Claims (54)
- Faserbewehrtes, dünnwandiges Bauteil, enthaltend Metallfasern und eine Zementsteinmatrix,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Zementsteinmatrix eine aus Feinstzement und hochwirksamen verflüssigern ausgebildete Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) aufweist und in der Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) mehrere zusammengepreßte Stahlwollmatten (1) übereinander angeordnet sind, wobei die Außenflächen des Bauteils nahezu stahlwollfaserfrei sind. - Bauteil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Hauptflächen des Bauteils glatt sind und an den Oberflächen im wesentlichen Feinstzementsteinmaterial vorhanden ist. - Bauteil nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlwollmatten (1) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Hauptrichtungen der Stahlwollfasern der Stahlwollmatten sich kreuzen. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Stahlwollmattenanteil von 2 bis 10 Volumen-%, insbesondere von 4 bis 8 Volumen-%. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Dicke von 3 bis 10 mm, insbesondere von 4 bis 8 mm. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Biegezugfestigkeit von 25 bis 80, insbesondere von 50 bis 75 N/mm2. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine Druckfestigkeit von 30 bis 75, insbesondere von 45 bis 60 N/mm2. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,

die Stahlwollfasern der Stahlwollmatten (1) einen mittleren Faserdurchmesser von 0,05 bis 0,20, insbesondere von 0,08 bis 0,12 mm aufweisen. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlwollmatten (1) ein Flächengewicht von 600 bis 2000, insbesondere von 700 bis 1100 g/m2 aufweisen. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlwollfasern ein Längen/Durchmesser-Verhältnis von über 1000 aufweisen. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) Mikrosilica in Mengen von 0 bis 30, insbesondere von 5 bis 15 Masse-% aufweist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) Pigmente in Mengen von 0 bis 5, insbesondere von 1 bis 3 Masse-% aufweist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) inerte Mineralstoffe in Mengen von 0 bis 70, insbesondere von 10 bis 30 Masse-% aufweist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) Quarzmehl in Mengen von 0 bis 70, insbesondere von 10 bis 30 Masse-% aufweist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) Feinstflugasche in Mengen von 0 bis 50, insbesondere von 0 bis 30 aufweist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix (5) eine Portlandzementsteinmatrix ist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Feinstzementsteinmatrix eine Hüttensandzementsteinmatrix ist. - Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die zusammengepreßten Stahlwollmatten von 3 bis 10, insbesondere von 4 bis 8 mm dick sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallfaserverstärkten, dünnwandigen Bauteils, aufweisend eine Zementsteinmatrix und Stahlfasern, insbesondere eines Bauteils nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Ausbildung einer dünnen Wandung mehrere Stahlwollmatten (1) übereinander angeordnet und in einer Schalung (2, 3) senkrecht zu ihrer jeweiligen Haupterstreckung zusammengepreßt werden und nach dem Zusammenpressen eine Suspension (5), welche Feinstzement und einen hochwirksamen Verflüssiger aufweist, in die Schalung (2, 3) und die Stahlwollmatten (1) injiziert wird, anschließend die Suspension (5) aushärten gelassen wird und danach das Bauteil aus der Schalungsform (2, 3) entschalt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Edelstahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 22 oder 23,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Stahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden, die Stahlwollfasern mit mittleren Faserdurchmessern von 0,05 bis 0,20, insbesondere von 0,08 bis 0,12 mm, aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Stahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden, die Faserlängen zwischen 20 mm und mehreren Metern, im Durchschnitt von mehreren Dezimetern aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 25,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Stahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden, deren Fasern ein Längen/Durchmesser-Verhältnis von über 1000 aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 26,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Stahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden, die ein Flächengewicht von 600 bis 2000, insbesondere von 700 bis 1100 g/m2 aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 27,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlwollmatten (1) um 10 bis 20 % ihrer Dicke zusammengepreßt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 28,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwei Stahlwollmatten (1) verwendet werden, wobei die Hauptrichtung der Fasern der einen Stahlwollmatte (1) gewinkelt zur Hauptrichtung der Fasern der anderen Stahlwollmatte (1) angeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 29,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Feinstzementsuspension (5) auf Basis von Hüttensand und Anreger verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 30,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
eine Suspension (5) auf Feinstzementbasis auf Basis von Portlandzement verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 31,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Herstellung der Feinstzementsuspension (5) ein Feinstzement mit einer abgestuften Kornverteilung und einem Großtkorn von d95 ≤ 24 µm, vorzugsweise von d95 ≤ 16 µm verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 32,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Feinstzement mit einer mittleren Korngröße von d50 ≤ 7 µm, insbesondere von ≤ 5 µm verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 33,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Mikrosilica, insbesondere in Form einer Dispersion, zugemischt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 33 oder 34,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Pigment zugemischt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 35,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein Mineralstoff mit gleicher oder größerer Feinheit der Feinstzemente zugemischt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 36,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als hochwirksamer Verflüssiger Naphtalinsulfonat verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 37,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
als Superverflüssiger ein Polycarboxylat verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 38,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Herstellung der Suspension (5) auf Feinstzementbasis die folgenden Zusammensetzungen verwendet werden:Feinstzement 30 bis 100, insbesondere 50 bis 80 Masse-%; Verflüssiger bzw.
Fließmittel (flüssig)0,1 bis 5, insbesondere 0,5 bis 4,0 Masse-%; Verflüssiger bzw.
Fließmittel
(pulverförmig)0,1 bis 2,5, insbesondere 0,5 bis 1,5 Masse-%; Mikrosilica
(Slurry)0 bis 30, insbesondere 5 bis 15 Masse-%; Pigmente
(pulverförmig)0 bis 5, insbesondere 1 bis 3 Masse-%; inerte Mineralstoffe 0 bis 70, insbesondere 10 bis 30 Masse-%; Feinstflugasche 0 bis 50, insbesondere 10 bis 30 Masse-%; - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 39,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Suspensionen (5) verwendet werden, die einen Wasser-/Feststoff-Wert von 0,4 bis 0,6 aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 40,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Suspensionen (5) verwendet werden, die eine Konsistenz, gemessen als Auslaufzeit nach Marsh, von 35 bis 75 Sekunden aufweisen. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 41,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zur Herstellung der Suspensionen (5) die benötigte Wassermenge in einem Mischgefäß vorgelegt und unter Mischen der Verflüssiger oder Fließmittel zugegeben wird, wonach anschließend die Zugabe der zuvor abgewogenen Trockenstoffe erfolgt und die Mischung weitergemischt und dabei homogenisiert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 42,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Stahlwollmatten (1) zwischen einer abgedichteten Schalung (2, 3) zusammengepreßt werden und die Feinstzementsuspension (5) unter Druck in die Schalung (2, 3) injiziert wird, wobei ein Luftauslaß (6) vorgesehen ist, so daß die Luft aus dem Schalungsraum während der Injektion entweichen kann. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 43,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
entgegen der Schwerkraft injiziert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Anspüche 22 bis 44, insbesondere nach Anspruch 44 oder 45,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
Bauteile einer Dicke ≤ 10 mm hergestellt werden. - Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als Dach- und/oder Fassaden- und/oder Wandbekleidung.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als Ummantelung oder Bekleidung zu schützender oder zu verdekkender Bauteile.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 in Form von Halbschalen zur Herstellung und Ummantelung von Kanälen, Rohren oder dergleichen.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als Sandwich-Elemente zur Herstellung von Feuerschutztüren.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als Außenhaut für Stahlbetonbauteile.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 50,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Außenhaut eine verlorene Schalung ist. - Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als verlorene Schalung.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 als Instandsetzungsmaterial, wobei Fehlstellen und/oder Hohlräume in geschädigten Betonoberflächenbereichen mit mindestens einer Stahlwollmatte ausgestopft wird, wobei die Matte gepreßt wird und anschließend geschalt, abgedichtet und die Suspension injiziert wird.
- Verwendung eines Bauteils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, hergestellt nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 43 zum Abformen komplizierter Oberflächenstrukturen.
