Claims (28)
- Trennschalter für den Laststromkreis einer Fahrzeugbatterie mit folgenden Merkmalen:einem Gehäuse (1; 111, 112, 201),einem mit einer Polklemme (21, 114) verbindbaren Eingangsleiter (5; 117, 202),einem mit dem Laststromkreis verbindbaren Ausgangsleiter (6; 120, 203),einem feststehenden (64, 121, 204) und einem beweglichen Kontakt (81, 126, 205) zur Herstellung einer Schaltverbindung zwischen dem Eingangsleiter (5, 117, 202) und dem Ausgangsleiter (6, 120, 203),einem den beweglichen Kontakt (81, 126, 205) tragenden, zwischen einer Öffnungsposition und einer Schließposition umschaltbaren, durch Federkraft in die Öffnungsposition vorgespannten Kontaktträger (8, 128, 206),einem Verriegelungsmechanismus, der den Kontaktträger (8, 128) in der geschlossenen Stellung fixiertund einem Mittel zum Öffnen des Verriegelungsmechanismus,
das Mittel zum Öffnen des Verriegelungsmechanismus ein Thermoelement (4, 104, 215) aus einer Form-Gedächtnis-Legierung ist, das sich bei Erwärmung zusammenzieht. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verriegelungsmechanismus ein Spannelement (32, 33; 141) aufweist, das in seiner gestreckten Stellung den beweglichen Kontakt (81, 126) gegen den festen Kontakt (64, 121) drückt und zum Öffnen des Verriegelungsmechanismus das Thermoelement (4, 104) so auf das Spannelement (32, 33; 141) einwirkt, das dieses seitlich ausknickt. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Thermoelement (4, 104) über einen Betätigungsarm (42, 130) am Spannelement (32, 33; 141) angreift. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Betätigungsarm (42, 130) als Rückstellfeder für das Thermoelement (4, 104) ausgebildet ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verriegelungsmechanismus als Kniehebelspannwerk ausgebildet ist und das Spannelement aus einem an dem Kontaktträger (8) angreifenden ersten Hebel (32) und einem im Gehäuse gelagerten zweiten Hebel (33) besteht, die über ein mittleres Kniegelenk (37) zu einem Kniehebel verbunden sind, welcher in annähernd gestrecktem Zustand den Kontaktträger (8) in seiner Schließposition verriegelt. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kontaktträger eine langgestreckte, einseitig im Gehäuse eingespannte Kontaktfeder (8) ist, die im Mittelbereich ihrer Länge den beweglichen Kontakt (81) trägt und an ihrem freien bzw. beweglichen Ende (82) mit dem äußeren Ende des ersten Kniegelenkhebels (32) unter Bildung eines ersten Drehgelenkes ineinandergreift. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das freie Ende (82) der Kontaktfeder (8) und das äußere Ende des ersten Hebels (32) in Form eines Hakens (83) und einer Öse (32b) ineinandergreifen. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Thermoelement über den Betätigungsarm (42) annähernd senkrecht zur Streckachse des Kniehebels auf das mittlere Kniegelenk (37) wirkt und dieses bei Kontraktion des Thermoelementes (4) über den Totpunkt bewegt. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Betätigungsarm (42) durch eine abgekröpfte Blattfeder gebildet ist, dessen abgekröpftes Ende bei Kontraktion des Thermoelementes auf das Kniegelenk (37) drückt. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine im Gehäuse (1) gelagerte Abschalttaste an dem mittleren Kniegelenk (37) angreift und ein manuelles Öffnen der Kontakte ermöglicht. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 5 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Hebel (33) über das gehäusefest gelagerte äußere Ende hinaus zu einer Schaltfahne (35) verlängert ist, die durch eine Gehäuseöffnung (72) zur Handbetätigung zugänglich ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Kontaktträger eine Kontaktwippe (128) ist, wobei die Kontaktwippe (128) zwischen einer Schließposition und einer Öffnungsposition schwenkbar und in die Öffnungsposition durch eine Aufreißfeder (127b) vorgespannt ist und als Spannelement zwischen der Kontaktwippe und einem Widerlager (137) eine Knickfeder (141) eingespannt ist, auf deren Mittelbereich das Thermoelement (104) einwirkt und die entgegen der Wirkrichtung des Thermoelements (104) eine Vorzugs-Durchbiegung aufweist, wobei diese Durchbiegung durch das Thermoelement (104) auf ein Maß begrenzt ist, das kleiner ist als die Längenänderung des Thermoelements, derart, daß im Einschaltzustand des Trennschalters die nahezu gestreckte Knickfeder (141) die Kontaktwippe (128) in ihre Einschaltposition vorspannt, während bei Ansprechen des Thermoelements (104) die Knickfeder (141) durch die Kontraktion des Thermoelements (104) über ihren Totpunkt bewegt und durch die Aufreißfeder (127b) entgegen ihrer Vorzugs-Durchbiegung bei gleichzeitiger Bewegung der Kontaktwippe (128) in die Ausschaltposition durchgebogen wird. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Widerlager für die Knickfeder (141) durch einen in deren Längsrichtung beweglichen Schieber (137) gebildet ist, der durch ein Handbetätigungsorgan (139) zwischen einer Ausschaltposition, in der die Knickfeder (141) bei der Öffnungsposition der Kontaktwippe (128) ihre gestreckte Lage bzw. die Vorzugs-Durchbiegung einzunehmen vermag und einer Einschaltposition, in der die gestreckte Knickfeder (141) die Kontaktwippe (128) in ihre Schließposition vorspannt, umschaltbar ist. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schieber (137) durch eine Längsführung (136, 144) annähernd parallel zur gestreckten Knickfeder (141) geführt und durch die Aufreißfeder (127b) über die Knickfeder (141) in die Ausschaltposition vorgespannt ist. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Handbetätigungsorgan ein Drehschalter (139) dient, dessen Drehachse (138) senkrecht auf einer Verlängerungslinie der gestreckten Knickfeder (141) steht und der mit einem exzentrischen Mitnehmerzapfen (142) an einer quer zu der Verlängerungslinie verlaufenden Mitnehmerkante (143) des Schiebers (137) mit einem zu der Verlängerungslinie unsymmetrischen Schwenkbereich angreift. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das bewegliche Kontaktstück (126) über eine flexible Leitung (125) mit dem Eingangsleiter (117) verbunden ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das bewegliche Kontaktstück (126) über eine als Flachformfeder (127) ausgebildete Kontaktfeder (127a) mit der Kontaktwippe (128) verbunden ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Aufreißfeder (127b) eine mit der Kontaktwippe (128) verbundene und gegen einen ortsfesten Anschlag (124) vorgespannte Flachformfeder (127) dient. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kontaktfeder (127a) und die Aufreißfeder (127b) als Abschnitte einer einstückigen Flachformfeder (127) ausgebildet sind. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Kontaktwippe (128) auf einem ortsfesten Lagerzapfen (148) drehbar gelagert ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Spannungsquelle eine Fahrzeugbatterie ist und daß das Thermoelement (4, 104) durch einen Kurzschlußsensor (152) und/oder einen Beschleunigungssensor ansteuerbar ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Gehäuse (1; 111, 112) an einer Polklemme der Fahrzeugbatterie, die Polklemme (21, 114) selbst aussparend angeordnet ist. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
mindestens ein Sensor (122) in dem Gehäuse (1, 111, 112) angeordnet ist. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Gehäuse (111, 112) ein Stromsensor (152) angeordnet ist, der an den Eingangsleiter (117) gekoppelt ist und bei Überschreiten einer Stromschwelle das Thermoelement (104) mit Strom beaufschlagt. - Trennschalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in dem Gehäuse (1, 111, 112) eine elektrische Auswerteschaltung (150) zur Ansteuerung des Thermoelements (4, 104) angeordnet ist. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verriegelungsmechanismus einen verschiebbaren Stift (208) und einen schwenkbaren Hebel (212) aufweist, wobei der Stift (208) den Kontaktträger (206) in seine geschlossene Stellung drückt und der Hebel (212) den Stift (208) verriegelt und zum Öffnen des Verriegelungsmechanismus das Thermoelement (215) derart mit dem schwenkbaren Hebel (212) verbunden ist, daß dieser bei Kontraktion des Thermoelements (215) den Stift (208) freigibt und sich der vorgespannte Kontaktträger (206) in die Öffnungsposition bewegt. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Thermoelement (215) über Umlenkrollen (218) umgelenkt ist. - Trennschalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Rückstellung des Thermoelements (215) durch manuell bedienbare Mittel (219, 213, 212) erfolgt.
