Claims (12)
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge pour des granulés, avec un rotor (1 ; 28) disposé verticalement muni de pales transporteuses (8,13,14 ;27), un corps creux (15, 21 ; 29) fixe entourant coaxialement le rotor, une tubulure d'évacuation des granulés (22 ; 36) disposée à l'extrémité supérieure du corps creux et une décharge (19 ;38) pour le liquide éliminé à l'extrémité inférieure du corps creux, une suspension de granulés dans un liquide pouvant être introduite dans l'espace entre le rotor et le corps creux, cette suspension pouvant être accélérée au moyen du rotor et projetée contre la paroi intérieure du corps creux et sa fraction liquide s'écoulant sur la paroi intérieure du corps creux, dans lequel une partie essentielle du corps creux se trouvant dans la zone de projection du rotor forme une enveloppe (21;29) non perforée.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une zone supérieure du corps creux forme l'enveloppe non perforée (21 ; 29).
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone inférieure, tout au plus, du corps creux (15,21) entourant le rotor (21) est munie de segments perforés (15), qui sont disposés dans une enveloppe extérieure (17) pour l'élimination du liquide séparé des granulés.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux (29) entourant le rotor (28) est totalement conçu comme une enveloppe non perforée avec un tamis (43) dans la zone inférieure du corps creux pour l'élimination du liquide séparé des granulés.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps creux (29) est conçu avec des ouvertures pour un tuyau de remplissage (37), une tubulure d'évacuation des granulés (36) et un tuyau d'évacuation (38) derrière le tamis (43) pour le liquide.

- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un tube perpendiculaire (40) du tuyau d'évacuation (38) plonge dans un récipient de passage (41) avec un siphon (42) et un aspirateur est relié à une conduite de dégazage dans l'atmosphère (39) fixée au tuyau d'évacuation (38).
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'évacuation du déshydrateur à force centrifuge conduit à un épaisseur.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe non perforée (21 ;29) est cylindrique.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe non perforée (21 ;29) est tronconique.
- Déshydrateur à force centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone supérieure de l'enveloppe non perforée (21 ;29) élargie vers le bas en un tronc de cône est en desssous cylindrique.
