur dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert.
  • Die Figur zeigt eine seitliche, schematisierte Schnittdarstellung durch den oberen, rückwärtigen, dem Kunden abgewandten Bereich einer (Tief)Kühltruhe. Die Erfindung lässt sich sowohl in einem sog. Wandmöbel als auch in einem sog. Inselmöbel realisieren. Im letztgenannten Falle wären die in der Figur dargestellten Beleuchtungs- und Displayvorrichtungen - die im Folgenden noch im Detail erläutert werden - an der Symmetrieachse Z zu spiegeln.
  • Die Kühlluft strömt über einen Rückluftkanal 3, der bis unterhalb der Korpusoberkante 2 reicht, und durch ein Auslassgitter 4 in den Warenraum 5. Die maximale Warenbefüllhöhe ist durch die punktierte Linie 6 dargestellt. In der Figur ist ferner ein Möbelkorpusbauteil 7 dargestellt, dass der Aufnahme der im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite zu der Warenraumrückseite geneigt angeordneten, den Warenraum 5 teilweise verschließenden, transparenten Abdeckung 10 dient.
  • Des Weiteren dient dieses Bauteil der Aufnahme der die verbleibende Öffnung des Warenraumes 5 verschließenden, geneigt angeordneten Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel 8. Die Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel 8 sind in einem Winkel von vorzugsweise 8 ° geneigt gegen die Horizontale angeordnet. Das Möbelkorpusbauteil 7 weist daher eine Erhöhung 9 auf und ist von dieser Erhöhung 9 zu der rückwärtigen Seite des Möbels sowie zu der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite des Möbels geneigt ausgebildet. Aufgrund dieser Erhöhung 9 kann sich auch dann, wenn eine Abdeckung in Form von Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckeln 8 vorgesehen wird, ein vergleichsweise dickes Luftpolster über den Waren bilden. Diese Stelle ist besonders geeignet, da dieser Bereich - unmittelbar nach dem Austritt der Kühlluft aus der Kühlluftöffnung 4-den kältesten Bereich innerhalb des Möbels bzw. des Warenraumes 5 darstellt.
  • Die Einsicht durch die Kunden auf die im Warenraum 5 gelagerten und präsentierten Möbel ist durch die auf den Warenraum 5 gerichteten Pfeile dargestellt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist nunmehr zusätzlich wenigstens eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 11 außerhalb des Warenraumes 5 und oberhalb der transparenten Abdeckung 10 derart angeordnet ist, dass sie durch die transparente Abdeckung 10 hindurch den Warenraum 5 ausleuchtet (dargestellt durch die von der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 11 ausgehenden Pfeile).
  • Oberhalb der Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 11, die beispielsweise - wie dies in der Figur dargestellt ist - an einem Aluminiumformteil 1 befestigt ist, sind des Weiteren - vorzugsweise in einem modulartigen Aufbau - eine Lagervorrichtung 12 für eine über den Warenraum 5 positionierbare Nachtabdeckung 13, ein Scanner-/Preisleistenprofil 15 und eine Displayvorrichtung 16 angeordnet.
  • Im Regelfall wird die Scanner-/Preisleistenprofil 15 zumindest so weit in Richtung des Möbelkorpusbauteiles 7 heruntergezogen, dass die Scanner-/Preisleistenprofil 15 dem Kunden den direkten Blick auf die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 11 verwehrt und damit einer Blendung durch diese vorbeugt. Selbstverständlich sind alternativ weitere konstruktive Maßnahmen denkbar, mittels derer eine Blendung des Kunden durch die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung 11 vermieden werden kann.
  • Die über den Warenraum 5 positionierbare Nachtabdeckung 13 wird im Regelfall jedoch nur bei Warenpräsentationsmöbeln vorgesehen, die keine Abdeckung der Warenraumöffnung aufweisen. Durch das Vorsehen einer Nachtabdeckung am Möbel können die mit den bisherigen Nachtabdeckungen verbundenen, vorgenannten Nachteile vermieden werden.
  • Im dargestellten Falle ist die Lagevorrichtung 12 als eine Rolle ausgebildet, auf der die händisch und/oder automatisch entrollbare Nachtabdeckung 13 - bei der es sich vorzugsweise um ein Rollo handelt - gelagert ist.
  • Die für die Trocknung der Nachtabdeckung 13 vorgesehene Wärmequelle wird durch die für die Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen 11 und 17 erforderlichen Vorschaltgeräte realisiert.
  • Der Displayvorrichtung 16 ist eine eigene Beleuchturigsvorrichtung 17 zugeordnet. Die Neigung der dem Kunden zugewandten Seite bzw. Fläche der Displayvorrichtung 16 gegen die Horizontale beträgt vorzugsweise 40 °.

Claims (10)

  1. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel mit wenigstens einem nach oben offenen Warenraum, beispielsweise eine Kühltruhe oder Tiefkühltruhe, wobei im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite wenigstens eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung für den Warenraum und Scanner-/Preisleistenprofile angeordnet sind, aufweisend
    - eine im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite zu der Warenraumrückseite geneigt angeordnete, den Warenraum (5) teilweise verschließende, transparente
    - Abdeckung (10) und
    - wenigstens eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (11), die außerhalb des Warenraumes (5) und oberhalb der transparenten Abdeckung (10) derart angeordnet ist, dass sie durch die transparente Abdeckung (10) hindurch den Warenraum (5) ausleuchtet,
  2. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verbleibende Öffnung des Warenraumes (5) durch geneigt angeordnete Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel (8) verschließbar ist.
  3. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel (8) transparent ausgebildet sind.
  4. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schiebe- und/oder Hebedeckel (8) in einem Winkel zwischen 6 und 10 °, vorzugsweise 8 °, geneigt gegen die Horizontale angeordnet sind.
  5. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich der Warenraumrückseite, vorzugsweise oberhalb der Warenraumbeleuchtungsvorrichtung (11), in einem modulartigen Aufbau wenigstens eine Lagervorrichtung (12) für eine über den Warenraum (5) positionierbare Nachtabdeckung (13), wenigstens ein Scanner-/Preisleistenprofil (15) und/oder wenigstens eine Displayvorrichtung (16) angeordnet sind.
  6. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Displayvorrichtung (16) wenigstens eine Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (17) aufweist.
  7. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Lagervorrichtung (12) für die Nachtabdeckung (13) ein Wärmequelle zugeordnet ist.
  8. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die für die Beleuchtungsvorrichtung(en) (11, 17) erforderlichen Vorschaltgeräte (14) als Wärmequelle dienen.
  9. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den Warenraum (5) ausleuchtende Beleuchtungsvorrichtung (11) auch zur Beleuchtung der Displayvorrichtung (16) dient.
  10. Zumindest teilweise gekühltes Warenpräsentationsmöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dem Kunden zugewandte, beleuchtete Fläche der Displayvorrichtung (16) in einem Winkel zwischen 35 und 45 °, vorzugsweise 40 °, geneigt gegen die Horizontale angeordnet ist.
