Claims (4)

  1. Echangeur de chaleur à faisceaux de tubes multiples comportant un corps (1, 2, 3) dans lequel plusieurs faisceaux de tubes (5A, 5B, 5C) sont montés entre des plaques tubulaires axialement opposées et le corps est subdivisé par des cloisons (14) en un nombre de compartiments ou de chambres (10A, 10B, 10C) recevant les faisceaux égal au nombre de faisceaux,
    caractérisé en ce que
    a) les faisceaux de tubes (5A, 5B, 5C) sont organisés en ensembles de construction qui forment chacun une unité autonome, comprenant les tubes d'échangeur (51) et les plaques tubulaires (52) concernées, fixées aux deux extrémités axiales desdits tubes,
    b) le corps comprend une partie enveloppe (1) avec les cloisons (14), qui subdivisent et délimitent les compartiments ou les chambres (10A, 10B, 10C), des brides (13) aménagées aux deux extrémités axiales, ainsi que des pièces d'about (2, 3), de chaque côté, qui sont conformées en éléments séparés et peuvent être fixées aux brides de la partie enveloppe (1)
    c) les ensembles de faisceaux de tubes montés dans les compartiments de la partie enveloppe (1) assurent l'étanchéité avec les pièces d'about (2, 3) par le biais des plaques tubulaires (52) et définissent, avec leurs plaques tubulaires, des chambres de distribution, de collecte ou de transfert (24, 25, 35, 36) dans les éléments de tête.
  2. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cloisons (14), dans le voisinage des deux extrémités axiales de la partie enveloppe (1), sont pourvues d'ouvertures de passage (15), obturables sélectivement pour le passage du fluide circulant entre des chambres voisines.
  3. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pour prolonger la partie enveloppe (1), il est prévu entre celle-ci la pièce d'about (2, 3) voisine, une pièce intermédiaire (4) conformée en élément séparé, qui forme des prolongements des cloisons (14) et peut présenter de manière sélective des ouvertures de passage (41) entre des chambres contiguës.
  4. Echangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée ou la sortie vers une ou d'une chambre est disposée dans la pièce intermédiaire concernée et en ce que l'entrée ou la sortie est disposée latéralement sur la pièce intermédiaire ou axialement sur la pièce intermédiaire concernée et traverse la pièce d'about correspondante.
